Noble Arm Type, Element, and Range: Ranged/Electromagnetism/Line of Sight
Noble Arm Abilities:
Electric Tri-shot: Nathaniel loads three bullets into each of the Shock Bolters, each one being charged with electric energy. Their velocity is amplified, making their penetration values being twice that of a Desert Eagle pistol. Each Shock Bolter generates 50 bullets everyday, and they do not stack. As such, he only has a fixed amount to go with per day.
Electromagnetic Blast: The Shock Bolters are an eternal reservoir of electromagnetic energy which Nathaniel can unleash as blasts against targets within line of sight. They are capable of stunning or knocking back humans, and will only be fatal if Nathaniel willingly amplifies them. However, they become extremely energy costly when elevated to deadly levels.
Electrical Control: Nathaniel is able to siphon electricity from external sources within line of sight, amplifying his Noble Arm's offensive capabilities. He is also able to channel electricity into machines in order to power/short circuit them, and on metallic objects to either shock those in physical contact with said objects or to accelerate their heat. He can also form shapes (especially letters) out of electromagnetic energy.
Electro-Form: Nathaniel is able to transform his entire body into a purely electrical form, allowing him to travel through metallic objects, conductors, and the power grid itself. He can exit this form whenever he wishes.
Misc Abilities:
Coding Shenanigans: His IT specialist father taught him basic hacking, such as getting the password of a neighbour's WiFi and denying others access to certain sites.
Barber: He can do you a basic haircut for a dollar.
Stroker: Nath could be a professional cuddlist if he wanted to.
Personality: Nathaniel is a boy of few words, giving the impression that he is an edgy, brooding character. He is a sleepyhead and often dozes off in the wrong moments, though he still manages to do well in class despite this. He is also rather generous, as he spares no expense in his gifts. Just like his electromagnetic powers, he is volatile and easily angered by perceived slights, though he doesn't bear grudges longer than a day.
Nathaniel is quite affectionate to friends and family, and is sometimes seen looping his arm around someone else's before using their shoulder as a lean-on as he sleeps. His friends sometimes know him as Spine Cracker because… he hugs really hard for someone of his size. He also likes to eat. It is a miracle of how he is able to stay in shape.
*Likes: Cute, fluffy animals, girls smaller than himself, lasagna, baguettes, explosions, and seeing more subscribers to his YouTube channel.
*Dislikes: Reptiles, anti-vaxxers, flat earthers, Hawaiian pizza, broccoli, and ampalaya.
Fears: Heartbreak, memories, and heights.
Bio: Nathaniel Gregorio was born as the second of three children in a middle income family from Makati City, the financial center of the Philippines. His father, Gordon, was an IT specialist, whilst his mother, Melinda, was a neurosurgeon. His family were all Protestants, having been born and raised in the faith by their parents and grandparents before them.
Overall, he had what one could say was a 'typical life' for a person of his generation; he was a compliant kid when he was younger, had rebellious phases in his teen years, and sometimes has these bad influences, like… smoking (too much). He presented himself as this inviolable boy of the church that beat the drums and sometimes spoke to the youth, but he had this darker side that he kept secret in the shadows. Perhaps it was shame, or the gnawing of conscience simply didn't come through until recently, but he lived a dual life of light and darkness from the time he was 16 until the time his Noble Arm manifested.
It was a dark night at the time, and he and his less than reputable friends have been wandering the streets for no good reason other than for the sake of it. It was when Nathaniel was on the way home alone that his path was blocked by a pair of drunken men; two very big, and definitely unfriendly men. Nathan is unsure about the details, as he chooses not to remember, but he does recall being punched quite a few times. Were they the ones who were agitated by their noise? Maybe, but it was at this moment of great stress that the Noble Arm of his own manifested itself. A pair of revolvers that writhed with electricity arose unto his hands, which he then used to disable his attackers by shocking them with taser-like blasts.
It was at this time that he realized his folly of living a dual life of secret decadence and pretenseful holiness. This incidence was, according to him, a message from the Almighty that he needs to take a better path. And a good path was it, then, when a letter from Trinidad University came in. He'll be a good addition, they said... *Current Goal: Make up for his past mistakes by being the very best.
That phone had been ringing for an hour now; the ringtone was an endless series of high pitched beeps, assaulting the ears of quite literally everyone that hears them with excruciating, undying, and ceaseless pain. Or not. It was just that this ring tone was identical to the sound that the NTC uses when sending pings pertaining towards rising storm level alerts on everyone's phones. It was a common noise during the rainy season, really, as all those phones would go off at roughly the same, emitting the same screeching noise that everyone hates.
Too bad, though, for Nathaniel Gregorio, a student in Trinidad University, has not heeded it's call, refusing to rise to wakefulness for the third time this month. He was not one to like waking up early and getting ready for school, but now, his mother was about to bring out the tsinelas because her son just. wouldn't. Wake. Up!
