Maria - Called It

She still sat, watching everything fly by her. She'd released the barrier around the angel when she noticed another coming to save her. She watched, with cold eyes. Surveying everything. She kept her breathing even, trying not to get upset. She'd rather not destroy everything and that happened more often than not when she was upset. Ryuu's injuries were enough to anger her. She'd see to his recovery personally if it was the last thing she did.

With her head held high and her back straight, she watched. The only thing that moved at the sound of the 'demon' was her eyes. They narrowed, watching closely. She eyed the mere foot soldiers and how they cowered to this man. She took in a deep breath at his words, asking for the leader. She closed her eyes and began to stand, a smirk on her lips. She stood, her arms cross when he asked for the principal to be brought to him.

The Treaty is coming to an end, then? Fine...

She let out a huff of air and looked the man up and down. "Yes... Can I help you, sweety?" She asked, the smirk still on her face. "You sound so tense. Why not let out some of that stress, ne?" She asked, walking closer to him, the smirk never leaving. She stopped just out of reach of his flames, her arms crossed. She looked up at him...

"What do you want?" She asked, the smirk was gone.

Bael - Treason -

Bael returned the hug she gave him, pressing her against his own body. Why was she hugging him, though? Perhaps she had indeed missed him... Or- oh, right. She was worried. He was a bit, too, but he wouldn't admit that so easily, it was shameful. When she explained that she had been saved by the woman with the short hair and Mercy, Bael's eyes glanced over at the angel-archer, blinking slowly. Well, it seems things were getting a bit more interesting, students showing their power and offensive prowess. Athalia was indeed a lovely place. And then...

The ground began to shake beneath his foot- instantly, he tightened the embrace around Lily, a hand resting against her back, while the other caressed the back of her head. "Don't worry about this, okay? We'll be fine." Slowly, he unwrapped his arms from around her and his hands each grabbed her arms as he lowered himself slightly to look deep onto her eyes. "And-..." Before he could speak, there was a thundering roar of pure anger- and that... aura. Bael instantly recognized it, his lips pursed, forming a thin line as he looked at the ground for a moment. The deathly voice spoke- and even without looking directly at him, Bael could feel the man's gaze hovering over him... damn, that was the only man in existance capable of making Bael feel nervous.

"Lily." Bael gave her a gentle shake, as if to make sure she was looking at him. His blue eyes stared deeply at her own emerald orbs, his lips twisting upwards in a soft, somewhat forced smile. "This is not your real form, Lily. You've been sealed by a demonic seal which regress your age and memories- that's why it hurts when you try to remember. Still focused? Listen to me, Lily. Pay attention." His voice was low, because he was deeply afraid of being heard by him. "You will ask the woman with the short hair to remove the seal. Just ask her this- if she questions, tell her I told you to do so. I'm certain she's not as ignorant as we may think." Or at least, he deeply hoped so. Releasing Lily, he straightened himself and began walking towards Thane.

Much to everyone's possible surprise, he simply stood by the man's side- a respectable distance away, still, bowing his head respectfully. He didn't even look at the woman who had approached him as well, doing what he asked.

Tori - Fear -

Tori had gained some confidence even when the demon dodged her attack so easily, but she wasn't going to stop now, no. Not in a lifetim-... The ground began to shake and the dark (not fallen!!!) angel lost her balance, tripping on her own foot- the sword felt from her hands and was knocked away, before disappearing into dark matter. Quickly moving away from the swordsman demon- and from everyone else, she deeply hoped no one had seen her fall. Then, it stopped shaking. She used the time to stand herself up... It was only for a moment, however- hellfire erupted, from everywhere. And because she wasn't particularly prepared for that- she felt onto her back again, quickly standing up after roughly two seconds. Damn, the hell is with my legs.

... And, as some of you might have anticipated... The moment the man appeared and roared in rage, she quickly felt back down again- this time, she just decided to remain on the ground, her chest heaving with every breath she took. She couldn't believe how terribly afraid she was, it was... a nightmare, all her pride, her glory- taken away by a single man-demon-thing, this was the second time in the day. The first, was just today with the other grotesque demon. When he looked at her, she was barely able to hide her fear, noticeably shifting her gaze away and trying to further the distance between them. This is shameful..

For a moment, she thought the boy with the dark hair would attack the man on his own, her eyes already widening- but instead, all he did was bow his head. What the hell?

– Kathy

“……..” She had seen it coming, but when Zivon actually fell asleep she wanted to knock her head against a wall. Kathy looked to Oona for help, but she seemed a little dazed at the moment. She was just about to start dragging Zivon across the floor when a familiar voice startled her. “?!” Turning around, she saw Crash coming closer. ‘I can’t believe it. I know I was focused on Zivon, but I didn’t think I’d lose complete aware of my surroundings. That’s no good, I need to get a better grip on myself.’ Hearing Crash’s question, she stopped and stared at him for a moment. ‘This really reminds me of the party. Crash’s state, Zivon’s wavering consciousness, and Oona nearby… If I slap him and cut my hand again it’ll be a near-perfect reproduction.’ Despite everything going on around them, a small smile found its way onto her face. However, it disappeared just as quickly as an eagle passed overhead spreading something around them, and she re-focused herself to the current situation.

