Power Level: 1200
Infernal Ki: A known trait among the Capsa-jin race is its higher than normal body temperature, which is incorporated into their fighting style, and channeled through their techniques. Their energy projections tend to produce considerably more heat than those of other races, and are typically more volatile in nature.
Special Techniques:

• Scorch Dome. An area of effect technique in which Togrash projects a burst of energy in all directions from his body. Current effective range is within a 6 for radius.
• Burning Rush. Togrash envelops himself in an aura of ki and charges at his enemy; the aura provides both a protective field and a damaging projection that enhances his strikes. Comes with a slight amplification of speed and strength, typically spiking his power level to around 1500.
• Heat Wave. A charged wave of Ki that manifests in the aesthetic form of a thick, fiery stream. Energy is first concentrated into one or both arms before being launched.
• Minor Regeneration. Though a far cry from the rumored prowess of the Namekians, Togrash's limbs and tail are capable of regrowing themselves over time. The process can take between an hour to several days depending on the severity and which appendage is regrowing. A stint in the healing pod and other recovery means can expedite the process. He cannot regenerate if beheaded or if a vital organ is completely destroyed.

• Black Freeza Force Armor worn over black under armor. Togrash's suit had been modified to better withstand higher temperatures.

Appearance:

Height: 6'
Weight: 210lbs
Anatomy: Togrash is mostly humanoid in form and proportions. Common among his race, his arms and legs are slightly longer in proportion to his torso. His fingers share in the subtle elongation, and feature sharper, claw-like nails. A thin tail runs from the bottom of his spine to his ankles.

His complexion is that of a pepper green skin with a series of red, orange, yellow, and mixed spots dotted randomly; the most prominent spots are upon the top of his head and tail; the bottom side of his tail is colored in alternating bands of orange yellow.

Personality: Togrash can be a brash, excitable, and hotheaded individual in the field. He's a "punch first, ask questions later" type. Thus, he can be counted on to be the first in his squad to rush headlong into a battle, and likely the one prone to the most injuries as a result. He's an aggressive warrior in combat, preferring not to waste his time playing with or clowning on opponents. He's not the sort to espouse lengthy monologues either, and is similarly adverse to allowing enemies to do the same. When in battle, Togrash fights with a will and vigor emblematic of someone who has a lot to prove. He's overall an efficient soldier that lets his fists do the talking.

Though tenuous at times, he respects the chain of command within both his Squad and the Freeza Force at large. His pragmatism and long term goal restrains him from picking fights with powers greater than his own unless it's for the purpose of training. He's not above clashing with his equals if he perceives them as standing in his way, holding him back, slighting him in some way; however, he won't go out of his way to lash out if not ordered to or provoked. Otherwise, he comes off as a silent, and somewhat cold figure, who doesn't act until the actions starts.

He's a self-starter, oftentimes identifying what he needs to do and doing it even before orders are passed down; when taking orders, he need only hear them once in order to act.

Backstory: Planet Nasuk came under control of the Freeza Force roughly ten years ago. While many of the races that inhabited the planet submitted to the Emperor's will with little to no hesitation, Togrash's people, the Capsa-jin, proved both more rebellious and more capable as fighters; the power of the species was such that Zarbon and Dodoria were deployed to personally see to its subjugation. In the wake of a brutal assault by the elite Freeza squadrons, the strongest of the Capsa-jin were slain and those that remained were forced to swear their loyalty to the Freeza Force.

Togrash came into the fold with the empire's military five years ago, just after the last embers of the Capsa-jin resistance were snuffed out. He's since been biding his time, hoping to grow strong enough to exact revenge upon Freeza.

Good questions!
1. Yeah, I had a lot of reasons. One being that I feel like everyone would pick one of those races, and they both have skills that seem a bit too powerful for everyone to have a more equal footing. The Saiyans have the zenkai boost and potential for super saiyan, and Namekians have ultra fast regeneration and the ability to sync with other Namekians, increasing their power several-fold. I just thought it'd be easier to nip it in the bud.

2. I would like our characters to get more powerful fairly quickly. I'm thinking this first planet they have to conquer will be quite the challenge. They'll be dealing with gravity far greater than normal, and though most won't put up too much of a fight, I plan on having a few heavies along the way to really challenge our characters. I figure we can expect a pretty decent jump by the time we finish the first planet, our power levels could climb into the 10k's. In long term, I figure we can just keep getting stronger as long as we play. I guess to answer your question, I think the power levels we see in Frieza saga are about as high as we'll go, since that's when they kind of stop mattering. So I'd say we could see power levels into the low millions maybe.

