It applies to most aircraft, and hover craft, but large enough things, such as space stations would be able to resist the rooting, along with larger space ships. Think bigger than a large building, bout 9 stories high. Bigger than that, can resist. Smaller, probs not.

Name: Threek the Stubborn
Appearance:
Personality: Stubborn, willful, and, much to the shock of other skaven, honorable.
Abilities
Skitter Leap: Threek can teleport up to nearly 120 feet away within vision, over and over again, letting him avoid harm, but over use causes exhaustion. Over ten uses in an 30 seconds tires him extremely. and 15 uses within 45 seconds causes him to collapse from exhaustion, nearly killing him.

Choke: With a wave of his staff, Threek fills the lungs of a target that must breath, with lethal gasses. While casting this, he must maintain the spell, meaning that if one were to attack him, he'd either have to endure the attack, or drop the spell. After 30 seconds, the gasses would kill the creature, almost regardless of physical capability, save for some exceptions, such as poison immunity, or a lack of needing to breath.

Scorch: With a snap of his fingers, Threek can unleash a ball of flame, not an explosion, onto a targeted location within eye sight. This fire will latch onto almost any material not magic resistant, and burn it to a crisp. Water does nullify this flame, as does stop drop and roll, or exceptional will power. None living matter that is normally resistant to fire will only heat up, possibly melting, depending on the material. The heat would reduce the average car to a molten pile of slag. He can cast several Scorch bubbles at once, to devastate a large area with fire. Threek is immune to his own Scorch flames.

Blast: A version of Scorch that is an explosion. The fire still sticks, but it explodes with the force of a rocket, able to scrap most tanks. Threek can only cast one of these at a time, and with a ten second cool down on the ability, and is not immune to this spell, as he is scorch.

Thirteenth Spell: The darkest power of the Grey Seers, the Thirteenth spell is a spell able to smite down scores of foes, by transforming them into skaven. Skaven are weaker than most other races, but far more agile, and able to squeal though tight places, like rats. Skaven can also climb up walls, using their claws if unburdened. Transformation can be undone with magic, or science. For beings that normally are part of a hive mind, or would lack a diving force of a will, they will be subservient to the grey seer, as if they were the hive mind. Only effects average humanoids, and monstrous creatures. Casting this spell forces him to hold still, and create a large energy bubble around him, making it obvious what he intends to do, cast a huge spell. This spell's effects does stop racial or genetic powers, if the foe affected is transformed. He can transform almost one hundred things at once, but can only cast the spell once every hour.

Note: Threek's powers come from a version of the warp, so he'd be akin to a Psyker. Just an fyi for people.

I'm no old fart...: Threek is exceptionally physically capable..for a skaven. He was able to get into close combat with humans, and handle them with some ease, his strength, and exceptional agility giving him an advantage against most foes, as his appearance would hint naught to his strength. He appears to be slightly hunch back, and feeble physically, until he takes off his shirt, to reveal his powerful physical build. Think a King Boomy situation.

Equipment
A wooden staff, used for combat. Can also be used to grapple, with the wooden shape affixed to the end.

Small combat saber, made from steel.

A dead cat, for a magic catalyst.

A steel helmet, as seen in his picture.

A bottle of Mushroom Brew, which he has developed the ability to drink due to sheer force of will, and due to drinking a lot, and I mean, a lot, of booze. Most people would be put under by the potency of this brew, but it only intoxicates Threek moderately.

Storm Banner: A magical Banner that magically bends projectiles away from him, given time, and it roots any creature able to fly, to the ground if they get with in eyesight. This effects vehicles. Breaking eye contact breaks this effect. Strong projectiles, or energy attacks, are not deflected.

Origin: Warhammer Fantasy.

Theme Song: Stand Alone: GodSmack.

"...I am coming out, with my hands up.....do not shoot the purple wool covered human..." He says, slowly emerging from the station, hands up. "...My name is Martin Robinson. Please, don't murder me." He states, clearly. "I mean no harm....and I said come unarmed. If you start a conflict here, you might destroy something valuable, which could help save the planet....." He states, on his knees, hands up, making sure that he couldn't be miss interpreted as a hostile action. He was not terrified. He had ready a gas grenade, one that would scramble their dna. It'd be painful, but little else. Crippling, for a moment....
He eyed the fellows there, and felt as if he was being stared down by a Nanotech death squad. He felt like he'd be plastered at any moment. He however, was pulling a sort of bluff. He wanted them to think they needed him, if only slightly.