Momentarily leaving Zivon on the floor, Kathy got up and stood in front of Crash. “… Yeah. We’ll be fine.” Forcing a thin smile onto her face, she reached up and attempted to flick his forehead. “I’ve already told you this, but I’ll say it again since you don’t seem to get it: worry about yourself first. Zivon’s going to be fine.” There were a lot of other things she wanted to say. Like, offering to go with him, or maybe even just telling him to stay. Asking for help moving Zivon seemed like a good idea, but she also dismissed that knowing if she intended to stay behind to help everyone out then he was probably not going to be the last student she’d somehow have to drag over to the barrier. Waving off one idea after another, she wondered what to say when the ground suddenly shook again. Her eyes opened wide in surprise, doing her best to hold her footing. As soon as the shaking stopped, she looked and Crash and said, “Go, now. If you take any more time you might not be any help at all.”

Anedine
Uhh... what was going on again? Her blurry vision only saw varying shades of white, black and grey, with a bit of red and green. It took long enough for her sights to clear up, and something was pressing down her body. Turns out she's been struck by roof debris, with a large hunk of metal atop her small body. The white-haired meek girl's clothes have been stained by dust and dirt, and some parts were torn. Anedine had quite some fractures and cuts as far as she can tell by feeling them from under all the weight. It wasn't really much seeing she can heal herself, but oh boy does she even lift? She can't get up and reach for her wounds, she needed someone else to do the job before she does the other work.

Come on... come on, think! Oh, vines! Probably some way to get me out of this pile of junk. Here...we...go!

Her eyes glowed a faint green, then long, slim plants sprouted out from the ground and wrapped around her arms. The green, organic ropes tried to pull out the meek girl from the pile of debris, but kept snapping again and again, until she finally exhausted herself of mana.

Damn.

Darwin glared at the demons, almost like he had firgotten to fear them. That did happen often with Darwin. By now he was right at Ryuu's side with a huge grin on his face. He was gonna fight demons with his Betsy! He always wanted to do that! It would be absolutely amazing! He chuckled a bit before erupting into uncontrollable laughter when the ground shook and out popped the guy in charge.

He ripped open a packet if skittles and downed it, shit was about to go down. He was still laughing when he said to Ryuu. "Hey.....what's going on?"

Crash

Crash’s eyes drifted from Kathy to Zivon before back again, he felt his own mouth curve into a smile in response to her attempt. He felt better knowing they were ok...though he already knew they would be. As Kathy reached up towards him he pressed one of his eyes closed pulling a face as she flicked his forehead, he flinched lifting a hand to rub the abused spot comically. “Hmm...Deja vu” He stated, realizing how similar this situation was.”Worrying about myself is overated...you’re just going to have to accept that” He shrugged at her, flinching back to avoid a hand-to-face incident.

A feral growl ripped free of Crash’s chest as he felt the floor rumble again, glancing at Kathy he nodded curtly before he spun on his heel and shot out of the door running outside just as the plume of hellfire erupted overhead and a masked man appeared from the portal, roaring in rage to the sky. Crash felt a flood of fear pass over him at the mere sight of this masked villain and the sheer rage that seemed to accompany his presence, he clutched his chest dropping to one knee as he felt the darkness inside him react, constricting tightly...he stayed where he was, watching the villain with a snarl on his face. His eyes only straying to watch a boy walk over to the masked villain and take a place by his side.

-95%-

Mercy

Mercy twirled out of the way her eyes drifting to check on the young girl from earlier, she felt a frown cross her face as she noticed the boy stood next to her...she of all people wasn’t one to judge the boy even though she could sense he was a demon, she felt concern wash over her as she noticed the girl was crying. Why was she crying? Can’t save them all...pick one to protect Mercy had allowed herself to become distracted enough so that the Archer’s next arrow hit her square in the face with enough force to rip her helmet from her face and send her reeling backwards as she flared her wings beating them hard enough to keep her airborne, she blinked in surprise at the Archer, swirling honey gold eyes setting him firmly in her sights Jammy little git...busted my helmet “Yeah you better run” Mercy growled drifting closer to the ground as the Archer retreated, she was still hovering when there was a loud boom, she felt her feathers ruffle at the sheet volume of power that passed through the air.

As the portal opened she instinctively lifted her hands, creating barely visible bubbles around the students...the small winged girl would have to share with the demon boy...but needs must and she didn’t deem him a threat, she touched down slowly as the fiery masked man appeared demanding to speak with their leader. She felt an unease rise in her as she glanced around at the scattered students she felt her courage waver, she was on her own out here...if something happened it was down to her to react, no more damsel in distress routines...She glanced over at the dark haired girl, watching her fall from grace three times over in the space of a minute under different circumstances that would have been very amusing.

