I suppose those who know him a minimum and see his physical self (plus another cue such as hearing his name) would restore most memories.

I'd assume also that using this ability as stealth against an alert foe, even if they forget GHOST, would still keep them on their toes. The fact that they forgot who they fought would probably make them even more paranoid. After a few exposures, they can eventually understand that some invisible force is pursuing them even if their memory gets wiped each time.

Essentially with some common sense and basic alertness, people should be able to stay on their guard despite forgetting him. At least in fights where he intends to STAY. If her runs away, well, he has the ultimate tool. Then again if someone hears him run away or sees his footprints in the mud, they'll probably run after him anyway.

You're not the boss of anyone. You're an rper on a power trip is what you are. Like I said I can have whatever attitude I want. You can't tell me not to. Now you're cursing at me. Is that really necessary? Bold letters, underlining, cap lock, if that's your way of "asserting authority" you'll have to do better than that.

1) No I'm the boss of everyone who joins this RP. While I like to give everyone a voice and a chance to chip in, in the end I have the final say. CF. Rule 1.

2) You are not special enough to warrant any form of 'I do what I want' in a RP that is ran none other than myself (my Co-GM's too, but hey you're targeting me, the head GM). If I tell you to cut it out, you will.

3) Saying one swear word puts you off, not even directed at your person. Gender politics AND oversensitive. Jesus, I was right, my character would have a field day with you.

Not if I worked really hard the first time and have to change it, I'm not going to have more than two lines in ten minutes. I have more now, but if I post it you'll just tell me to be more "precise", so I'm waiting to see if I can come up with anything else.
