Should I step up?
"Pink Rabbit. Are you in position?"
"Affirmative. I'm in a good spot, not to far from the civilian area. If I get caught, I can claim I got lost. When the alarm hits, it will literally take me twenty seconds to get into position."
"You're a natural runner, Pink. Things are gonna go well for you."
That message was ten minutes ago. There had been no further messages, no alarms, no sign of their plan being active from where she stood, which was the sidelines. Her job was for wait for Red Fox to arrive at her checkpoint after having built up a good lead on the security, hand the data to her, and for her to non-chilantly get as far as she can towards the exit before the security discover there's been a switch, where she will bolt back to the van and drive to the pickup to get the rest of the guys. Anyone who wasn't at the pickup got left behind.
Suddenly the alarms went off. Finally! She went over to her position. Red Fox sped down her corridor. He was a faster runner than her. he actually threw the disc at her, but amazingly she caught it. She slipped it in her shirt and started to walk out. She decided to head out via the far wall that had the windows leading to the outside. It would take a little longer but there wouldn't be as many guards, and she wouldn't have to explain herself to regular employees, who might then call the guards.
She heard footsteps in this corridor. She started in a run.

Been staring at my CS for twenty minutes, then looked at other people's and felt like a Free RPer by comparison. The fact that you guys can write psycological profiles longer than four sentences makes me sooooooo jealous.
Violet probably isn't strong enough, but maybe she can figure out a way to outsmart it somehow, or otherwise beat it by exploiting it's weak point.

I still can't finish my CS, though. I can never do personality/psychological profile very well. If I get five sentences out for that section, it's a miracle.

Okay, I've made several attempts at this, so I'm just going to do something I don't do very often: a WIP
Name: Macey Elliot
Codename: Scream

Place of Birth: Birmingham, England
Affiliations: (Department of Superhuman Affairs)
Occupation: Technician
Appearance: WIP
Powers: Macey has the ability to use her voice in ways ordinary humans are unable to. She can flawlessly impersonate any sound she has heard before, she can utilize echolocation,she can emit a scream so loud it can deal physical force to objects, or deafen them, if she so wishes. Though she doesn't quite have the skill down yet, it is also possible for her to amplify or cancel out other sounds by creating the same sound in/out of phase.
Skills: Her experience as a sound engineer, and as a technician gives her some technical know-how, especially in the fields of communications, speakers or public address systems.
Equipment/Resources: WIP
Weaknesses: Her throat is her entire power. Disrupt/damage her vocal cords, and she's next to useless. Her powers also require breath. Absence of oxygen, or any situation where she needs to hold her breath (like being submerged in water for too long), whilst not stopping her from using her powers, will put her in a disadvantageous position, as she will have to conserve her breath.
Also, overuse of her power may lead to a sore throat, which will make her power both weaker and less reliable.
Psychological Profile: WIP
Biography: WIP (Lived in Birmingham. Deliberately didn't speak much out of fear. Was a roadie for a rock band. They moved to the states. They split up. She accidentally revealed her power. Got fired from every job she tried to apply to, from either accidental misuse of power, or just plain prejudice. Attempted to get places in both the DSA and the league. Did she get them? Maybe I should drop the DSA thing entirely.)