"Hoy Nat-Nat, late ka na sa skul." (Hey, Nath, you're late for school), she yelled at his drowsy face while holding up the slippers. Oh no.
Nathaniel screamed as he was jolted to wakefulness by his ever so vigilant mother. He looked at the clock. It was far too late to get to Trinidad through normal transportation... Especially not in this country, where traffic was a hellish problem for anyone that wasn't rich enough to afford a helicopter. He obviously had a trick up his sleeve, though.
After eating breakfast and getting ready, Nath drew out his Noble Arms from its pocket space: a pair of antique revolvers that crackled with electricity. His mother, who was already prepped to go to work herself, waved him goodbye as he willed himself to turn to raw electricity, entering into the nearby powerline to travel through it towards the university...
Some of the lights dimmed for a split second as someone travelled right through the wiring that kept the entire power grid of the university connected. Some of the students would know who this was: Nathaniel, the boy who could travel through wiring by turning himself to electricity for a short time, was late. Again.
It was already lunchtime, so Nathaniel had already figured out that the first class would have already been dismissed. Such a sad fate indeed.
Either way, he would land, somewhere. And what better place would it be, other than near some girl and the PE teacher...? Ah, yes. Right. He doesn't know that.
A nearby light bulb would slightly crackle for a few moments as Nathaniel got nearer and nearer to it in his electrical state. Eventually, he came out of it, popping out rather gracelesly out of the bulb's surface as a mere coil of electricity in the millionth of a second before turning back to his normal self: a comparatively short boy that usually didn't talk alot.
Oof. He fell on the floor facefirst, almost breaking his glasses again. He hadn't quite mastered his abilities yet, and his exits were often clumsy like this, though this is useful as an escape tool nonetheless.
"I really need to get the hang of this...", Nath thought to himself as he then found his eyes on the coach... and was that Hailey? Nice, then.
"Hello Hailey.", he simply said as he stood up, though he was obviously a little dazed from his transit. Oh, no. He probably jumped her skin out, coming out of the light bulb like that...
The color code you picked is either currently in use / very close to Cassandra's color code, so it'll need to be changed
You have too many powers for him. I'm willing to let you start with 1-2 powers, with the option to potentially unlock more later on, so pick which ones you want to keep.
So your skills need to be broken up. Each language needs its own skill slot. (Jack of all Trades) Marksmanship is too broad, you should break it up into separate skills like (Jack of All Trades) Guns, (Jack of All Trades) Bows, etc etc.
Oh and this is just a note for you, the Terrigen Bomb has happened so if you're struggling with a time for his powers to come out basically, February 14 2021 a ton of inhumans on Earth got powers.
Name: Astrad Lungren Aliases: Winterspell, Agent Lungren, Asty (the following are mostly joke names used on him by the other agents), Genderbent Elsa, the Ice King, Icebound Swede, Frozen Touch, Iceman's transcontinental twin, Arctic Man, Hopeless Romantic, and Warmest Winter Species: Inhuman Powers:
Cryogenesis: Astrad is capable of generating up to one metric ton of ice at any given time in any shape he wishes within four feet of himself; once this limit is reached, he has to make some of the ice that he previously made disappear in order to make room for more. His ice can be as brittle as glass or as hard as stainless steel; the more durable the ice, the more willpower and stamina required to generate it. He can also rapidly cool down objects upon physical contact; Astrad was able to cool down a heated steam pipe in moments.
Cryokinesis: Astrad is also capable of controlling and manipulating the ice that he generates with extreme precision; it would be as if he had telekinesis, though this only extends to the ice that he creates. Age: 31 Nationality: Swedish Birthday: January 2, 1990 Birth Place: Stockholm, Sweden Gender: Male S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy: Operations Qualification: Astrad was an exemplary sniper and detective for the Swedish police. Years in the Field: 3 years

Some agents say that he is emulating the former Director Fury in his attire choices, as Astrad usually puts on a trench coat as well. He likes wearing a hat, usually a bonnet. When out of duty, he usually has a shirt, and then a polo, and then a hoodie.
Sexuality: Straight Relationship Status: Single Personality: Astrad is, for the lack of a better word, warm. In stark contrast to his powers of cold and frost, he has a very swell personality and a penchant for being casual in speech and address to the other agents, especially those that he had already known for a long time. He does know where to draw the line though, and is very respectful towards the likes of Victoria Hand, Maria Hill, Phil Coulson, and Nick Fury.
Agent Lungren, as he is often called, has a well honed approach towards missions: adaptation. It is his firm belief that no plan survives first contact with the enemy, so he usually improvises and shifts techniques in the middle of operations should new problems rear their ugly heads. It is thus said that those who would be under his command someday can expect to change course midflight and so on. He is also highly principled, refusing to leave even a single agent to harm's way unless if it is utterly, absolutely, and totally impossible to extract them without exposing the rest of the team to unparalleled risk.