Mercy had no idea what he was on about, she was as much of an intruder here as he was...She kept quiet looking at the students either side of her questioningly, that was when she caught sight of a familiar face a mixed feeling of relief and dread filled her as she took in Crash’s appearance. Oh no...no, no, no, no! Stay where you are... Mercy’s wings ruffled as she watched the red-haired shape shifter, collapse to one knee hoping that was all he was going to do. She pulled her eyes away from Crash long enough to glance at their ‘leader’ as she stepped forward, Mercy felt her mouth twist into a smile at the other woman’s words. Tease the angry demon? I do hope it ends better for you The short white haired woman had stirred a recent memory...Mercy looked on at the pair, watching the demon carefully. A sculpted eyebrow peaked up as the demon boy walked up towards the masked man of flame, she grit her teeth readying herself for anything...though she wasn’t quite prepared for what he did, in her eyes he’d walked over there and pretty much joined their ranks...That was...unexpected Mercy shifted closer to the young girl she had saved earlier, disliking the idea of her standing alone with these rather interesting gentlemen around.

Thane turned to face a voice he was unfamiliar with. A white-haired, dark-skinned woman, who was presumably the principal, came up to him. He was able to feel an energy that directly opposed that of Hell's fiery aura. Satisfied with how quickly the principal appeared, the man spread his arms, calmly telling her,

"We have come in Lord Lucifer's name, but our goal was not to destroy your academy today. And I had to take some... counter-measurements... to retain our mission's success."

Thane quickly dispersed the thought of the foul deity known as Apophis, instead lowering his arms. These people were not supposed to die in his hands today; therefore, that meant that they would meet another day. And on that day, that was when he would truly be serious. For now, however, he simply kept as much cool as he could.

This actually worked, however, when he saw the demon from earlier come by his side. He felt satisfied to retrieve one who had the aura of a demon within him. Thane, however, was still confused on why he was by the angel's side a few moments ago. The man turned to the principal, the fire in his eyes undying. With a solemn voice, he told the principal,

"My lord personally sent these soldiers, alongside me, and... a fucking disgrace of a servant..."

Thane seemed to spit out the word "servant," quickly disregarding a particular hollow man again. His clenched hand emitted fire for a brief moment before becoming normal again.

"...to warn you that 'a battle is imminent'."

Meanwhile, the demon archer behind Thane eyed Bael. Shazt then whispered to Reggie, leaning over to him,

"Welcome to the Dark Side of the Force, eh?"

"When you're welcome to the 'Shut The F-ck Up Side of the Force,' everyone will have a happy ending."

Shazt and Reggie grew quiet again.

Thane sighed, though his expression did not change at all. He continued to look at Maria, the principal of Athalia Academy, as he concluded his message with a small bow,

"The next time we see each other... we shall be enemies. For now, however, I hope you accept my condolences..."

The man looked back up, the determined fire remaining in his eyes. He then turned to Bael. With a voice of interest, he simply told him,

"We will bring you back to the netherworld if you truly desire to do so. I personally think it is a better option than having our own kin stand against us."

His business done on Earth for now, he jerked his head toward the two footsoldiers, who flinched at his look.

"Find your magic-wielding friend. We shall depart as soon as he wakes up, for I had seen him fly out of some building just now..."

The soldiers hastily nodded, quickly rushing over to the main building. It was highly likely that they were still in there. If they took too long... Thane would just have to put some sense in them. He would not go too far, though. They were not under his complete guidance, after all. The cursed human turned to the decimated academy, pondering about whether he was getting closer to his goals. Remaining in the academy as an enemy was not exactly a respectful idea, especially after having their place nearly wiped out. The sooner he left, the faster these people would prepare for a battle.

He personally hoped that he would not be killing children any sooner. Blind rage allowed him to kill such young people. When he was calm, however, the very idea of him killing young lives that would be unable to fulfill their dreams... was unpleasant. But a war was coming with a deadly flare. He had completed his mission: to test the academy's students. All he needed to do was have Cain return, and he would return to his endless training.

"I must ask you of something," he said, staring at the destroyed roof of the main building. "There was a man who came with us, and I'm sure he went after you."

Thane's eyes slightly lit themselves on fire, asking her cautiously, yet with a dangerous tone,

"Has he... directly laid his hands upon anyone yet?"

Thane noticed a dark presence nearby him, though he decided to quiet prepare his kunai instead...

Darwin was watching all the demons talk.....and talk and talk.... Damn was it boring. He took a moment to open a second bag of skittles before downing that too. He sighed before looking at the Thane guy again and burst out laughing. To Darwin this was all just hillarious. The only thing he was worried about was Ryuu San and even then Ryuu San could protect himself. This was all so funny! He dusted if his red tuxedo as he laughed knowing something was gonna happen.

