An Introduction

A roleplay inspired by such works as Overlord , 'That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime' and a bit of 'So I’m a Spider, So What?' amongst other minor ideas taken from other media. This is Isekai rp focusing on group of people (the players) from various walks of life (bonus if the characters knew each other in their past life) reincarnating into another world as (as the title suggests) The Monsters of fantasy. Of course you'll start off weak and grow your abilities throughout the roleplay. But thats not all as this is based on Isekai, You can design a 'Tier 0' Skill unique to your character that isn't present in others from your race. Perhaps its a skill that allows a normally blood-crazed monster (e.g a Oni) to resist their thirst enough to almost interact normally with other races. Or perhaps it does the exact opposite and intensifies their blood-rage into something that goes beyond normal Oni.

Though that brings us to the concept of who would a monster fight. Well besides other monsters (the food chain is very noticable), Humans are commonly tasked with executing monsters (Heros are quite renowned at doing this and should probably be avoided!), Elves are particularly murderous to monster-kin. Dwarfs would refuse trade with monsters on principles of pride. Etc. Life is tough for those of the monster inclination. But of course its up to the party to try and establish their foot-hold in the world. Maybe you will work together to bring equal rights to all races ushering in a golden age. Or maybe you'll fit perfectly into the role people are trying to push you into and act the villain towards a world that is naturally hostile to you.

The Welcoming

Hello there and welcome to the interest check for my Isekai rp about being reincarnated as a monster in another world (think a monster from Dnd or a Yokai), The way I plan on running this roleplay is as an open-world type deal, where the players are free to explore/interact/Commit Atrocities (if its in character) and the world will respond to that (and them) in turn. Now that is not an excuse to go full 'troll' on other players but it is just to explain the freedom players will have in terms of how they wish to do things.

Below you'll find some meta/mechanical information on certain things within the roleplay (like skill classification, and the different non-human races present that are not deemed 'monsters'), and if this gets interest, I'll make sure to put up a character sheet in swift order!

Mechanics & more

What monster can I apply as

Any monster (not on the higher races list) can be applied, However you must make sure that the features at least 5 Tier 1 skills (the natural traits of the species. E.g A slimes ability to change its mass based on water content / or an orcs natural strength and the negative of say a Slimes natural weakness to fire) , Please make sure these attributes make sense and try not to go too far with it!.

It should also be noted that monsters can vary from humanoid goblins/drider/lamia, All the way to monstrous. Of course due to you being incarnated into them. Your intelligence will not be dimenished if your body is that of normally 'feral' beast.

Skills (The things that make up the power of a monster or a hero!)

Skills are a natural part of this world. Every creature has them. The magic a creature can use also falls under their known skills. Skills in this roleplay are based on Tiers, Players are given their tier 'slots' and are allowed to fill in the skill they want (that is appropriate) to that slot. This is to give them the freedom to further 'diversify' their own character. For clarifications and questions don't hesitate to ask!

Skill tier examples

Tier 0 is an inherent unique ability that is entirely unique to a reincarnated individual and cannot be replicated (These are the skills applied on the sheet, and only one person can have their particular T0 skill)
Tier 1 the natural skills of the species aka (The racial abilities, These can vary strength depending on the species, and also can be entirely negative.
Tier 2 Basic Passives (These passives are not the ones natural to the species), Can include things like Silkweaving, Basic Blacksmithing, Being slightly more tough then most.
Tier 3 minor combat related (A single fireball / A magic missile)
Tier 4 Minor healing/support/Utility Basic healing magic/Basic summoning (scouts etc)/Raise undead
Tier 5 Advanced Passive (Reduced damage from certain things/Greater magical affinity/Resistance to curses/Universal Language etc/Being better at your craft then others (The abilty to also have a 'humanoid' transformation falls under here))
Tier 6 medium Combat (A flamethrower/Lightning streaming from your finger tips/The ability to create weapons in your hand)
Tier 7 Medium Healing/support/utility (Raise multiple undead/Summon a creature capable of dealing with a squad of 12 average soldiers/Cure Curses)
Tier 8 Major Combat (Creating a Explosion capable of levelling a non-warded castle in a single blast/Produce a furious tempest above an enemy troop. Etc)
Tier 9 Major healing/support/Utility (raise an entire Centuria of undead/Summon a creature capable of battling an army/Mass Heal.
Tier 10 Master Passive (e.g A body that naturally casts off the secondary effects of magic, Temporary spell immunity after being struck by a spell, Hyper Regeneration, Being truely at the apex of your craft)
Tier 11 Over-Tier (Magic/Abilities that go beyond standard classification. E.g Time-stop)

Those ranked at the same level or above humanity and thus aren't available to be app'd

