These people were annoying. Couldn't they just accept that they got bested by someone better than them? Even if they brought more of them, they were nothing more than insects that would be crushed by her. She noticed that they brought some, cannons, yes that was the word. Raywing should likely shatter if she was hit by one, so escaping was likely impossible.

Sigh.

This was going to be more than she wanted it to be. She might as well give them a warning.

" I was trying so hard to be nice. I didn't outwardly insult you or anything, but since you don't want to be nice, neither will I. I'm giving you a few seconds to leave, if not, I'll be forced to reduce all of your men into ash. I'll leave you alone though, you don't deserve a quick and painless death. "

She was acting a lot more hostile than usually would, but she was completely serious. She wouldn't have any kind of trouble killing everybody around her, even the man standing behind her.

Of course, she had no actual idea of intentions of the man behind were. He could be working with the Colonel, a random bystander, or someone who wants to kill a member of the Empire. Each was likely as the other. She hoped that the man got the warning himself, if not, he would just have to be another causality.

Only a week here, and she is already about to eliminate plenty of people. Thankfully, they weren't innocents, they seemed more like bandits than anything. Killing Bandits was allowed.
@Tyki

A quick nap could never hurt a growing young lady, especially in the looks department. Not that she really needed any help there, but a lady should always look their best, especially if they're going to be hunting bandits. She had plenty of magical energy left, Raywing was a simple spell, but making sure her pool was full couldn't hurt. Just a quick nap was all she would need, then she could find a safer place to relocate to, and plan things out for the future.

Well, that was her plan, until someone interrupted her. People here were really rude. Who interrupts a young, sleeping beauty? Only a bandit would do such a terrible thing, but when Lina opened up her eyes, the boy she saw looked nothing like a bandit. Of course, appearances were deceiving. The Hellmaster was in the body of a child, he was even shorter than her.

Not that she was short, or anything. She was a perfect height. Who would want to be 5 foot? That is to tall for any guy to like.

The boy really was strange. The aura he gave off was terrible. She couldn't put her finger on it, but something about this boy told her to stay away.

" I'm fine, this place is relaxing enough. I've slept in far worse places, now if you don't mind, could you leave me in peace? "

Even if his smile looked genuine, walking off with strangers wasn't a good idea. Last time she did that the boy turned into Hellmaster, and she really didn't want a repeat of that.
Learning the new things this world had to offer was a fun experience. It was a little hard to believe in the things that existed, but she can't exactly deny what is right in front of her. At least she could probably figure out how to create these things, then sell them back in her world. Lina couldn't wait to show these new things to her friends at home, and raise her own fortune. Fighting Bandits was fun and all, but a girl needs to sit back and relax in her later years.

She was actually surprised by how decent she was treated during her time. The ruling faction was said to be corrupt, but she didn't see too many signs of this. Well, until this Colonel threatened her, and brought along two little lackeys to fire "las-rifles". She had been in far worse situations, but being surrounded by 3 people ready to attack her wasn't her favorite pastime. She could go with them, but not only was that boring, these men didn't really seem like the most trust worthy.

Now, how does a beautiful genius sorceress get away from this situation? By displaying her superior skills of course.

"Raywing!"

A quick spell could get you out of any situation. A gust of wind surrounded Lina, lifting her off the ground, and allowing her to fly at high speeds out of here. At this speed, nobody but an expert should be able to shoot her, but even that was irrelevant to Lina. The spell also acts as a barrier, protecting the caster from weak attacks. Now while these "las-rifles" might be powerful here, but even the most basic of spells had more destructive power than them.

" Well, I gotta run! Can't talk right now, but maybe next time! Seeya~! "
@thewizardguy

Sure? I guess as long as it isn't SUPER Plot important.
@supertinyking

I think Wizard elaborated on it decently well
I know you're all probably really confused on why the demons turned into Aircrafts, but within the Slayers universe, lies a larger Multiverse. Demons that leave from the Slayers one turn into spaceships. I know it sounds really really odd, but that is just how it works. I hope you're all fine with it~!
Lina had been within Tor-6 for a while now, but it was still slightly confusing. The advancements in technology were surprising, but it sounded a lot like the world where Dark Star Dugradigdu came from. She wasn't very sure of that, as the name "Tor-6" even if an abbreviation was out of place. Really, the most confusing part was how she got here. There weren't any signs of the Ma-ō around here, for even The Lord of Nightmares. She had tried talking to the locals about them. . . but that didn't turn out very well.

After some research, Lina learned that this place was in a Civil War. The ruling faction owns this area with an iron fist, and has a strict set of laws. Military Officers seem to above the law, which is dangerous for obvious reasons. Its ran by a man called "The One". It was different than back home, but a corrupt leader is nothing new. Of course, with all this new technology, Lina would need to study it more before having a good grip on the Empire's true power in comparison to her.

The opposing faction is ran by clones that broke free. The idea of a clone breaking free reminded Lina of a clone of a certain Red Priest, but it still left her with the same conclusion. Only an idiot could let their clones run free.

Lastly, she heard rumors of a criminal underground that was backing the clones. Its funny, even in a place with this kind of technology, Bandits always seem to exist.

None of these factions seemed appealing, so she would just spend the rest of her time learning what she could. She did manage to figure out that demons that leave her realm, seem to into aircraft? She tried to summon a few lesser demons, but instead of getting them, she got an aircraft. She read that Dark Star Dugradigdu had a different form in his original world, but could it have really been a giant spaceship?

Name: Lina Inverse

Species: Human

Age: 18

Abilities:

Black Magic: Lina is arguably the strongest Black Mage of her time.

Shamanism: Despite it not being her main area of focus, she is extremely proficient in this art.

White Magic: Lina has a very basic knowledge of white magic, consisting of barriers and minor healing spells.

Sword Fighting: Lina can hold her own with a short sword.

Weaknesses: Her older sister, rather mundane things can hurt her (As she is still human), Needs complete concentration when reciting certain spells.

Bio: Born in the Kingdom of Zephilia, Lina was raised by a sorceress, and a mercenary. While her older sister would be considered a better Sorceress, (Even in Lina's eyes) Lina would become a far more legendary figure. Joining the Sorcerer's Guild and making a name for her self all across the continent by the age of 14, she would eventually be given names such as the Bandit Slayer and Enemy to All Who Live. In the past 2 years of her life, she has slayed an untold number of demons, beasts, sorcerers, Hellmasters, even going as far as to kill 2 shards of the mighty Ruby Eyed Shabranigdu. She has gotten her hands on legendary ancient texts that were believed to be lost, and has created many powerful spells herself. She has even learned spells just by observing them. Lina, at the young age of 18, is already one of the greatest Sorceresses in the world, and is well on her way to one day becoming the best. (Not including her older sister of course.)