"CANNON BALL!" Ozo yells, as he becomes Robo-Ozo, using the moments of free fall to transform, him smashing into the ground with a loud thud, crushing stone under his now metal form, his armor plates doing well to pulverize the bits of cement, or whatever the building was made of. However, he found himself quickly buried by the building falling onto him, pinning him down under it. Lucky for him, he vanishes into the river, watching the battle from below. Enki was causing havoc, and Ozo knew he couldn't do much. However, maybe he could eat someone who could.
Swimming out into the battle between the traitor forces of the skull man, and Viral's men, Ozo watched, looking for a powerful combatant. He needed more strength, and these men had slaughtered almost a third of the city. Ozo held no pity, nor mercy for such animals. Trample the weak, that was their plan. Now it was time for them to be devoured. Slowly, he swam under them, looking for a prime target to devour. He took his time, to an extent, knowing that if he rushes ahead he could end up as fried fish sticks, which would do him, nor his allies any good.
"Which one of you monsters will be my next meal?" He wonders, in his mind, licking his lips.

"L-let me go..." The woman demands, growing agitated. The twilight queen's eyes glow a bright green, before he was flung though space, emerging at the dark castle of the sorceroress Minx, which causes her to jump.
"What the hell?!" Minx says, wondering why a demon lord just appeared before her. With a snap, she summons to her hands two swords, each one a saber about a food and a half long, rather large blades for the style. "I told you all, I don't make deals with demons. I am the one taking souls." She growls, obviously having expected Khaine to be of one of the demons who harassed her on occasion.....

"......" Ozo snaps back to his base form, his eyes widening. He then sees the necromancer appears, and things were just moving far to fast for him. ".....I have no idea what is happenin...but I respectfully decline your offer to join you, and I must say I dislike your methods of co-" Ozo begins, before booking it towards the necromancer who had just gotten there. "My good sir I thank you for this distraction but I must relocate to best help against this foe!" He declares, before thinking. "And if you need to relocate, I can move you wherever you need to go!" He adds, while shooting sawblades at the giant mech, trying to do..something, using charged shots in an attempt at slashing though the armored suit that was Enki.

Martin was roused from a slumber caused from exhaustion. He had lost a lot of energy from the events of the day, and had nodded off at a desk. He had now more energy than ever, as he began to scramble about, plugging himself into more computers, and he was very confused at what he saw. Illogical errors. Data, that made no sense. At least, in some respects. Some data, about the alteration of space, time, if such things were there was not totally unheard of in his home universe, but it was all theorized, by people with greater tech than this...but..how? These readings...how and why? He ran examinations, done by him, and a thousand other AIs, stored versions of the crew, which were kept incase someone needed cloning. IT wasn't perfect, left a lot of holes in ones memories, and the true them were dead, but efficiency was all that mattered on the station. Morals were gone, to a large degree. As such, experimentation had been allowed on corpses, and anything not purely human. As such, mutants, and xenos were seen as merely tools for science...that included Martin....

His mind snapped back to the matter at hand. He worked, quickly, compiling the data. He must know what this meant. He must, or he may risk a singularity opening, or something like that. After all, that's what was theorized in his universe, when related to such readings. As he worked, he opened a microphone channel on his pda, a device he had gotten from the station. He spokes, on a wavelength able to be picked up by any FM/AM radio, or other coms device.

"This is Martin Robinson, Roboticist from Space Station 13, Formerly owned by Nanotech. We may be facing a large scale event on the plant. A possible singularity, is all I could hazard guess at...but....If there is anyone out there, with better equipment than this...I need your help." He says. "Come unarmed....but prepared. We have work to do, and we must do it fast, because this may either be nothing, or the largest event in history..." He adds. He then ran to the station, knowing such a signal would carry risks. Nanotech may hear it, and send a death squad, a group of highly trained soldiers used to purge stations that became corrupted by another faction, disease, alien lifeform, or other. As such, he had to be ready to defend.