Astrad Lungren is also a religious man, praying at the beginning of every mission either with just himself or with anyone that shares the same beliefs. He believes that his powers are a tool gifted from above (it doesn't matter if Inhumans are a product of Kree experiments) to protect those who do not have the benefit of superpowers or metal suits.
Habits: Astrad has a habit of making snow drifts around him when bored, as well as biting his friends on the shoulder when they are being relaxed. Hobbies: Ice skating and playing video games Fears:

History
Why did you want to become an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.?: Astrad Lungren originally saw SHIELD as a prestigious organization of spies and protectors of the Earth, and when they asked him to join their group, he didn't turn it down. He was a brave agent, and when the Terrigen Bomb hit, he was still determined to fulfill the oath that SHIELD agents take upon their initiation: protect the world from the wierd world.
General History: Astrad Lungren was born in Stockholm, Sweden, to a pastor father and a surgeon mother. Though he had been born in an increasingly secularized country, he was brought up to be a devout Lutheran Christian by his parents, instructing him that every prayer must be supplemented with conscious and hard effort from his own part. Astrad was also the middle child out of three siblings; thus, he was never favoured like his older brother or younger sister, and thus was the most independent out of them. When he was 15, his family moved to near the more wooded areas of central Sweden, where he would eventually be taught by his rather experienced father on how to hunt game (with a licence of course) using a rifle. He eventually got very good at using hunting rifles at hitting even fast moving targets, such as running deer and wolves. He got so good at shooting by the time he was 20 that his father became concerned that maybe he was enjoying it a little too much. However, his son assured him that he'll use his skills for the better.
At the age of 21, Astrad graduated from the University of Stockholm as a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, and was soon in the Swedish police as a detective and at the same time, a sniper for their SWAT teams in Stockholm. These two factors eventually led the branch of SHIELD in their base in St. Petersburg to call him, citing that they were impressed with his talents, and said that he would make a great agent. He wouldn't pass up the opportunity of being part of such a renowned organization, and thus immediately accepted the offer of being an agent of SHIELD. He was already a good detective and a sniper, but that wasn't exactly enough. Astrad would later be trained in unarmed combat and other forms of firearms (pistols and assault rifles), and would be fairly competent in both aspects.
Once deemed ready to go out in the field, he would be deployed in operations across Russia, the Baltic States, the Nordic Nations, and Central Europe, over a period of three years. He was an Operations Agent, thus, he often fought alone, if not with a partner. It was said that Astrad Lungren was a skilled agent that maybe worked too hard, and had to be persuaded to take vacations. He did relish his vacations though, as these were times that he was able to reconnect with the people of his life that weren't fellow agents.
One day, however, his whole life was twisted, either for better or worse. In February 2021, the Terrigen Bomb detonated in the Earth's atmosphere, triggering Terrigenesis in a titanic amount of dormant Inhumans. Amongst them, it would turn out, was Astrad Lungren, a man who was already an agent of SHIELD. Afraid of hurting others, he isolated himself and did not return calls from other SHIELD agents. This was a mistake, however, as HYDRA operatives stormed his apartment, seeking to take him in as a brainwashed asset via the Faustus Program. As a trained agent, he managed to fight the initial attackers off, but he knew that he can't them on all at once, as he wasn't able to fully control his Inhuman powers either way.
It was here that other SHIELD agents came and removed HYDRA's grunts from the scene, either gunning them down or forcing them to escape. When asked why didn't he answer, he said that he was also affected by the mists, and didn't want to accidentally freeze anyone to death. Fortunately, though, SHIELD had just the right persons for the job of making him learn to control his powers…

Nikolay Andreevich Ivushkin
As always, Nikolay had taken a lot of notes, applying just about every color in the rainbow when it came to his highlights on important words and terminology out of all the things that the teacher had taught. He usually wrote his notes in his native Russian Cyrillic, translating his thoughts from English to his mother tongue before jotting them down. He did this on purpose; these were, after all, his personal notes, and he wasn't at all the type that let others copied from his work, as it was his firm belief that everyone should learn independence when it came to studying properly. There weren't a lot of other Russians in the school anyway, and it wasn't like he would actively let them copy either.
Nikolay licked his lips as he looked upon the food that was being served to him in the cafeteria. He wasn't sure what this was called, but it has been the stuff that he has been buying for the last few days that he has been here. It was probably called zinikang... or something. It was much better when rice is added, too.
He bowed to the lady over the counter in an attempt to give his thanks... only for him to remember that this was the Philippines, not China or Korea. The small minority of Koreans in Sakhalin were the only Asians that he had interacted for most of his life, so he kind of assumed that they were all similar... only they weren't at all. Embarassed, he simply managed to say 'salamat po' (thank you), though with a heavily accented tone. He need more practice...
Nikolay proceeded to look for people that he already knew; those he already considered to be somewhat familiar or amicable to him in this school of magical warriors. Thankfully, he found Jiem and Pablo. Together as always...
"Eyo, privet.", Nikolay said to the two. "Do you mind having a third wheel?"
