Age: 18 years old

Appearance: Dante is 6' 1" tall and a lean 150lbs. He has red eyes and silver hair. He will usually dress as circumstance permits, (being in a slave camp offers little luxury) but if he had his own way, he would love to dress like the upper class demons of old: Large collar shirts, jewellery, leather pants and expensive jackets.

Background: The Valeron family was once a prestigious noble house in the city of Pandemonium. Admired for their wealth and respected for their martial prowess; had Dante been born 100 years earlier, he would have known a quality of life beyond his wildest fantasies. After the so-called 'Age of Prosperity' started, the Valeron family was shattered and sent to mining camps to be slaves.

Fast forward some decades and Lucille Valeron, separated from all family aside from her Uncle Hagrid, met another demon and fell in love. From their love, Dante was born. After his birth, his mother and father planned and attempted an escape from the camps so they could raise their son free of captivity, but they were caught and killed. Dante was orphaned, raised in the slave camps by Old Draconhouser and somewhat by his Great Uncle Hagrid, whenever Hagrid had free time.

I like adventure stuff - Lord of the Rings-esque, persistent world was my main deal - but I've participated in many different kinds of stories. Spy/political modern day stories where the protagonists are unwilling recruits for a machiavellian shadow corp (although that one never got completed, it really pushed me out of my comfort zone and brought the best out of me.) Modern day and period era assassin stuff. Completed one of those to a cathartic conclusion; again, pushed me again to explore my own skills and interests.

So yeah, my best writing has actually been when I do something that my friends like and I have to push myself, but I really, really, REALLY like classic dungeons, dragons, elves, thieves guilds, kingdoms etc :D

I'm a little timid right now, just looking around, trying to find something where I can make a good 1st impression on the site. And it's overwhelmingly awesome just how vast and diverse the interests and the writers are here. There's so many RPs going on here! But yeah, I hope you can glean some kind of answer to your question, in all that rambling lol thanks for asking.

I'm so glad to find this place. I used to roleplay on groupbox.com but the site just disappeared without warning so me and my friends lost all of our content. It's a huge bummer and we all took it pretty hard, but I'm finally over it and decided to look for a place to write again, and found this place. I've been lurking for a few days and the whole guild looks absolutely awesome. Looking forward to RPing with you all!