Humanity (The monster slaying, Hero producing race )
Dragons (Their power and intelligence is at a near apex, only passed by the gods themselves)
Demons (Humanoids with immense profiency with dark magics, their own language and an entire dark empire to themselves. Demons while a threat to humanity are not monsters. As they treat monsters as nothing more then troops/cannonfodder and would never treat them with the same respect as another demon)
Elves (Close Allies of Humanity, while also xenophobic to other races)
Dwarf (allies of humanity, but also add in an extreme sense of loyalty and they won't be swayed so easily)
Godkin (Angels/Demigods)
Giants (While slow and bumbling, They are generally not seen as monsters as they can be reasoned with very easily and take the appearance of large humans)

This list is subject to changes if things are brought to attention that would also fall under the classification of these races

There is however an exception to these, Undead versions of these races count as monsters. This is not an excuse to go 'ham' on it (undead dragons are not going to be accepted) but it is a way to use certain monsters like Zombies/Lichs/Dullahan.

More skill slots will be rewarded in RP from Character growth.

Alright so the deck still feels like it lacks a coherency. Due to not fully commiting to a joint twili+lightsworn deck the random twilightsworn feels out of place. Your character sheet also seems a bit lackluster in content, So I would like it if you spiced up the sheets content a bit, and honed the deck a little more.

The latest deck you have sent seems to be an awkward mashing of chess-fiends and generic archfiends, but done so in a way that makes it look poorly done. I would suggest that you overhaul the deck further and fully commit to one of the two archfiend varients.

Appearance: The presence of multiple servants all bearing the moniker of the hundred-faced hassan
Effects:
It is an Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm that targets Assassin himself rather than an opponent. Assassin is a single entity, but he possesses a compartmentalized soul and multiple personalities that allow him to divide his spiritual potential to materialize up to eighty different Servants. Though limited by his physical body during life, his thousand souls are now free of such limitations as a spiritual entity, and as each segment can materialize as an individual, they can all be materialized simultaneously in different shapes.

Each one is its own separate entity, and the only shared characteristics are their skull masks, black cloaks and race. Their body sizes can be giant, slim, short as children, and some can even be women. They each have their own will, personality, strengths, and weaknesses, and although they are against unnecessary sacrifice, losing one without a specific strength does not directly affect the whole of the others more than losing a finger, but that individual along with their characteristics and abilities will vanish and not be restored to Assassin as a whole, even if hassan was to heal.

There are those who are impatient glory-hounds who ignore orders like fools, and individuals who are terrible at ambushes despite being assassins. It is possible to produce egos that are not aware of themselves, such as the Child Assassin, that are not counted among the eighty divided Servants. All existences of Assassin are equal, none of them created or designated as a superior or subordinate of one another nor is any a "real form" or a "offshoot" of the whole. Despite any drawbacks, if one can comprehend their characteristics and apply their skills in the right situations, Assassin can be a very dangerous Servant.

A girl whom treats the 19 Old Men of the mountain as if they were her own parents, and wants to follow in their footsteps.
Primarily prefers to don a garb just like this
Personality:
Eager and yet quiet to a fault. A girl whom places their whole being into the thought of a world free of those that get away with sin. Where those that have sinned can be reached and helped before they cross that forsaken line. Where nobody will be hurt again. To that end, the art of murder is something that is to be treated with utmost respect, and the dead must be similarly respected.

Around others, she cannot be so easily read, her mind is a closed book of aspirations, however it never sinks so far to as to be called 'Zealotry', nore is she so closed minded to forget about the value of life beyond the art of killing. She is always willing to help someone who cannot help themselves. While she won't fetch the pail for a person who can reach it, She will fetch water 10 out of 10 times for the person that cannot and yet need to. Such is her ideology of how to treat people.

Around the Hassans, she keeps her head up and makes sign of weakness or vulnerability. Feeling the need to show strength to as to not bring disgrace to them. To the organisation that showed her the value of life. She will remain a devote follower of its practices. A modern day Hashashin.

Abilities:
Fairy Eyes_{Glam Sight} : Enables her to easily perceive and adapt to any information that can't be normally processed by the brain e.g. high-speed movements, the most minor of body language signals, even slight visible distortions in the air as a result of invisibility. (Comparable to a servants Clairvoyance at rank C) Bonus effect of being able to visualise Fairies.
Jerry-rigged Reinforcement: As a self-taught magus, and the type to go to others for help. Her reinforcement bars a few particularitys. For one, she expels more energy then necessary in order to reinforce making her version rather wasteful. Yet at the same time, when she uses reinforcement on her own body, she is capable of reinforcing greater then most. Perhaps due to her nature as a homonculus. However due to her lack of knowledge of how to maintain a balanced anatomy. She has inflicted recoil upon herself, for instance breaking her leg due to only improving the strength and force of her muscles, and not the bones durability.