"Bael?!" He shouted in confusion before staring at Bael. He had only met him once....and Darwin had done something to annoy him.....but what was it? Oh! It was the book! Bael wanted the book that Darwin was taking out.....but Darwin had already finished it. From his tuxedo he pulled out the book and held it in the air. "Hey Bael! I finished the book! You can have it now!" With that he tossed the book towards Bael forgetting about all the skittles that went flying out of the book as it flew through the air.

He then noticed Ryuu San.....what the hell had happened to his leg. It was like a Titan has gnawed on it! He ran over to his Besty with a huge grin on his face. "Hey Ryuu san! What happened to your leg?"

Lily - Fight

A small smile grew on her lips, as he returned the embrace, her tears drying. Why she felt so relieved that he was here, she wouldn't know. It was odd... She was so insecure and.. scared a moment ago, yet with him here, around her, she felt safe. She felt as though nothing could touch her. It... it was a weird thing for her...

"DON'T TRUST HIM."

She closed her eyes, smiling warmly, ignoring the voice in her head and the headache. Suddenly, the ground began to shake under their feet and Lily's eyes shot open. She looked around for the source of the noise but was brought back by Bael's words.

"Don't worry about this, okay? We'll be fine." He told her, his hand moving over her hair gently. He let go of her and rest his hands on her shoulders, shaking her slightly. She was worried about about the ground and the... the aura she felt but she was also worried by Bael. What was wrong?

"And-..." He began but stopped as a thundering roar erupted from a portal, a man stepping out. Lily's eyes grew large at the man, the portal enough to send her whirling. His aura sent waves of pain through her body and it was all she could to just stand in front of Bael.

"Lily." Bael called to her, shaking her again. Wide blue eyes shot to look at Bael, fear evident in them. "This is not your real form, Lily. You've been sealed by a demonic seal which regress your age and memories- that's why it hurts when you try to remember. Still focused? Listen to me, Lily. Pay attention." He continued, his voice low. She was having a hard time focusing on him, the pain almost overbearing now. Seal?

"You will ask the woman with the short hair to remove the seal. Just ask her this- if she questions, tell her I told you to do so. I'm certain she's not as ignorant as we may think." He told her, his tone hushed. Lily's eyes flickered over to the short hair that had saved her before and then back to Bael, but Bael was walking away. She blinked, watching him. Where was he going? Was he going to go face the man by himself?

She reached out, her hand moving toward the back of his coat. Her arm wasn't quite long enough and she missed by inches, her finger inches away.

"Bael..." She said, her voice soft, worried. She felt a dark feeling creep into her heart and tears threatened her again. She didn't want to admit what she felt, she didn't want to see what was happening. Was he... abandoning her?

"Don't worry about this, okay? We'll be fine."

She pulled her hand down to her side, tears falling down her face.

I'll just have to trust him... He said not to worry... It'll be fine... We'll be fine... He'll... be fine.

She watched, watching the man and Bael, staring at Bael. She took in a deep breath, trying to steady herself. She wanted to believe in him, she really did. But part of her knew... Part of her had gotten used to it, being abandoned. Forever the lost little angel, tucked away from everyone, safe in her own company.

"Now, you understand. So, stop pretending."

She put a small smile on her face and whispered softly, "Okay. I'll... miss you." With a shaking breath, she turned and walked back to the school, walking toward her room.

Okay, you win. I'm alone again.

"..."

She entered the dorm building, went to her room and went to her bed, falling down face down. She let out a muffled groan into her bedsheets, releasing her frustration. Why was she always alone? Part of her said he wasn't leaving her, he was just... leaving for a bit. He was still her friend. And part of her felt like he was like everyone else. Pretending to her face, just making her feel better. Just dealing with the poor lonely little angel girl.
Maria - And The War Begins

She listened to the man, surprised at how civil he sounded. For one of Lucifer's men, he was oddly... kind. Something told the short haired witch that this man wasn't as evil as one would think, just in a bad situation. Though, she wasn't one for judging. She simply sighed at his words.

A war... As if I didn't have enough things on my plate, life decides to add a war on top of it.

"All I ask is that you leave this place as quick as you can. I won't let anyone attack you, so please... Just leave my school be." She pleaded with the man, her eyes showing her sincerity. She saw no good way out of this... This war. With all of her being she just wished that she could wish it away and her students could have a peaceful time here. She let out a small chuckle.

Every parent will want to send their kid to Athalia academy...

She sighed and raised a brow at the man's question. Who did he mean? Apophis? She smiled warmly at the man and shook her head. "No one was hurt, of that I assure you. Now, please. Just be on your way." She asked, motioning her hand as if shooing a pesky fly away. She was tired... so tired. She needed a long relaxing bubble bath. Maybe she could call up one of her friends...

