Loosely based on a character I played in another setting, everything between meeting Gulbuddin up to the kidnapping actually took place on an RP community I was at way back in 2017. Was good stuff.

Reworked, sorry I took my time.

while I agree with the sentiment, the incessant cursing isn't really helping your case be any more convincing.

Hold on, ok. I understand we want to discuss these things and you're welcome to it, but it has made some people uncomfortable with you sort of spilling out all of these slurs/buzz words so next time try not to use blatant examples, or at least put asterisks in there. And when the new rules come up, I won't be able to just give you a talking to. So just keep it in mind.

I think it's pretty obvious I was just giving an example (and I was giving tame examples from personal experience as an admin elsewhere) of the difference between someone saying "aw nigga that's just gay" (and again I find that cringey myself) and saying "man I hate trans/fags/INSERTETHNICSLURHERE" - one facetious twat I knew kept intentionally bringing up the high suicide rate among certain demographics to intentionally provoke trans members.

Deleting the post or using asterisks to censor it doesn't change the fact that it's out there and that there are some egregious cunts out there. Nor should people have to be subjected to it, but you're missing the point I'm trying to make.

Again, use the rules as a guideline and employ common sense to deal with shitmonglers who like to point their shitstained fingers at the rules and gobber "b-but it's not against the rules, I'm only talking generally!!" and context to deal with people joking around/being harmless. I'll happily offer to help moderate for RPG if such assistance was needed.

TL;DR
Rules aren't infallible, don't treat them like laws - toxic people who try to skirt around the spirit of them should get the boot while those dicking around harmlessly with comments like "you gay" should be left alone.

I really don't understand what's so difficult to follow here.

Numerous people through out the talks on Discord have mentioned that they've witnessed people abusing this rule and using minorites like LGBT as a punching bag. Even @Chai, who is currently a chat moderator on the Discord, has mentioned that she has had to argue against people trying to defend their racist, homophobic, misogynistic, etc. comments, saying that they hadn't broken RPG rules even though what they said was incredibly derogatory towards said groups.

And even if you think it's "making a mountain out of a bloody molehill", if it helps minorities like myself feel safer on the guild, then surely it won't hurt to change/clarify it, no?

To be fair, that's the same logic as the Nazis and the Soviets claiming they didn't commit war crimes against each others' POWs because they never signed the conventions surrounding prisoners. Just cunts trying to get around the rules which surely should fall under bigotry/being a cunt and be bannable anyway. These people have been banned, right? That's what you do with those autistic manchildren, you don't try and argue rules with them you just give them the boot for behaving like toxic assholes. Simple.
Why does there need to be anything special here? Just use common sense and make it clear that genuine bigotry of any sort won't be tolerated, simple as. I feel like this is making a mountain out of a bloody mole hill. No need for a big deal here.

Please change his ability to rapid cellular regeneration and we’ll be good to go at that point.

EDIT: Additionally, your character being killed prior to the Energy Storm would mean he would stay dead. The way it works is that after the storm, your character becomes infected with the plague and then they have their abilities. I hope this makes sense. PM me if you have questions.

My view was that the Energy Storm took place prior to his execution (while he was being dosed with heroin) so by the time they actually put a bullet in him he'd already been rendered in his current state.
