I'm not even sure what I could ask to clarify that quirk. I think I might have to see it in action to truly get it. Sorry this is taking so long. Mel hasn't had time to check out your CS properly either.

Also @vancexentan really really really sorry! Tomorrow I'll be back at my own flat, and I'll be able to make a post. I thought I'd be able to get a chance while I'm at my mom's but no such luck. Every evening, my head hasn't been clear enough.

Also also, I plan to skip to day 2 this weekend sometime. Just to let everyone here know.
Natalie Ellis

Natalie was glad she chose to wear high-top leather boots on this occasion, as she followed the group through the sewers. She might be thankful for them if they had to trudge through deeper water. "If they haven't definitely already noticed, we have Cara to think for that," she stated in response to Packet, before narrowing her eyes. "It would have been nice to know there might be escaped prisoners down here. Wouldn't have changed anything. It would have just been nice. I...don't have good memories of that day."

Natalie was quiet and slightly sullen for the next couple of seconds and she listened to Archie and Packet. She was snapped out of this by the tone of their voices. Packet was confused that the tunnels were different to his maps. "Packet, where did you get this map from? Please say it wasn't directly from Cara. It makes sense that the Promise's network might have a false map as a security measure, but if Cara gave you the map..." Natalie didn't finish the sentence. It was clear what she was implying. Natalie actually had some trust for Cara. She didn't want it to be broken. Even with a different starting point, something as major as a split in the path shouldn't have taken Packet by surprise like this. The Map was surely a dupe.

Archie and Packet were bickering, which Natalie wouldn't have found unusual but it seemed...odd. The aggression was sudden. It didn't feel like it had boiled over from a long time of frustration and it definitely didn't feel in character. They were just suddenly snippy with each other to the point of being contrarian. To make matters worse, Lynn said she saw something behind them. Natalie looked back herself, but couldn't see anything in the dark. Of course she could imagine sinister figures lurking out of sight ready to harm her, but that was nothing new. Ever since she was picked up from the side of the road covered in blood a few months ago now, she'd been having that feeling. She'd gotten good at ignoring it.

"Gus! Stop arguing What's gotten into you two? Anyway, if the map didn't have a split here and we're already two votes to go right. I vote we go right. We need to move, and any direction's the wrong direction now. We can't rely on a map we can't trust. Let's go!"

A few things, after conferring with my co-GM.

1) Please change the name. 'Blade Shuriken' is not a human name.

2) The mutation part of the quirk is unnecessary. Every emitter has modified internal biology.

3) You kinda explain your quirk's limitations like this is a stat-based roleplay. Can you reword it a little clearer?

4) You can still have the Hero great-Grandfather, but being poor being the only reason your character isn't in UA isn't really what we're looking for. His backstory needs to clarify that at present he isn't good enough for U.A. regardless.

5) Please revise the spelling, grammar and formatting errors to make it a little more readable.

@vancexentan

I'm sorry for the wait! I've been stressed out recently. Tomorrow I hope to post.
@alexfangtalon

Hmmm, considering how quiet it is and how a few people have dropped off the map/straight up never posted...

I give you one yay. You must receive two yays to proceed.

@Melpaws

What say you?
@Drake Baku

Word's back. You're good!
@Drake Baku

Hold on. I'll ping my co-gm again. On here and on Discord.

@vancexentan

It's been two posts since yours so go ahead and post

Kou's opening line caught Nadeko off-guard briefly. So, he wasn't shy after all, then. Not trying to play the cool loner either, actually. Maybe his friends had just already left. She grinned, tutted and shook her head. There might have been the hint of a flush there too. "I bet you say that to all the girls," she teased in a dramatic, soap-opera voice, before giggling and reverting to a more natural delivery. "Majima-kun it is, then. And yeah, I already finished but it's a new school on the first day, and none of us can really talk in class, so I'm just trying to talk to as many of my classmates as possible. School sucks without a couple of good friends. And I saw you were sitting alone when I walked past. So, what did you think of Hero class?"
@vancexentan

No, that's fine. And I'll post later if nobody else has. I usually like two post buffers but not if they're gonna hurt the rp.

@Drake Baku

I'm conferring with my co-GM and I'll get back to you. Glad to hear you're interested, though!

Nadeko finished her lunch, and the three girls parted ways. The other two left the cafeteria. Nadeko stayed and looked around. So many students here who weren't in the Hero class. She vaguely recognised a few from the Support class, but most were complete strangers. It really put into perspective how many pupils came to this Hero School not to become Heroes. Of course, some of them might have their own Hero classes later. Others might not. It was fascinating to her, and made her glad that she didn't have to give up regular high school life. Maybe she'd make friends with girls outside her own classes.

Looking around, she saw that most people were still talking to others in groups. But there was one boy sitting at a moderately populated table but not talking to those around him. He was one of the boys from her class. The one who had the air powers, she remembered. Was he trying to play the cool loner, or was he just a little shy? She remembered he wasn't very showy with his quirk and cited that using it too much gave him a headache. So probably not the type use their quirk in front of their mirror for hours solid as a child, pushing themselves to get stronger until their arms ached for the whole of the following day.

Nadeko sat at the free seat opposite from Kou, noticeably lacking a tray or any kind of lunch, and smiled. She didn't offer her hand to shake, because looking at her box-like magnet arms, how would that work?

"Hello. I'm Maeda-san. Mind if I sit here?" she asked cheerily.
