@Burning Kitty Again, just wondering, but why are they not a RPer if they copy the CS? If they get accepted and use the character wouldn't they still be an RPer?

@Burning Kitty I'm not one to post on these but I'm just curious about what your opinion to this would be.

So what if you wrote a character for an RP and then a week later you saw the exact same character show up in another similarly themed rp?