Liam

Liam looked around and saw that she was lying on the ground but couldn't remember what happend a second ago. She stood up and saw that everything was black and white, She could feel a sharp pain from her back as she slightly remembered what happend. She walked into the school again to one of the girls restroom seeing herself all covered in her own blood she turned her back to the mirror and it didn't look much better. She looked at the large cut in her back and could see that it might have been infected, She would need to clean it and stitch it up somehow but that would be impossible to do that herself. She walked back outside and saw multiple chairs flying through the air hitting a demon. Dani was walking through the classroom trowing chairs at him? No he was sort of controlling them. Liam could't really figure it out what he was doing but she was about to help him as the demon was send flying through the window. She has walked to the doorpost and looked at the boy that just defeated him by himself "Hm that was pretty cool" as she moved towards him looking up at the taller boy grinning at him "How should I say this... Can you patch this up" She turned around letting Dani see her back she moved her hair out of the way. Blood was still coming from the large cut dripping slowly onto the ground righ in front of Dani his feet.

Drow

The metal was moved aside as she quickly moved her foot away from it leaving a sharp pain in her foot. An irritated noise came from her mounth as she could feel a hand grabbing her she wanted to say don't but she saw it was Criston and he wouldn't get shocked. There were still some tears rolling down her cheeks from the pain as she looked at Criston that was walking towards the healing group with her. "Thank you" she said to him while wipping of her tears with one of the ends of her scarf. She could feel the pain coming up again as someone touched her head. She looked over to her seeing it was the indian girl "You shouldn't" Little feather touched her foot and wasn't afraid or anything to get shocked by her it only stinged a bit but it felt a lot better now. She gave a smile to Little feather as she was moved over to were the other injured people were sitting. She pointed at a empty place near the wall were no one was sitting near so that she could't hurt the others even more.

Zivon

An instant he woke up, with cold sweat running down his body. He jumped up like a zombie from the grave. A couple of blinks he tried to reassure where he was but it seemed like everything was a foggy blur. His balance wasn’t good and he fell back down face first on the rubble, luckily not getting cut or seriously injured by it. “….uuurrrr….” He groaned as he pain shocked his head. ‘Wh-at…ha...ppen…..’ He blinked a couple of times until he stood up but nearly struck down again by two stinging pain. One at his head and the other one on his right leg, having a serious headache was killing him. It was like a bat beating down on a body non-stop and his leg…

“Wha….t?” He sat down and touched the thigh part of his leg, he could feel it…blood? It was wet and it clunged to his pants. “Ho…w…did…..”He tried to remember but nothing was coming back, he looked at his shoulder….yellow…A sudden image ran through his head, the roof falling. He didn’t what truly happen after the yellow handprint guy touched his shoulder. Everything got dimmed and just a mess. Did he get injured within the time things got blurry? Just trying to think made his head hurt really badly. It was vertigo of mess, like someone who had gone to a rollercoaster ten times in a row. Nothing was straight, he could see things doubling and he wanted to throw up. Taking a strong deep breath he stood up, biting his lip from the pain causing a small amount of blood to come out. He looked around the area, people he could see people…doubles…triples….he didn’t know what was real . “Uhhh…hh…mmmmn….thhi…” He tried his best to walk well limped due to his unknown injured leg. His throat was dry and the blood was not really helping him.

Garden

A loud boom shook the flower she was sitting on. She barely had fallen of but was luckily enough the flower stopped her. “Fire!” He flinched as she could see fire from the entrance she litereally jumped down the flower and was caught again by another gigantic sunflower but on a lower level. “Fire…No way I can’t...” She reacted, she wanted to help but with fire he powers would be useless. Shaking her head a couple of time she decided to help people who probably were injured by the falling roofs. She ran around finding anyone injured. “Hey! If anyone can hear me I can help!” She shouted a couple of times as she ran through some hallways and empty rooms. Upon reaching an area she had noticed a girl trapped under some rubble and fallen debris.

“Hey! Are you okay?” She ran towards the small girl, ( Anedine) and tried tiopull of the fallen ceiling from the girl body. She wasn’t strong enough to pull much out. “Wait, I will get you out!” She said to the white hair girl. With her power she had touched the debris, flower popped out of the debris causing the fallen ceiling to crack. Flowers have roots and more flowers means more roots and does breaking the debris. With that she grabbed the little girl body and pulled her out. “There…you okay? Anything I can do to help?” She asked the white hair girl hoping she was okay.

Seven

Boom! A loud sound had awoken the little cat from his slumber. That sound made him jumped from his sleeping curled up position and nearly made him clawed to a wall. He hissed from that, never awaken a sleeping cat all of a sudden even if he is a bakeneko. From the shadows he emerged with not a happy face, his fangs were showing and claw appeared. Practically hissing the whole way there until reaching the place where the sound came from. “Never…wake…up…a…bakeneko…like…that…” He slowly transformed to his human form, his fangs still showing and claws. He didn’t care if anyone would see him naked, had enough people already did? He was nearly behind everyone from the entrance of the school, he just gave another hiss and ready a cat like predatory pose, like hunting a mouse.

