Powers: Silver tongue; when speaking Litlth's voice is pleasant to hear but when she manifests her gift like a siren she can enthrall any that hear her filling them with desire, altering their opinions, or making them want to do whatever they think will make her happy and smile at them. Because she is able to enthrall others with her voice she is also able to feel the deference between truth and BS
Bio: Lilith's Dad is Ricky Fader Lead Singer of Night Scream who while taking a break from Touring so he could write was alone on the Private Greek Island Zykos where once stood a shrine to the Goddess Peitho. 
It was there that she first saw him and listened as he sang song while playing his old acoustic guitar and fell in love with the mortal. She appeared to him one night as a local girl out for a moonlight swim and he fell for her. Three months the two met after sunset she telling him that she named Petra an was the daughter of a local shipping magnate who's father wouldn't approve her relationship with him so they must keep their love a secret.
Eventually Ricky's record company demanded he get to work on his contracted next album so he had to leave but not before buying the island at an outrageous price telling his new love Petra he'd return and hoped to see her again.
For three years the Island was their secret love nest and his two albums showing a new found passion that shocked the industry. His love ballads featured in 5 hit movies, his concerts packed he was the man every girl between 16 and 30 wanted but not even the super models he once was seen with seemed able to move him.
Who knows how long they may have remained lovers but one day she told him she needed to fly to Zykos for she had to see him urgently. It was when he arrived she had to tell him she was pregnant and she also confessed that she was the Goddess Peitho and under the laws she lived this meant she could no longer be with him.
Broken hearted he was crushed till she told him she needed him to take care of their daughter which he agreed and then set about concocting a plan to see it through.
He named her Lilith and as a tribute to her mother gave her the middle name Petra. His story about her was that he'd all along been having an affair with a Greek woman and that he'd wanted to keep her privacy and that if not for her dying in child birth would have also tried to protect his daughter from all the public interest she'd now have to endure. The press as they are want to do dug into Lilith's mother's story and found the old family doctor who'd delivered her and pronounced her mother dead even telling them where her grave was. 
Raised in Montana on Cloudy Sky Ranch and home schooled by tutors she was able to avoid most of the public exposure. There she thrived learning the things most girls her age needed to learn as well as dressage, music, and excelling at the many sports popular in the Mountains she called home.
Then on her 12th birthday Lilith's dad took her to Zykos where he told her about her mother and told her how her mother was a Goddess and daughter of Oceanus and Tethys. He told her how her mother Peitho was a close companion of the goddess Aphrodite and that she; lilith was a demigoddess and because of that would be sought after by the dark forces which opposed the forces of Olympus. The latter part was why soon she'd have to leave him and go to a place where she'd be taught how to handle what she was and protect herself.
She at first thought he dad was playing an elaborate trick on her but didn't say it and then that very night an odd striking older woman just seemed to appear in her room on the island and before Lilith could speak she said "Chairetísmata Petra kóri tou Peitho". Lilith understood her knowing she'd just said "Greetings Petra daughter of Peitho" but then to Lilith's surprise the woman added "Amfivállete óti échete theïkés proeléfseis kai aftó eínai katanoitó, eínai ekpliktikó na mathaínoume" (You doubt you divine origins and that is understandable, it is an astounding thing to learn)
Lilith was an interesting choice as it means daughter of the night in the Arcadian tongue and fitting for you she said as she reached out and brushed Lilith's hair out of her eyes.
"Who are you?" asked Lilith
The older woman smiled and said "I am Terthys your grandmother and the source of fresh water." then she smiled and held out her right hand in invitation and in surprise Lilith took her hand and felt comfort in the woman's arms.
That night Lilith knew she'd met her Grandmother and that her dad had told her the truth. The next 4 years she was protected by some glamour caste on her by her grandmother till it broke and she was noticed.
He dad came to her in Montana skipping out of a tour show just to see she was taken to New York and long Island

Skills/Gift/Weapons
Well traveled Desi speaks and reads French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Urdu, and Mandrin and a bit of Japanese and German
Familiar with guns but no expert as she was too young to get practical training
First Aid
Desi isn't what one would call a traditional fighter but the style she learned is similar to Pankration with dirty fighting tossed in.
Taught knife fighting she isn't actually an expert though has had several chances to practice 
Not her first choice of knives but because of an Anime a good multiuse knife found laying around



Gift
Desi's gift is Discordia which allows her enhance distrust of friends and allies causing them to either work less effectively as a unit or even turn on each other if it is possible

A gift from dear old mom


Magical it becomes a necklace that looks plain and made of braided leather
Drawn it becomes either a 1 meter or 3 meter weapon that causes painful burning wounds
(Think salt and lemon juice in an open wound as numb and relaxing)

Out on the road that skirted the edge of the surrounding woods of the Camp a huge Limo Escalade stopped and 4 men with no necks and and the air of biker's dressed formally stepped out surrounding the now open door.

"Lilly my darling you know I wish you could stay and that you didn't have to hide in some place they said I couldn't even inspect..." said her dad as he held her in an embrace so tight she wondered if he'd ever release her.

Finally pushing him off Lilith looked into her dad's eyes "You know why dad, you are mortal and I am not really sure what I am" she kissed his cheeks then a daughterly kiss on his lips before she exercised her new found talent of voice.

"Dad please don't worry just think of this as your Lilly going to college and that here she'll be safe" she said in a soothing tone surprised still how easy it was to calm her dad an wishing she could do the same for herself.

"Okay Baby I know I've been silly insisting I see you as far as I can to this place" he said looking out the door and past his entourage guards at what looked like the wilderness to him almost breaking the spell of her voice. "Still wish I could see you all the way to the gate"

She kissed his cheeks one more time as she fought back the tears that threatened "Daddy I love you" was the last thing she said before grabbing a hiking pack half her size and securing her guitar to the back and heading off on a barely visible trail.

The woods she walked through felt strange after growing up in the mountains of Montana but the sounds of nature filling the air around her made it feel less lonely than the open and empty terrain of the ranch.
