ℕ𝕒𝕞𝕖: Cinder Nordes (Born simply Nordes)
𝔸𝕝𝕚𝕒𝕤𝕖𝕤: Cin, Smokey, call her Cindy and she will murder you.
𝔸𝕘𝕖: 34
𝕊𝕡𝕖𝕔𝕚𝕖𝕤: Fire Genasi
𝔾𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕣: Female
𝕆𝕔𝕔𝕦𝕡𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟: Bounty hunter/Dragon rider
𝔸𝕝𝕚𝕘𝕟𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥: Chaotic neutral, or so she likes to tell herself. Try as she might to ignore it there's a little voice inside her head that berates her and keeps her from doing anything truly evil... Usually.
ℍ𝕖𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥: 5'2"
𝔹𝕦𝕚𝕝𝕕: Cinder shares the same lithe build that most of her species possesses, and tends to be more agile than strong. Though should the need arise, she's been told she has a mean left hook.
𝔼𝕪𝕖𝕤: Gold eyes that sometimes flicker with fire.
ℍ𝕒𝕚𝕣: Bright orange with slight streaks of yellow, and it glows slightly in the dark. Her hair also catches on fire when she is angry or using her magic. It makes keeping hair ties around... problematic.
𝕊𝕜𝕚𝕟 𝕋𝕠𝕟𝕖: Dark gray. If one were to touch her skin, they would find it exceptionally warm.
𝕋𝕒𝕥𝕥𝕠𝕠𝕤/𝕊𝕔𝕒𝕣𝕤/ℙ𝕚𝕖𝕣𝕔𝕚𝕟𝕘𝕤: She has multiple scars of varying shapes and sizes across her body, but nothing particularly eye catching.
ℙ𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕝 𝕊𝕥𝕪𝕝𝕖: Cinder's clothing tends to be practical, but elegant all the same. She enjoys wearing flattering clothing, but alas sometimes for the sake of her occupation she has to make sure it's not very eye catching in order to stay relatively unnoticed, so she's tried to maintain a balance between the clothing she enjoys, and what is practical.
Impulsive * Proud * Sarcastic * Quick-tempered * Introverted * Passionate * Honest
ℝ𝕖𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕡 𝕊𝕥𝕒𝕥𝕦𝕤: Divorced.
ℚ𝕦𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕟𝕒𝕚𝕣𝕖: What first impression do you make?Well, I've been told that I'm loud and off-putting, but I suppose that's up to the individual. Usually when people first meet me I'm relatively polite. Until they say something I disagree with. In which case, I'll start a conversation with them on the subject, and try to convince them of why they're wrong, which usually escalates into an argument, and then we start yelling and- oh that's why they say I'm loud.
What are you like in a high stress situation?I don't panic, but I definitely get stressed out. Usually in high stress situations I'll get very irritable and snap at whoever tries to talk to me.
What are your best and worst qualities?I think my best qualities are that I'm very passionate and hardworking in what I do. If I believe that something is the best course of action, then there isn't a force in this plane of existence that can stop me from doing it, and that leads me to my uh... worst qualities. I don't listen to others very well, and I'm very stubborn. I'm very opinionated and don't like to be told I'm wrong, and if I am wrong it will take you a good hour or two to convince me. Not to mention temperamental. Usually I don't mean what I say personally, it just... Comes out. I'm also pretty impulsive, or so I've been told.
What is something about yourself that you would never admit to anyone?I hate my elemental heritage. It has given me wonderful abilities, yes, but it has also been the source of much pain for me, and I'd really rather have just not had it to begin with. I walk out on the streets and people automatically know that one or both of my parents want nothing to do with me. They basically know my whole life story, and it's just because of what I am. Granted, I'm not exactly a very secretive person, but I still don't like people being able to read my past at the drop of a hat. It's just disconcerting, you know?
What are your dreams? To one day find a bounty that makes it so I never have to work again, and I can just retire to a little farm house out in the middle of nowhere. Drink whiskey, maybe raise some animals. Maybe try out gardening. Well, okay, maybe not gardening, but you know. Have time for some hobbies.
How do you want to be seen by others?I want to be seen as just respectable enough that people don't dislike me, but just scary enough that they don't poke into my business too much. I want to be a blend between friendly and terrifying. Hopefully that makes sense, but if it doesn't, oh well.