“Okay! Who woke me up!?” He didn’t care who or what woke him up, he was plenty sure of find out and get him/her or it.

Thane simply nodded in agreement. Before his anger got the better of him, and before anything else drastic happened, he began to leave the academy. He would wait outside for his troops to return to him. The fact that Apophis touched no one meant that all went well in the mission. With a silent, yet lively demeanor, the masked warrior turned away from the people of Athalia Academy.

"Then I shall be taking my leave. Remember that... I will not hold back in our next meeting."

He silently began to walk out of the place. It seemed that his presence will never be welcome here again. Bael seemed to know of Lily Brightendale, though he did not intend on asking him about the girl just yet. For now, he let the girl cry for whatever relationship they had before he arrived here. He was simply glad to have retrieved fellow kin. He was no demon, but he surely served under one.

Yet again, he had become enemies with good people. Making enemies was inevitable in the path of revenge. A road that only left sorrow behind it... that was the road he took.

The man quietly turned away, heading out of the academy. He gave Bael a distant look before he did so.

He knew that something worse than war was coming.
Ryuu felt dizzy.

Now, it had been a long time since he felt like this. His vision seemed to wobble, his body barely standing upright. It was quite a harsh task to not use his more dangerous powers without actually cutting things apart. That was just not his style... yet... for he preferred to simply knock things out and laugh at them, knowing that he would beat them up again. Killing was a little too harsh for him to comprehend without freaking out.

Darwin, the friend he made so much earlier, was apparently next to him. In fact, he did not notice that Darwin was there in the first place due to how battered his body was. He was just a really unlucky guy, he initially thought. However, he fully knew that no one else was heavily injured. That alone was a good thing.

The otaku mustered up a grin at Darwin, words unable to come out of his mouth. He was quite exhausted due to how deep his leg wound had gotten. The sunglasses-wearing man decided that he learned his lesson on charging in without having his wounds treated.

With that said, when he saw the masked man leaving, Ryuu immediately fell forward, unconscious.

He needed to go watch some Madoka after this.
Nikola wondered why the heck the exit for his building was not opening. It turned out that one of the clones he created was sitting on a control panel.

"Maybe I need to reprogram her or something..."

With that said, things had gone quiet. He hoped that it was silent from the invaders' side.
Cold, blue eyes waited for the masked warrior's return. He stood nearby Athalia Academy, a bloodthirsty blade impatiently waiting underneath his calm hands. The armored being simply wanted to confirm that Thane had completed his mission without destroying anything

His stance was patient. Quiet. Silent. If anyone were to consider the being a funny little joke, they were dead wrong. After all, no joy or rage prevailed over the frozen flames within his cold heart.

An ice man who hopelessly breathed death. An ice man that waited for a raging dragon's return.

– Leroy

After nodding at the white-haired guy (Criston) to show he had heard him, Leroy stopped looking around and turned his attention to the girl (Little Feather) who was taking a look at his arm. “I-I think it may be dislocated, Ink...I’ll relocate it and then heal the damage. Just be aware this’ll probably hurt” Raising a brow at the random mention of his favourite art medium he asked, “Ink?” A little confused, since he didn’t know Little Feather’s label for him at the moment, he waved off her concern about how it would hurt. “If it does, I’ll be impressed.”

Leroy actually winced a little when his shoulder was forced back into its proper socket with a strange noise he had never known his body could make. Squirming a little uncomfortably at the unfamiliar sensation, he wondered just how painful her (Little Feather’s) actions would have been to a normal person. He watched as a green light appeared on the girl’s palm before it was passed onto his shoulder. The feeling of discomfort was disappearing, but he couldn’t quite tell if the wound was now fully healed or not. “Thanks. Seems pretty useful, that green stuff.” He told her, smiling.

It seemed troublesome, but with all the other able-bodied students busy helping out he thought he should probably do something too. “I’ll be going then.” Giving a small wave to the pair (Little Feather and Criston), he started to move away from them. He looked back for a moment when he heard the sound of a flute. Looking at the eagle that had suddenly appeared, he thought, ‘Yeah. I have no idea what her abilities are.’ Having a creative mind didn’t help him figure out why she was able to do so many diverse things. If anything, his mind was coming up with too many possibilities to even try to narrow down the likely explanation for what her powers were. Instead of pondering over a mystery he had no way of figuring out on his own, he helped another student up from the floor and took the student over to the barrier. He himself hadn’t actually heard an explanation was to why, but since everyone else was dumping all the injured students in that area he figured there was a good reason for it.

When the ground shook again, he grabbed onto a pile of nearby rubble for support and grumbled, “Geeze, this is a tiring day. I want to get to bed now.”

Bael - Leaving Athalia -

Bael didn't even look at anyone, his gaze perpetually on the ground as Thane and Maria discussed briefly- he'd only raise his head when he heard someone calling his name- and briefly after, a book flying towards his direction, some skittles falling from it. With both of his hands, he caught the book, eyeing it over curiously. The scene where he was in the shop with Lily and this boy appeared all of sudden crossed his mind, and all he did was frown slightly. Was he going to miss Athalia? Perhaps, there was a fairly high chance of that happening even though he only knew Lily in the whole place. Well, and the flsahy dude who just tossed him the book.

