In time with more practice it would get bigger but still won't allow it to be so op where you could use gravity to crush someone or something like that. In a battle again that could be discussed though.

For a student, I would allow it for small objects. For a teacher that would be different and I would go into more detail if that's the case.

Yes, that is fine of course but you can't pause time and just one-shot someone or just instantly shoot them in the head. Especially if its a spar. If its a situation where the school is attacked that may be different of course.

In that aspect that would be okay. It wouldn't be quite as "timeline breaking" then pausing and going back. 5 seconds would still be fine but you would not be able to "control" another character while you are in this seconds of pause. You cant use it to harm another student

Correct because it could be used to dodge an attack but not enough to change the entire fabric of time. It will be encourage to not use unless needed in fear of that but they would have to see if it would be possible to cause a rift.
