Kitala Lusamina
Location: Festival, completely mortified
Interacting with: @Rune_Alchemist / Sihu ; @pkken / Xerath ; @King Kindred / Taran ; @Cardamonelaw / Jansen ; @TheHangedMan / Phoebe
"We shouldn't interrupt their date, yeah?" Kitala turned around to look at Sihu, her jaw clenched tightly. She was a Golem's Hand member, S-Class at that. "No, no, it's not a date," she said through her teeth, the frustration obvious in her tone. "It's nothing like that at all, okay?" She had half a mind to sucker punch her. And that guy who started all this. And that brat with the cloak. But it seems that Kitala's misfortune would persist, as at that moment Taran made his way over. "Who's on a date?" Kitala just groaned, before turning to face him with a death glare. "Nobody is on a date. Nobody." At this point, she definitely regretted trying to start a fight. That was not a feeling she was used to.
"I . . . see," Oh great, she was talking again. As if her day wasn't terrible enough! "I . . . would rather not start a fight over something like this. I did not realize that you were with your beau." Kitala covered her face with her hands, slowly turning to look back at Phoebe. Who even used the word "beau" anymore?! "He's not my...'beau,' first of all..." She was about to keep talking when Phoebe spoke again, this time to Xerath. "Your choice of woman aside . . . I wish you find happiness together." Seriously? "Can you please just...stop talking? It's not like that." She just wanted to leave.
Kitala gave Xerath a grateful look as he politely refuted everyone's claims, just now realizing this was sort of her fault. Damn...she'd have to apologize to him later. He was surprisingly calm, at least, which she supposed was a good thing. As Jansen spoke again, Kitala prepared herself for the worst, but he just...changed the subject. She suddenly felt very torn between hating him and appreciating his existence as a human being, seeing as he fixed her donut and thankfully changed the subject, but also got them into this whole dating mess to begin with. Maybe she just...would leave him alone for now. Bad things happened when she tried to start something, so it would possibly just be best to leave it all alone.
At the sound of Sihu's voice, Kitala looked at her guildmate with momentary confusion. "I uh, I guess it'd be a nice place if you took someone on a date, yeah..."