As Thane turned himself and began to walk off, Bael hesitated, only for a mere moment. He took this time to look at those who were in his sight, noticing a man with sunglasses laying on the ground, badly wounded on his leg, a sigh escaping the demon. How utterly problematic this whole thing was, but still, he managed a small smirk which was either of ill intention or because of some other reason. He raised the book towards Maria, gesturing her vaguely. "I will return it to the library once I'm done." His voice was slightly lower than usual, but not to the point of not being audible. Walking after Thane, Bael held the book in his right hand. His eyes soon found the sight of an armored being standing outside, but Bael said nothing about or to him.

Dani - Donkey Kicking Spectre of Awesome
The demon was thrown out the window and landed, unmoving, on the ground. Dani didn't do anything for a second, expecting it to get back up, but it didn't. He left the eraser, and dropped it on the demon, but it still didn't move. Dani breathed heavily. He defeated a demon! He defeated a demon! Dani gave a half hearted laugh, but was too tired to enjoy it as much.
"How should I say this... Can you patch this up?" asked a familier voice behind him. Dani turned around to see Liam bleeding all over the place.
"Are you okay?" He asked worriedly. A normal person would obviously not be okay, but Liam seemed to be quite casual and laid back for someone bleeding to death.

Matt - The One and Only Phoenix, and all he does is fall over sideways
Matt was about to get up, when a loud [b]BOOM[/i] sounded. The earth rumbled, knocking Matt back to the ground, who, of course, landed in such away that made his hurt ankle worse. He watched in horror as a very angry ninja thing came out of a portal with an angry yell. Matt noticed movement out of the corner of his eye, and saw Bael and Lily. Bael was moving over to the ninja person, and stood beside him.
Matt knew Bael wasn't what he made out to be, but he wasn't expecting this! Bael was part of the anti-Athalia demon army! Matt sadly watched Lily fly away. She was probably crying her heart out. Bael would pay for this!
Matt managed to get to his feet and flew after Lily. He almost caught up to her, when she entered her dorm and closed the door. Matt transformed again, and leaned against the wall for a while.
Does she want to be alone for a while? No, of course not! She's Lily, she hates[/i] being alone.[/i] Matt thought. Finally, he knocked on the door.
"Lily, may I come in?" he asked.

Darwin watched all this events unfold with a giant grin shining at all the demons and students. He was loving this! What a good bit of jutice! It seemed like some idiots from hell were making fun of them.....nah they were all awesome. He had ran out of skittles and his little burning rainbow aura had calmed down. He was happy Bael had taken the book, he liked Bael. He had always wanted a demon friend.

But now he was smiling down at Ryuu who had suddenly fallen unconscious. He sighed and prodded his mangled leg with a finger. Blood. So he licked his finger making it surrounded by a rainbow aura thing and pulled out the arrow he could just see prodding out. Doing this made all the blood spurt onto his face, making him laugh at it. He stood up and was surrounded by rainbows before smiling at the leaving Bael. "This isn't even my final form!" Before turning into a unicron and picking up Ryuu. He then ensued to trot towards the nurses office.....if she was still alive.

Thane walked out of the academy, his eyes looking down in solemn pondering. There were many things to consider now that Lord Lucifer's plans had begun to move. He needed to figure out in whether there would be anyone that could potentially betray the demon king, who was the sole key in finishing a job. A job that had no justice behind it. Just thinking of his revenge made his blood boil, and it seemed safe to let some of his aura out again after he left the school.

With that said, when he looked up and saw a man with frozen armor waiting for him, his eyes widened. He remembered him. This... demon? He could not tell what he exactly was, but one thing he knew for sure was the fact that this- literally- cold person was one of the first of Lucifer's demon officers. The Ice Man carried a magnificent presence, despite the fact that he still needed to fight more in order to gain more power. Thane never, ever saw him speak before, or even grunt during combat.

Needless to say, the cold warrior was a superior officer, and for a good reason. Thane simply nodded at the Ice Man.

"The test is over," Thane said, his eyes peering into the cold man's. "Have you come to ensure the mission's success, General Macbeth? If that is the case, I can assure you that all went well."

Macbeth put all of his effort into nodding. Ice cracked as he did this. Thane chuckled: so far, Macbeth was the only person he could actually trust in. The person himself was, quite visibly, a faithful servant to the demon king. According to information gathered on the mysterious being, he was supposed to be a hollow shell wielding a cursed blade that had a mind of its own. Thane, however, liked the "hollow shell" and his obedient demeanor. The cold figure was far more respectful than his own weapon. In fact, Macbeth currently had his blade in his hands.

