To anyone still working on their character. Something to keep in mind for working out your stats is that Skills rely on Attributes. Aka, you do have to meet certain Attribute requirements to have a Skill be at a given Proficiency. In the interest of making this clearer I have created this little thing to condense the requirements into an easy-to-reference...let's call it chart, lol.

The Reiatsu Attribute has been elaborated upon in terms of function and how it is calculated. Furthermore, Allotment has been updated to include Skill (Proficiency) values. In terms of the Systems, this leaves Specialization and Artes left for me to fill out. Once those are finished (and minorly tested on my end) I will be creating the character sheet so that the creation process can begin :)

I looked on several different sites before I decided to make this. Tried finding even a Persistent World forum or a decently active Bleach discord RP. Virtually nothing. It was very sad. Glad to have you @Redcord. If you've got a discord, I'll be making a server between tomorrow and Tuesday I think :)
