Thrown into jail

We are in our current time (2018) in a fictional city.

The government decided to give his city a better name by only allowing the rich and important people to keep on staying there.

If you are poor, not smart enough, don't have a good or serious enough behaviour or anything else you can think of, you have to move to a newly designed region, specifically for the poor, the stupid and so on.

At first, most of the people didn't mind much that they had to move somewhere else. But then they discovered it wasn't another city they moved to, they got thrown into jail!

I didn't put down a genre, because I want everyone to make it in their own story: a romantic one, one full of fights, battling and horror, maybe throw in some secret superpowers/magical abilities if you want.

Just don't take the violence outside of the RP and make sure that when you talk about violence, rape, ... that your partner is alright with that.

Because of some themes that may be spoken about (violence, rape, ...), it's an RP for only 18+.

Oneliners are not allowed, but the length of your post may very as short or long as you want. A short paragraph? Okay! 5 paragraphs? That's okay too.

Try to post at least weekly, but if something happens (like vacation, moving somwhere else, ...) in real life and you can't post, warn us that you didn't ditch.

The character sheets will be short as I don't like characters completely decided before starting, it takes the surprise effect and growth out of it.

Aikatsu (idol series) roleplay

I want to do an Aikatsu RP with original characters.
The RP is played in the same universe as the original Aikatsu series (so your character can have a canon character as motivation to become an idol).

You don't have to know the series to be able to participate!

However our characters would be in a new academy that we create together. In this academy both guys and girls are allowed (like we saw in Aikatsu Stars).

Romance between characters is allowed, however smut and fade to black is not.

The GM will act like the headmistress of the new academy.
- Will you be chosen by the headmistress for a unit or will you create an independent one?
- Which audition should you apply for?
- How good do you do in the competitions?
- What kind of brand do you like to wear?
All those questions will you see answered if you participate!

First year of the academy: Idol course

Second year of the academy: Idol course is divided in:
- fashion course for models and designers (examples: Shibuki Ran, Shirogane Lilie)
- acting course for actors, actresses and idols who play a character when appearing in public (examples: Kiriya Aoi, Todo Yurika)
- TV course for idols who participate in a quiz, a TV show or who have a job on TV (like when Akari did the weather) (examples: Hoshimiya Ichigo, Oozora Akari, Arisugawa Otome)
- Sing and dance course for idols who prefer to perform on stage (examples: Nijino Yume, Hikami Sumire)

Following years: continue to be an idol in your course or change courses

I thought of a RP that would be played out on Discord.

Rules:
- No bullying outside of the RP
- Romance and fading to black is allowed
- Violence, rape, bullying INSIDE THE RP is allowed (if it is played in character and doesn't move to outside character)
- If you don't like how someone else(s character) treats you, let's discuss it as adults
- Talk OOC about how you like how the RP is going, if you have any ideas to add to the storyline or just how the weather is :p

Short plot:
We are all students on a boarding school - a university - where all kind of things are going on in the shadows without the teachers or the principal knowing. Some are dealing drugs, others answers on the upcoming test, some offer to let an 'accident' happen to one of the other students so they will be staying in the hospital for a while. They are called the 'Dealers'. Some of the dealers even have a hidden room in the school where the students come to make a deal with them. It's their hideout for doing the dark activities.

The students who don't involve themselves in those kind of things are called the 'Innocent'. Some of them don't do anything and others go to 'Dealers' to get anything done for them.

There has been a rumour that some of the students in the school have magic, both 'Innocents' and 'Dealers'. Some of them use them in their dark activities, others try to hide them by being an innocent student.

- Appearance (use a picture from any kind)

- Magic or not (if your character has magic, shortly explain what kind - keep it as an human with magic, not an alien or monster)

She was a little bit nervous when she heard the bell and found out that she had to meet the others too. "Euhm..." she hesitated before she added: "...yes, I am just a bit nervous to meet the others. However if they are as nice as you and Trent I guess I am worrying for nothing." She smiled as she stood up and slowly walked to the place they would have to meet.

Ally was walking in circles around the backpack she had put in the center of the room. She had one hand covering her mouth and the other one on top of it, that was what she always did when she was seriously thinking about something with a great focus. "What should I say to the others? I am Ally, what is your name? No, that is too straight. I am an Angel and you? No, they will probably see that if they take a good look at me. But if they take a look at me, shouldn't I put more effort in how I look? No, they should like me how I am. But what kind of person am I? What are they going to think about me?"

She sighed and stopped walking for a moment. Suddenly she bursted out in laughing. "I am just overthinking it. Ally, you idiot. Just be yourself!" She sighed again, but out of relieve this time when she looked at her backpack. She still didn't even unpack, so this would be the perfect moment. The clothes would be put into the closet, the photos she kept from her home planet would stay on her the pedestal cupboard beside her bed and when she was done she would try to get Max back, he was the pet she had found on the streets when she was still living on Windova. The guards didn't like the fact that she brought it with her, so they were running some tests on him to see how healthy it was. In a couple of minutes she was going to check on him.

@LazerSyrup That's okay ;) I always imagined it as another planet where no race ever lived on yet (so they wouldn't favor one race above another)