A deep, ancient, demonic voice growled out of the blade, the skull on the handle having its eyes shine a crimson red,

"Pah. Worthless. What good is there if we do not devour those ignorant little fools? Their disrespect and blind laughter makes me hunger for their blood."

Macbeth looked down at his blade, his eyes glowing blue for a short moment. The weapon remained silent for a few seconds before telling the Ice Man,

"...I do not have problems with the warrior before us. But I'm more interested in why Lucifer would do something so... weak, when we clearly have the stronger men. And this demon child you brought with you, Thane..."

The masked warrior gave a death glare at the weapon, his eyes immediately beginning to burn a deathly storm of fire.

"I won't give two shits about your thirst for demon blood. You will eventually have your so-called 'favorite' food once General Macbeth brings you to the prisoners again."

The weapon laughed, its voice ancient and compelling, as if it saw Thane as an amusing creature. It, however, knew that the masked warrior had enough potential to burn it alive. It would not start retorting to this cursed human until he collected more blood...

With the weapon silenced, Macbeth turned to Bael. His blue eyes simply remained on the lesser demon, as if he were curious as to who this person was. It was an innocent curiosity, for he was still not accustomed to the lesser demons of Hell.

Thane genuinely hoped that Bael tossed aside the pathetic clothes he was wearing right at the moment. It made him feel weak already, though he decided to bear with the boy by simply ordering him,

"You seem to know us, and I have seen you before. Tell us your name."

Lily - Pouting

"Just leave me alone!" She shouted, not really even hearing Matt's knocking. She was yelling on the voice in her head.

"That's all we ever are. Alone. Don't you get it? Time after time after time, we end up alone. No one, not even God, cares about us!"

"I won't believe you!" She shouted again, crouching on the floor with her hands pulled up to her ears, a feeble attempt at silencing the voice. Before, she could ignore it but now she was alone with it.

"There's someone at your door."

She blinked, looking up at her living room. She turned, curious, and looked at the door. Sure enough, there were shadows under her door. With eyes still wet and damp, she slowly moved to the door, a little cautious and mostly just tired. She opened it to see Matt standing at the door. Her eyes grew wide and she began to sob even more. She jumped up and wrapped her arms around Matt, relief spreading over her.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't even think to see if you were okay..." She told him pulling away. She'd almost forgotten that she wasn't alone here. She had Matt and so many friends she'd yet to meet. Still, it saddened her that one would be leaving for a time. A place where she wouldn't know if he was okay... She pushed the thought away and smiled up at Matt.

Have anything to say now?

"..."

Hah.
Maria - Watching the Fight Leave

She turned to look at Bael as a smirk grew on his lips. Her eyes narrowed. For once, she hadn't seen this coming. A rare treat for her... He looked at her and then held up a book, moving it around. Her eyes narrowed trying to figure out his meaning. If only her damned hawk spell hadn't worn off. Then again, it always had the worst timing. Damned thing wore off right after the big guy's booming entrance.

Which, I'd say he was just showing off. Still... It did make him look handsome...

A small chuckle appeared on the woman's face. Yes, she needed a long relaxing bath after all of this was over. But before that, she needed to address her students. Once the demons were gone, Maria turned to Ryuu and walked over to him. She smiled brightly at him.

"Hello there, Ryuu. Name's Maria Cross. Let me see that leg of yours." She greeted him, kneeling down to be eye level with him. She had one knee on the ground and the other was raised with her arm resting on it. She waited for an answer since she wasn't about to waste her energy if he didn't want it.

Darwin - Saving Private Ryuu

Darwin smiled when the teacher approached and returned to his normal form. He was saved! He had no medical know how or any nursing skills. Apparently he scared patients more than he helped them. The purple haired boy didn't even have a scratch and just grinned at teacher in his flourescent purple tuxedo. "Oh! You must be the head mistress! Hi I'm Darwin another student, we haven't met yet!" He chuckled again and tilted his head at the uncinscious Ryuu. "This is Ryuu, it looks like he got shot by some sort of Quincy. Or maybe some sort of soul weapon.....damn shinigami!" He cursed the spirits of all those who had wronged Ryuu.

Anedine
Another nature person? This interests Anedine to some extent. Seeing how she was a kind, helpful person to even rescue her out from the heavy, concrete debris, she was a sure partner for the white-haired, meek girl. While she remained lying down, one of the mana bottles in her pocket shattered by the weight and spilling its blue, glittering contents on the floor, Anedine faced the other enviro-girl, smiled, and said, "Thanks for helping me out with the debris, though i can take care of myself at this point. I still have two left in my pocket. Last time it was three, too bad one broke." She grabbed one of the blue, sparkling replenishing drinks with bottles the shape of test tubes, popped out the cork cap, and drank it. Mana had the peculiar, delicious sweet taste, much like pure, clear water mixed with honey, which is what the ingredients actually was, just add a bit of finely ground oak and vine leaves. After finishing it, she placed one hand on a cut, and began to heal it, emitting a faint green glow.
