I am still bouncing between a Tamamo or Ginchiyo Tachibana.
Asahi couldn't help but glare a little suspiciously at the cute ghost, still. Although she'd stepped away from her hiding spot behind Yuuto, the young kitsune couldn't bring herself to trust something that could switch between terrifying and adorable so easily! Still, even the vindictive vixen had trouble maintaining any kind of animosity by the time the ghost had given her testimony. Another spirit being the probable culprit of these disappearances? It certainly made sense, though Asahi wondered how much help she could be against that. Several other club members were surely more suited to dealing with the incorporeal, even putting Tomoko aside.

With nothing to add to the questions already given, Asahi could only wait ofr some sort of answer, and they could get onto... somehow apprehending the ghost or whatever it was doing this.
I might have an idea or two I could try, hopefully.
Human Village

"My, it does seem unusually hectic today~"

Watching the hustle and bustle of the human villagers from her perch, the young woman in plaid smiled cheerfully. Her parasol open and protecting her from the sun, Yuuka idly wondered just what had gotten everyone in a tizzy. It certainly wasn't her own presence, sadly - far too little terror and despair for that, plus hardly anyone was giving her so much as a glance. Maybe they'd gotten too used to her occasional visits? Regardless, something had gotten the villagers riled up, and while Yuuka would normally poke her nose in just to get a gist of the problem, she was busy performing an important duty.

Standing before the entranceway to Hieda-no-Akyuu's residence, the troublesome youkai had apparently decided to play gatekeeper today. Evidently today was not the best time for it, but she would dedicate a day to the jon all the same! After all, Elly managed to do it so easily, and if she could perform the literal most pointless job with such aplomb every day, then it shouldn't be too difficult to make sure no one strange bothered the most important human that wasn't also a shrine maiden!

Glancing over her shoulder, Yuuka flashed a kind smile to a rather terrified handmaiden, who quickly ducked back out of view. How cute. Yuuka faced forward again, now humming merrily to herself.

She had a feeling something fun was about to occur.
Berserker - Guan Yu

"Hm? Oh, she's doing great!" Guan cheerfully responded to the (rightfully) worried young man, "Master and I are just getting a little exercise done! I really think she's getting us- M-Master?!"

Seeing Hana throw herself at the young man like that, completely oblivious to the real issue at hand, caused the Berserker to cover her flushing face with her hands, wide eyes peeking through her fingers. She never knew Hana could be so... bold! And that guy was accompanied by another woman, too! Oh dear, had bringing her reclusive Master to the outside world awakened something strange inside her?!

"Ma-Master, um, that's... we-we're in a public place, ah..." the Berserker weakly tried to reason with Hana, "a-and, um, you only just met, um..."

  • Ability/Skills:
In general, Yuuka is an incredibly powerful youkai, physically and magically, though she likes to keep it ambiguous as to how strong she truly is. Oddly, she tends to take her sweet time getting anywhere - if you happen to spot her wandering around, it'll probably be hours before she catches up to you. Until you turn your back on her.
Yuuka also has the ability to manipulate flowers. She can make them bloom, move around, even rejuvenate them. It's a simple enough ability, with surprisingly destructive applications should she feel so inclined. She can also create a copy of herself for some reason; it has yet to be verified if she's cutting her power in half to do so.

  • History:
Yuuka has not done a whole lot for a long time. The last time she caused a stir was during the flower blooming incident, even though she ultimately had nothing to do with it. There may have also been a time when Yuuka caused Reimu's shrine to be destroyed and strong words were exchanged, but that's all in the past now. Otherwise, Yuuka makes sporadic appearances at either the Garden of the Sun, or maybe even in or around the human village.

  • Personality:
Generally polite and cheerful, Yuuka tends to present herself as a pleasant passerby, despite her reputation among humans. She seems to hold a smug superiority over those she considers weaker, but rarely gloats openly about the difference in strength. It's way more fun to simply let her presence cause unrest and anxiety! Even putting that aside however, Yuuka is rarely an instigator in any altercation, and what few appearances she makes outside of flower fields tend to be at the Hakurei Shrine, or maybe even the human village to chat. If someone happens to catch her interest however, be prepared for a lot of needling.

  • Other:
May or may not have a mansion guarded by a cute girl somewhere.
Yuuka is pretty much always seen with a parasol durable enough to block danmaku.
I shall write up Yuuka after sleep.
Asahi was a little surprised that Yuuto was going to borrow her umbrella, though she hid it behind her pleasant, charming smile. She didn't know him too well, but he seemed a nice enough guy, though Asahi felt he had a presence quite distinct from most other humans at school. Given he was part of this club, that had pretty much confirmed it. Luckily, as far as Asahi knew, he was blissfully unaware of her true nature.

"How unfortunate! Luckily, I'm here to help," Asahi replied brightly, opening her umbrella once they stepped outside. Making sure both herself and Yuuto were sufficiently protected, they headed for Tomoko's destination.

-----------

At the playground, Asahi was folding her umbrella back down due to the lessening rain, and tilted her head at Yuuto's surprise question. Why was she sticking around? What an odd thing to ask of her. Had he known that Tomoko basically tricked her into joining? Hopefully not, that would be way too humiliating! Maybe he had picked up on her well-hidden and extra subtle disdain towards their esteemed club leader?! It was a bit awkward to answer without sounding like some sort of indebted troublemaker, though. A simple lie would be easy enough to state, but this guy seemed rather sharp.

Luckily, for lack of a more fitting word, Tomoko's invocation had summoned a spirit, and when she glanced over briefly to look, was met with... a rather shocking, gruesome image. With impressive speed, Asahi had hidden herself behind Yuuto, gripping her umbrella like a club and fearfully peering around him to watch for hostile movement. Luckily, the spirit had switched to a less frightening form, but the fox was still leering at her warily, pouting slightly.
