I'm sorry for anyone who was waiting for me. Some real life stuff happened, but for now things seem calm. I'll try to post in my RP's ASAP.

Well maybe we could free them but they find their own way out? I know that might seem rough, but at least if we free them there's a chance they could escape. That's what Parum would want anyways. She can understand that maybe they can't bring all of them to Greenest, and frankly they might not be able to even get back home on their own, but she can't just leave them caged up.

And pragmatically speaking, if the cultist do notice the other slaves escaping, it might give us an opening as everyone is scrambling to capture the freed slaves.

Survival

It took them a little while, but the cabin was nearly done. With Gren and Robert’s help, Yue was able to accomplish much more than she thought she could. More support to keep the cabin stable, a pewter mortar to keep the cabin water tight, she even made it space and homely with a makeshift fireplace and chimney. Not exactly a luxury getaway retreat, but for surviving the monsoon, it’ll have to do. Normally drying the mortal would take hours that they didn’t have, but Yue was nothing if not efficient. Taking out a dust card from her pocket Yue imbue her blade with fire. Compared to some others, Yue might not be as skilled with a sword, or have their sheer ability, but when it came to manipulating dust, Yue liked to think she was second to none.

And using her control over dust, her blade radiates warmth. But not just that, but she was evaporating the moisture in the mortal, to solidify them. She did the same to the wood itself to make them stiffer and stronger for the coming storm, so that they wouldn’t bend or break as they get pounded by the rain for who knows how long. And this all only took her a few minutes to do, even as the rain started to pour in. If needed she could even do this for the next few hours. However she did notice something amiss. There was no smoke; she wasn’t sure if maybe whoever was responsible for the signal fire wasn’t able to complete it or simply did it somewhere she couldn’t see. But Yue was worried that the airship she saw earlier wouldn’t be able to find them.

Yue knew what she had to do. After finishing the cabin, she ran out to the beaches and called out to everyone as loud as she could. ”The cabin is finished! Get inside before you get caught in the rain!” And as she said this, Yue raised her blade into the air. Concentrating on the dust in her blade, Yue fired off a weak, but very vibrant, very long beam of fire from her sword. An attack like this was flashy but lacked punch behind it. But she wasn’t trying to hurt anything, but get the attention of any airship around here. She’d maintain this beam of fire for as long as the dust in her blade could, which was about ten straight minutes. She hopes that someone would come to investigate the mysterious pillar of flame on this island.
Yeah, not really sure what to do with Parum, but I do want her to explain what her next plan is going to be. We're def going to need to save Brannor and Leosin, but I think we need some sort of decoy to replace Leosin. So hopefully Parum would get a "guest" tonight, which I need someone's help to knock out, and then we can drag him to Leosin, switch and replace, and gtfo.

I'd say Parum and Orchid could stick together to save Leosin, while Kyra and Torus goes to get Brannor. I'm also down for rescuing the other slaves too. While it's probably not necessary, it'll be good karma to help them instead of leaving them to suffer.

Survival

Fortunately gathering the lumber went by completely uneventfully. Yue had hew down more then two dozens of trees alongside the others, making a vast clearing as well as gathering a lot of materials. Alas, carpentry wasn't one of Yue's talents. She could improvise a shelter with the wood and what ice dust she had, but she'd have no idea how structurally secure it was. "Hmm... Well... Obviously, it needs a wall and a roof to protect from the rain. But it also has to be elevated to prevent flooding. Something that is stable too, can't just stack it up on the ground or else it could all come tumbling down." Yue wished the supplies she took would be helpful, but she didn't have enough rope, and the tarp was only good for maybe one wall or a small, one-person hut. And she doubts they needed to mop up the monsoon.

Looking at the terrain, she did notice that as she was cutting down trees, she was going up an incline. It was a very small hill that would go down to the beach, so they had something of a high ground. If they could create a shelter near the top of the slope, they wouldn't have to worry about water sweeping them down into the ocean. Alternatively... She had another idea, but it would require great strength and careful climbing skills. As she thought about her idea she spotted Gren and Robert and called them out. "Robert! Gren! Could you come here for a moment? I have an idea."

Parum thought about what Davis was offering, looking at the holes in relation to where Leosin was. It wasn't perfect, but as far as cover went, it'll have to do. Keep prying eyes off of her and give her a nice spot to stake out the place tonight. All she needed was a distraction and a replacement. Fortunately Davis could cover at least one of those things. "Oh well, I suppose it's better then sleeping in the cold, open night sky... Still... Could certainly use some better company then my current riff raft of a team. Perhaps," Parum playfully poked Davis's sternum. "You could keep me warm tonight? Think about it. I'll come find you later when I'm ready for some rest and relaxation."

