Is the intercom announcement only building 1?
I have no idea how to bring Eilidh back in as I'm still not 100% sure what's happening right now
It's my last day of workfor the week tomorrow so I'll finish my sheet then or Friday
@Silver Carrot Fire power manifesting as smoke control or water/wind power manifesting as fog control might work as a stand-in for shadows?

@Crimson Flame I think so! The original RP was just going to be the four "main" elements and in that case overlap would be unavoidable. There's a ton of students at the school so I'm sure multiple elements would be fine if the expression is unique, imo

Ooh.

See, I was thinking maybe 'metal' but smoke is perfect for this character. It's slightly 'infernal' so ties into her backstory.
I have a vague character forming in my head but I don't know which 'element' to give them. She was a rich spoiled girl brought up in a very religious household. When her magic manifested, they didn't take it well.

Let's see, we have lightning, plants, water, snow, fire, wind, and maybe light

Stone wouldn't be a bad power to have, even if there's no thematic link. Shadow would tie in even better with the character I have in my head but that might be stretching it.
Interested
I'm tentatively interested. There's potential in the basic premise. What are our character's chosen by?
So, what happened so far since the timeskip and who's where?

Madison didn't waste any time in replying to Wiseman's information, and rushed over to the crumbling building, counting the houses as she ran. She needn't have bothered. It was the only one with a rescue team struggling at the front door as destribed. Said rescue team would be shocked by a single strand of steel wire flying past them and into one of the cracks. The pile of wire reformed itself into Madison on the other side. There were two children inside who scooted away from her in fear when they saw her unnaturally turn herself from a pile of metal wire into a person.

It was heartbreaking. Madison briefly looked away so that they couldn't see the emotions on her face. She was sad, and she was angry. It had been the same with the couple she'd rescued earlier. As if they found her scarier than the danger they were in. She was trying to save their lives! They could be grateful! Or at least, just, not...not this...

She couldn't let the children see her face with anything but a smile. At times like this it was more important than ever to be a beacon of hope. The reason Heroes wore costumes, had catchphrases, appeared on television, instead of just being employed as anonymous police officers, was because they were symbols. Role models. Bringers of feelings of security and optimism. Heroes didn't just save they day. Their job was also to make people think 'Heroes will save the day.'

She finally found the strenth to smile, and crouched down to gently reassure the kids. She told them that it was okay, and that they were going to be safe. She asked them if they were hurt. They shook their heads but didn't move. She asked them if they had any favourite snacks. The girl shuffled awkwardly and answered "Chocolate."

Madison smiled at her.

"I like chocolate too."

The rescues continued. Madison didn't stop to rest. Didn't stop to look around. All she could focus on were finding people in danger, taking them to one of the medical tents and repeating the process. Alisa spoke in her ear as she was leaving, informing her that somebody had caused this distaster but weren't here right now, and that Jareth was investigating a site of interest.

A boy on a sretcher stared right at her, catching her eye, and was struggling against the medics as he shouted hysterically. Wht he was saying was matching with Alisa's update. Wireframe approached the boy.

"Please calm down. I believe you, and I can also assure you that you're safe here now." Wireframe soothed, setting her watch to record and transmit directly to Alisa. "Now can you please tell me everything you remember in as much detail as you can?"
I haven't been keeping track of this but I'll finally have time to post from the 26th
