You may want to check out 1x1's and do some collabs. If you're working with a smaller group, things tend to go a little faster from what I've experienced. That being said, you're more than welcome here :D

Preferably, yeah. It can be inspired by something else, but if you really want to strive for something unique, I think you'd find it more rewarding. That being said, do what you can, y'know?

The option still stands. Basically, the Apprentice program is kinda the precursor to academies, so it's very open to foreign exchange students. ...Largely to incorporate all the Japanese characters being transferred from the RP's ashes we tore this new shtick :P

That being said, if you guys wanna make an international character, feel free.

NOTE: @Iatos mentioned that as a soft cap. Realistically, we're going to have more people than that, and probably another mentor or two. Don't be afraid to apply if you're interested, we'll try to bring you in. That being said, we're probably going to have a hard cap between 16-20 students, because after that we just blatantly won't be able to manage things.

As for everyone else, I'll be trying to put some finishing touches on Fluff and Formatting before putting up the OC chat in a day or two. AT THE VERY MINIMUM, it'll be up on Sunday, you can hold me to that one :P