Parum started to walk a bit away from Davis, stopping only to flash him a smile and a wink. "I should really go find my other teammates, make sure they haven't made a mess of things while I was gone. Take care of yourself Davis. Play your cards right and this will be a night you'll remember~" Parum skipped away as if she was just a giddy girl, but once she was out of sight she dropped the act and groaned softly to herself. She didn't think she'd have to use her bardic skills seducing cultists, but whatever she needed to do to make this mission succeed, she'll have to try. As she was looking around for what began of Orchid and Torus, she did spot Kyra speaking to a rather gruff looking brigand. He didn't dress like a cultists so he must have either been one of the mercenaries, or possibly a higher ranking member of the cult. Hiding behind a barrel that was nearby, Parum eaves dropped on the conversation.

Parum shifted uncomfortably when Davis expounded the "glory" of Tiamat returning. She wasn't sure if he was naive or a fanatic, and frankly it wasn't impossible that he might be both. "Yeah it'll certainly be... Something alright." Parum tried to put that subject aside as Davis though about getting Parum her own tent. He mentioned two options, one that his superiors wouldn't like, and the other which was to make due with some corner of the camp. Parum personally didn't like the idea of roughing it under the stars and storms, plus without the privacy of a tent it'll be difficult for Parum to try to keep her activities concealed without constant watch. So instead she tried to coax some more information out of Davis, or possibly even a favor.

"Oh come on, surely you can help lil old me a bit more then that? Perhaps at least giving me some supplies to set up my own tent? I'll make it worth your while~

@Hekazu

I'll try to get a post up tomorrow too.

You wanted to Collab?
"Oh, I'm pretty new too. Parum's the name. Haven't gotten to see much action yet, though I've heard a few things about this outfit. Wasn't really sure what to make of it at first. Mostly just about how they had dragons on their side, which was pretty interesting on it's own. I'll admit I'm rather... Excited too." That was one way to put it. Parum had no actual interest in letting the dragon queen come back to this realm, so "excited" to put a stop to it would be one way Parum could spin it. Still, at least this Davis doesn't seem too suspicious of her yet. Perhaps word hasn't gotten around about how this group of strangers managed to find this place and bag the champion of Greenest. She'd have to capitalize on it. "Still, it seems like I missed out on all the action. Not to mention since I came so recently, I don't really have a place in the camp yet. Been on the road for a while, and I cold really use a warm place to lay my head. Maybe you could help a lil lady like me?"

Yukari Yozakura

"Hmm... It's hard to describe. I'm not really a fighter myself, and of course I can't really describe it by how it looked." Yukari wished she could explain it better to Kaida, but Yukari was never good at detail oriented stuff like that. She just learns through experience. Still if she had to fight Jett, Yukari would knew some of his tricks. As they walked and talked Yukari listened to Dulga and felt nervous around her. Dulga reminded her a lot of her old ring master; nice at first, but very aggressive once you see past her exterior. Yukari hoped that Dulga was just stern and not secretly sadistic, but all her comments about just shooting the other students did made Yukari uneasy. She wondered if Dulga would be the type of person who'd shoot a person while they're down.

Dulga's plans didn't seem too bad to Yukari. They made sense, though she was still a bit nervous. This would be her first big fight, and while she's sparred with Ezra and Jojo once before, she's never faced off against the rest of the class. Even Jett, she's only trained with him a few times when she first came to Japan. Who knows what he can do now. But Yukari would be brave. After all, what sort of hero would run from a challenge? "Team A seems like a strong group. But we should do what Dulga says and focus on one person at a time, and that would be Ezra. I sparred with him yesterday, he's kinda fast, but I think now that I have a better idea of his fighting style I could beat him. The trick would be trying to separate him from the rest of his team. Jett isn't reckless enough to let Ezra go on his own, and Mina seems like a smart person too. If we want to try to take them out we'll need to lure them out and divide them up." Yukari wondered how they would pull that off. Ezra seemed like a prideful guy, maybe if she challenged him directly they could get them into a 1-on-1 fight. Yukari might be able to hold her own against him while the others took one different members of the team. Though facing Dulga.... Yukari had a feeling that Dulga wouldn't honor a duel.

"Anyways, we should stick together, okay? Maybe we can goad them into chasing after us and taking them out while they're distracted. I'm sure they want to take the point first, so all we have to do is ambush them on the way. If we're fast, we might even be able to set up a trap for them to run into."