3. Racial skills are definitely allowed, and even encouraged I'll say. If needs be, I can talk with anyone who wants a specific ability, and as long as it matches with our power levels and our vibe, it'll probably be fine! Like I said, I'm also happy to talk transformations as well, I just think it'd be easier to handle something like that when we have higher power levels.

As Aryal spoke, Ellera's lips tightened into something of a grimace. "I had wondered if that were the case. How doth one join thy guild? I wish to take jobs that align with my skills." She reached for her coin purse, assuming that there was some fee for joining the guild. It wouldn't be the worst way to spend her gold. She noticed the young girl asking for a room and jobs, which stood out to her. She seemed young to be adventuring alone. Yet, she knew all too well how annoyed she'd be if someone took it upon themselves to help her, so she gave the youngling her space.

Race: Stalkian, of the Planet formerly known as Stalk. Stalkians usually have green skin, and hair that ranges from dark green to deep dark pink. They are known to have decent ki control, but aren't usually seen as powerful warriors. The Planet Stalk was fairly small, as far as planets go.

Special Techniques:

• Rude Barbs: A flurry of small but piercing pink energy bullets, shot out from Rhubari's hand. It can be hard to guard against.
• Rude Barbs Combat: Pink energy forms around Rhubari's hands and extends a few inches from her fingers, making very short energy blades.
• Rude Blaster: A pink full power energy blast, fired from Rhubari's two extended arms, palms out. The blast spikes her power level up to 1500 while she's using it.

Gear: A green Scouter and black Frieza Force under armor with blue and yellow armor.

Rhubari is 5 feet 4 inches tall with wild dark pink hair and green skin. She has red eyes, and is almost always wearing her trusty green scouter and Frieza Force armor. She has a bit of a wicked grin at times.

Personality: Rhubari seems very serious while on the job, offering little in the way of mercy. She fulfills her mission and does it to the best of her ability. She obviously enjoys battle, and especially enjoys fights against stronger warriors. Outside of her work though, she can be a bit of a smart ass with a sense of humor. She doesn't mind hanging out in the mess hall, eating some good food and playing games with her comrades. She has a caring side, mostly toward her team, old or new. She sometimes questions what she's doing, but it's all she's ever really known. If you want to survive, you have to be strong. She is fairly loyal to Frieza, though has never met him personally outside of his all point broadcasts.

Backstory: Rhubari grew up on a planet that Frieza had long since taken over. She was well aware of the Frieza Force, and even looked up to them and admired them. She showed a talent for fighting early, and by the time she was a teen, she had passed her Frieza Force entrance exam with a power level of 790. She continues to train, hoping to one day become a high commanding officer, like the likes of Dodoria or Zarbon. She has recently been promoted to a squad commander, and she's excited to meet her new team.

Welcome to the Frieza Force

One way or another, you have found yourself under the employ of the Great and Terrible Frieza. Whether you were already a criminal wanting the protection of the most powerful being in the universe, were just one nasty costumer who happened to catch the tyrant's eye, or were a brave fighter of a planet he conquered and decided to join him rather than perish, you're a loyal soldier in Frieza's army now. Specifically, you are part of Frieza's invasion force. As such, you are paired with a team of fighters of similar skill to yourself, and sent to new planets where you destroy the civilization living there, offering the planet up to Frieza to use as a base or to sell to the highest bidder. Will you and your crew stay faithful, wreaking havoc in the fiendish Tyrant's name? Will they get ambitious and attempt to overthrow him? Or along the way, will you grow a conscience and decide that what your doing is wrong, no matter the cozy benefits you're afforded. TUNE IN NEXT TIME, ON DRAGON BALL Z.

So, now that you know the gist of the RP, lets talk a little about how we're going to play. First, I need to inform you of a few things that I feel might put a damper on our fun in the long run.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
I will not be allowing Saiyans or Namekians as playable races. One, I don't want to try to deal with Zenkai boosts. I also don't want anyone thinking they're going to be a super saiyan.

We will be starting with relatively low power levels. We'll start with power levels of around 1000 to 1200. There's definitely room to grow here, and it'll be a driving force in the rp. Nothing wrong with gaining more power, right?

We will be running into canon characters along the way, usually members of the Frieza Force, such as Appule, Cui, Zarbon, and Dodoria, or even the Ginyu Force. However, we will not be running into Goku, or any of the Z Fighters (Except maybe Vegeta). Our story is going to be in its own bubble. I'm going to follow the canon for each specific character, but not really the timeline. That way if we want Cui or Zarbon to die, we can do that.

This RP will be freeform, so try to stay believable to your power level. Something like destroying a planet would take at least a powerlevel of 18,000. For now, we won't mess with transformations or forms. I know some races can do things like that, such as Zarbon, but we'll hold off to discuss stuff like that as we get deeper into the RP.