Skills:
Medical aid - Even though she is most self-taught, with a few pointers from other homeless people. She is rather proficient at providing rudimentary healthcare. Such as creating a splint/doing minor stitches.
Assassination - Something one would expect to be one of her skills given her 'teachers', she knows more rudimentary techniques of killing a person then she can count on two hands. However none of her assassination methods are particularly 'Old man of the mountain' worthy just yet.

History:
A homonculus born from a genetic sample of a random assortment of mages , with the concept of being made to last, she was even unaware of the place of her birth being that of an island of heroic spirits. The only thing that she know was that she developed a special set of eyes, a pair of eyes that would of normally lead to a short existence as a homonculus, and as she lay on that table, fully conscious, eyes held open by a metal clamp. It would only be a matter of time before her 'creator' would have himself a very valuable commodity.

Or at least that is how that story would end if it wasn't for the timely intervention of man with skin dark as burnt coal, with a mask of the whitest ivory fashioned in a skull, bursting in and swiftly dealing with everyone in the room.. save herself of course. With a single hand he would have undid her bindings, and turned immediately to leave. Leaving the Malnourished girl to only stare as the shadow turned away. The moment he had left the room..

Well She had nothing else but her dark savior. She would move... stumble. Crawl. Force her almost skeletal body to drag itself slowly through the streets, towards where the shadow had gone. It was only after she had fallen down a flight of stairs, her shoulder spraining against hard concrete that the shadow would appear again, and drag her further down the road to a dark salvation...

She had been taken to a hidden shelter for the sickly, injured and malnourished homeless. A minority on the island to say the least. Being made primarily of individuals whos assets were seized, or by those with a mental impediment. There were other children there... but they were the type of children that were so used to the streets that she couldn't talk with them without losing a possession on her person.

Indeed it wasn't only the homeless here, there was some servants. The Hassan's of course were the main ones, but there was also other servants. A green cloaked man for instance would sometimes stop by and drop off money or food quoting something like "Old habits die hard."

So then. It was there amongst the homeless dredges that she recovered. Slowly of course. There wasn't really a way to promote healthy growth off scraps. So she had to make do with the nearly endless supply of rice. She grew to hate rice, alot. Thinking it to be the most blandest of food.

The Days were long and the nights were longer. But as she recovered, grew, learnt tricks of deceit from her fellows. She would eventually steel herself, For a homonculus existing without a master and without a purpose. She merely decided to follow in the footsteps of her Savior...

A embarrassing introduction. A stern talking to by the great founder. A heated arguement over her idealogies on life and death. She didn't know if she impressed them, all she knew was that she was allowed to learn but of cause the caveat was she'd have to also summon her own mentor to further her studies...

Other: As a self-taught magus, specialising sololy in reinforcement, She is falling into the same trap as Shirou, where in she is actually using body as pseudo-magic circuits to use reinforcement, even though her magic circuits are more then enough to perform reinforcement and maintain her servant contract.

Effects: The power of future vision "borrowed" from Medb's first husband, the Ulster King Conchobar. Of course, due to how much she despised Conchobar, "borrowed" isn't exactly the right word; "seized by royal authority" is more accurate, but really it's just been stolen by the Queen of Connacht. By focusing her mind, she is able to see glimpses of the near future, allowing her to plan out her actions accordingly and react to otherwise unpredictable events. However, this requires her to intentionally focus, and thus she can still be taken by surprise if she feels no real need to glimpse the future. Due to her arrogance, she has a tendency to forget to use this Noble Phantasm until things get serious.

Effects: A golden mead infused with the queen's legendary charm. Those who she offers it to feel a strong compellment to drink it, and once it has passed their lips they belong to her. To them, the queen is their whole world, and it takes a phenomenally strong will to fight their new obsession with her.

Always graceful, never blaspheming and displaying a beauty similar to that of a swan. Of course, that is all just a facade; as she is actually very competitive and suffers from perfectionist tendencies. She's still way better then that Tohsaka lass though.

She knows that such spending of money is meaningful because aristocrats are aristocrats. She understands that commoners do not have good views about the aristocrats, but loves them strongly because she understands them. She accepts that her fate is to marry a high-class person of noble birth, but her personal tastes are more towards a simple person.