He quickly set up some traps, hidden explosives, poisonous food, a pit with a grey slime in it, an adult one, which was the size of an ape, the top covered with leaves and such. He geared himself up with security armor, thick plating of a space age alloy, which could deflect laser fire, from all but the heaviest human wield-able laser weapons, and deflect large arms fire. He quickly cobbled together a large number of smoke grenades, some with some nasty effects, such as acidic smoke, dna shuffling grenades, which would shift the species of whatever it hit to another intelligent race, such as a lizard man. Or a human, if not a human. One grenade, a blue space grenade, would teleport those affected to somewhere else on the planet, and worst case scenario, right back where it'd be worst for him. He was armed with an energy sword, a sorta hand-me-down lightsaber, shoddier cutting power, and ran off of batteries, basically. Once he had done this, he began to do as he does best. Construct robots, new ones that didn't run off of the stations power, but rather powercells that he installed. He, within the span of half an hour, created almost 20 security-bots, robots equipped with a small laser rifle in their right arm, and a stun baton for riot control in their left. The ease of construction came from them being made from a blueprint, and a fabricator which was still running. It took him almost an hour, but he now had a small force to secure the space station, which was his first priority.
@thewizardguy @Gentlemanvaultboy

"...What the..." Ozo began, noticing some runes being drawn in the heaven, the armor clad fish monster only noticing them now, after a short rest. He had been worn down by Fluffles, and needed time for the power source of Fluffle's mech to heal him, and for him to clean his hat by eating it, the runes breaking down the muck and grime, but not his hat, which he spat up, and put onto his head. "Now then...onto the next fight. I must save this city, before it is to late..." Ozo says, before charging off. He would normally traverse by the waters, but right now he knew not what was causing these runes, and if they could stop his traveling. As such, he ran. And ran. For a fat fish, he seemed adapt at running.
Soon, Ozo made his way to a few demons fighting a snake man, and zombies. "......Zombies..why did it have to be zombies?" He asks aloud, before aiming his saw-arm at the undead, which he deemed the main threat. "I, Ozo the Great, come here to destroy evil, and save this city! Starting with you, undead scourge!" He yells, before unleashing a volley of saw shots into the horde, the saws aimed at turning the ghouls into slivers. It was clear Ozo was no ally to the undead, or the Snake, but if he was friends with the demons might not of been clear.
@kishin asura
"...Oh dear...This is becoming quite the party..huh?" Minx asks, seeming worried. Scared almost, of Kishin. Him just being there made her skin crawl.
Name: Martin Robinson, the robotics expert.
Appearance: Imagine a purple alien creature that's covered in fur. Like a sheep person. In a lab coat. With robotic implants. That's Martin.
Personality: Martin is....odd. He tends to yell at people when agitated slightly, kick things, or just sorta zone out while trying to think of what to do next. These moments of zoning out are his most dangerous, because what he might do next is completely random.
Abilities: Robotic Genius: Martin is immensely gifted when it comes to robotics, coming from a futuristic universe where cyborgs, and laser weaponry is common. As such, with a few components, Martin is able to cobble together amazing creations. Give him a scrap yard, and he'd be able to build nigh anything, save for the truly outlandish.

Robotic Implants: Martin has, and is able to create, robotic implants for himself. This has given him super human speed, strength and reaction time. Think double the human capacity.
Equipment: The entire space station 13, minus any of the crew, or the singularity powering it. This space station is the size of a large school, complete with kitchin, helm, robotics lab, genetics lab, xenobiology lab, which houses slimes, small creatures that have special properties depending on the slime, and more. This is the base station. If supplied with a powerful enough power source, it can fly, use automated security, and be a factory for Martin's robotic creations. Downsides, at the current, it's stuck in Switzerland, with no real way of powering up it's main functions...yet. Without the singularity, space station 13 is relatively tame.
Origin: Space Station 13: The game.
Theme Song: Turn down for Whattamu? The Pillar Hype Man theme.