How do you see yourself?Uhhhh... Hm. Hot-headed half elf Genasi? I don't know. I'm just me. I don't particularly hate or love myself, and I think I have a healthy opinion of my faults and strengths. I mean, I know I'm not perfect, and I've got issues, but I've also got stuff going for me too, and I like who I am. Anyone who doesn't is free to show themselves out.
Do you tend to make snap judgements, or stop and think about things?I'm definitely more impulsive. Whenever I meet someone, I do tend to make up my mind on them rather quickly, and I'm almost always improvising. I've managed to survive my entire life flying by the seat of my pants, and I don't see any reason to change that now.
What haunts you?The knowledge that I'm probably going to die alone. I'm not even talking about romantic relationships here, it's easy enough to find some fool who wants to marry you, just alone in general. There are a couple billion people on this planet, but almost none of them are worth keeping around for the long run, and usually the ones that are want nothing to do with me. So... Yeah. I'm probably going to die alone. That's not a fun thought.
What is your philosophy on life?Do no harm... Unless someone is either in your way, or being an ass.

- Fire Magic: Thanks to her Genie heritage, Cinder inherently is gifted with the use of fire magic. Though active in her at all times, Cinder has the ability to repress it so that she isn't constantly setting things on fire. That's why when she's angry, her hair and hands burst into flames, as she forgets to repress the power within her. She can hurl fire at her enemies, cause her entire body to be aflame, create a campfire with ease, and many other various things with these abilities. It is very useful in combat. She cannot be harmed by fire.

𝕊𝕦𝕞𝕞𝕒𝕣𝕪: My past is honestly not particularly exciting. Nevertheless, I'll walk you through it. I was born to a Woodland she-elf by the name of Gaelira. Poor thing. She was very young when she had me, and honestly just didn't know what to do. My father was an Efreeti, or genie from the elemental plane of fire, and he ditched my mother fairly early on. They don't really care for their offspring that much. It's a pretty typical experience for all genasi children.
So my poor mother, being only about twenty five at the time (which is very, very young for an elf), panicked and gave me to an orphanage. Again, practically the bio of every genasi child. The orphanage kept me until I was thirteen, then I ran off to make my own way in life, and I found work as a dragon stable hand. I was at home with the creatures, who didn't seem to mind me very much, and I did fairly well for myself that way. I mean, I wasn't exactly rich, but ya know. I had food in my belly and a roof over my head.
I also learned how to ride dragons, both from the dragon riders that passed through, and from the dragons themselves. A couple of them were only a couple hundred years old, and they'd never met a fire genasi before, so I was fascinating to them. We became good friends, and some of the older ones taught me how to hone my magic skills. To be honest, those dragons and their riders are really the closest thing to a family I ever had.
Anyway, I grew up in that environment, and eventually one of the riders that came through regularly offered to take me along with him on his journeys. He was a bounty hunter, and he was getting up there in years, so he was looking for someone he trusted to make sure his dragon was alright after he passed.
You see, dragons and their riders have very special bonds. It's not like you just go somewhere and
buy a dragon, no, dragons aren't mindless creatures that you sell like horses. They're intelligent, independent, and
they choose who rides them. Unfortunately, dragons almost always outlive their riders, so the man was hoping that perhaps his dragon would choose me as his next rider. And he did. After the bounty hunter passed, the dragon (whose name was Ulleiss) accepted me as his new rider after a period of grieving, and off we went. He'd practically helped raise me, so it was an easy transition for both of us, and he helped me become more experienced as a bounty hunter as time went on.
At some point I got married to this Tiefling fella. You know how it is. Tall, dark, angsty, I couldn't burn him to death, he was cute, how could I resist? We got married when I was 25 or 26, I can't remember specifics. Anyway, I walked in on him one day and he was in the midst of undressing this cute little human girl, and uh... Well. The house went boom.
So then I spent the next few years building up a name for myself as a bounty hunter again. I'm not exactly famous, but in certain circles I'm a well known name that
might earn a shudder, if you're a criminal. I've managed to stay out of trouble for the most part. I tried to find my genie father once, met him, was greatly disappointed and just... Left. Genies are serious jerks, did you know? But anyways, now I just spend my days hunting down bad guys and saving up money for my little house in the middle of nowhere.
ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕒𝕔𝕥𝕖𝕣 ℚ𝕦𝕠𝕥𝕖: "I know my worth. I've paid dearly for every ounce of it."
𝔸𝕟𝕪𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝔼𝕝𝕤𝕖: Rides a red dragon by the name of Ulleiss. He's a bit grumpy, but enjoys Cinder's company enough to stick around.