Really, All Luvia needs the average person to understand is that they need to look up to her more so then anyone else.
Skills:
Of course, it's not enough to be only the best. Period. She, Luviagelita Edelfelt is also a top student in conventional subjects, and a talented athlete, and the best-looking girl in Fuyuki, and... Well, even though she doesn't know modern technologies as well as she'd like to admit, unlike that bland girl "Rin Tohsaka" she'll at least attempt to help. Just leave it to your friendly Ojou-Sama

Finn Shot Master - The specalised version of Gandr capable of making physical damage.
Jewel Magecraft : Transferring magical energy into jewels to use as limited use Mystic Codes. It is said that they are able to act as "prisons that stop flow", easily accumulating and storing the thoughts of their owners. Among the jewels of the world, there are those that have spent years under the ground having contact with the spirits of nature and have been stained with their power, allowing them to act as a simplified type of Magic Crest when filled with energy. The downside of the storage medium is that they break upon the release of the energy, so they must be replaced with each use. They can be very costly, requiring either a great, wealthy house like the Edelfelt family
Brief Backstory:
The Edelfets history is relatively unchanged, save for a small difference in the outcome of the third war. Allowing the edelfelts to maintain partial operations in fuyuki, And it is through these partial systems that Luvia herself would volunteer for active participation. That and of course why else would she pass up on a chance to prove just how capable she was.

It also contains very little varience and only seems to focus on Gren Maju OTK, and as such I am denying it based on the deck itself, without bringing into question the rest of the sheet.

She is always willing to help someone who cannot help themselves. While she won't fetch the pail for a person who can reach it, She will fetch water 10 out of 10 times for the person that cannot and yet need to. Such is her ideology of how to treat people.

Yet at the same time, when she uses reinforcement on her own body, she is capable of reinforcing greater then most. Perhaps due to her nature as a homonculus. However due to her lack of knowledge of how to maintain a balanced anatomy. She has inflicted recoil upon herself, for instance breaking her leg due to only improving the strength and force of her muscles, and not the bones durability.

Skills:
Medical aid - Even though she is most self-taught, with a few pointers from other homeless people. She is rather proficient at providing rudimentary healthcare. Such as creating a splint/doing minor stitches.
Assassination - Something one would expect to be one of her skills given her 'teachers', she knows more rudimentary techniques of killing a person then she can count on two hands. However none of her assassination methods are particularly 'Old man of the mountain' worthy just yet.

History:
A homonculus born from a genetic sample of a random assortment of mages , with the concept of being made to last, she was even unaware of the place of her birth being that of an island of heroic spirits. The only thing that she know was that she developed a special set of eyes, a pair of eyes that would of normally lead to a short existence as a homonculus, and as she lay on that table, fully conscious, eyes held open by a metal clamp. It would only be a matter of time before her 'creator' would have himself a very valuable commodity.

Or at least that is how that story would end if it wasn't for the timely intervention of man with skin dark as burnt coal, with a mask of the whitest ivory fashioned in a skull, bursting in and swiftly dealing with everyone in the room.. save herself of course. With a single hand he would have undid her bindings, and turned immediately to leave. Leaving the Malnourished girl to only stare as the shadow turned away. The moment he had left the room..

Well She had nothing else but her dark savior. She would move... stumble. Crawl. Force her almost skeletal body to drag itself slowly through the streets, towards where the shadow had gone. It was only after she had fallen down a flight of stairs, her shoulder spraining against hard concrete that the shadow would appear again, and drag her further down the road to a dark salvation...

She had been taken to a hidden shelter for the sickly, injured and malnourished homeless. A minority on the island to say the least. Being made primarily of individuals whos assets were seized, or by those with a mental impediment. There were other children there... but they were the type of children that were so used to the streets that she couldn't talk with them without losing a possession on her person.

Indeed it wasn't only the homeless here, there was some servants. The Hassan's of course were the main ones, but there was also other servants. A green cloaked man for instance would sometimes stop by and drop off money or food quoting something like "Old habits die hard."

So then. It was there amongst the homeless dredges that she recovered. Slowly of course. There wasn't really a way to promote healthy growth off scraps. So she had to make do with the nearly endless supply of rice. She grew to hate rice, alot. Thinking it to be the most blandest of food.

The Days were long and the nights were longer. But as she recovered, grew, learnt tricks of deceit from her fellows. She would eventually steel herself, For a homonculus existing without a master and without a purpose. She merely decided to follow in the footsteps of her Savior...

A embarrassing introduction. A stern talking to by the great founder. A heated arguement over her idealogies on life and death. She didn't know if she impressed them, all she knew was that she was allowed to learn but of cause the caveat was she'd have to also summon her own mentor to further her studies...

Other: As a self-taught magus, specialising sololy in reinforcement, She is falling into the same trap as Shirou, where in she is actually using body as pseudo-magic circuits to use reinforcement, even though her magic circuits are more then enough to perform reinforcement and maintain her servant contract.
