Sasha's location: Forest

Djhango made his formal goodbyes as the sky continued to grow darker. He bowed to her and Fredricka, and Sasha instinctively bowed back. She wasn't of a culture where bowing was commonplace, but knew about it and was actually quite fond of courtesy bows. "It was nice to meet you too, Djhango," Sasha replied. "Thank you for being so kind." As soon as he was out of earshot, Sasha became visibly vexed. "I never asked him what he was!" she exclaimed. "He clearly was mythological to some degree...but how?" She sighed. "Oh well. I'm sure I will run into him eventually. Sorry for the outburst," she said to Fredricka with a smile. "I can be hard to deal with sometimes...at least, I think so." There was nothing left to discuss out here, and Fredricka offered to walk Sasha back. Sasha chuckled a bit. "I think I would be safe on my own...we're all supernaturals, after all. But, I will never refuse an offer of companionship. Walking back with you would be nice."

Eventually, Sasha reached the main building, which was still full of audible and visible commotion. As she was about to walk in, though, audible and visible commotion occurred by the fountain. One bright flash of light later and Sasha didn't know which commotion she wanted to go to less. As she looked over to where the flash of light had been, she saw a dragon suddenly swoop up into the air and then back down at another part of the campus. As she had only caught a glimpse of it before, she didn't realize it was the same dragon from before, but seeing the entire thing flying brought up the same dark memories she had had the first time. The dragon even appeared to be similar to the one in the memory, and this time it was too much for Sasha to bear in a dignified fashion, and she collapsed onto the ground weeping. After a few minutes she was able to get back up on her feet and open her eyes. She hesitantly looked around and was visibly relieved when she could see nobody that could have seen her breakdown. She was no longer in tears but still visibly shaken, and she walked inside to the main hall. As she walked through the people still milling about, she felt like she was in a dream. If anyone had tried to get her attention, she was too enveloped in her own thoughts in an almost trance-like state to notice. She was searching for the quietest place on campus to collect her thoughts and recover - the library. She knew the school had to have one, and as she walked around the unfamiliar halls she eventually found it. Not only was it very quiet like a library should be but it was also barely occupied. She walked deeper into the library passing rows and rows of books until she found a quiet study desk. She sat down quietly and just sat and stared, thinking and recuperating.

Jakes location: Cafeteria

After getting my fill of delicious meat... what? Dont judge me Im a damn carnivore for christs sake! Anyway, after getting my fill I decided to head out to take in the scenery of the academy, see just what I would see while being here. Eventually I came across some signs that pointed me to the direction of some kind of garden. That would be interesting! I preferred being outside anyway, and it was so beautiful out too! I happily made my way to the garden when I noticed the boy again from the cafeteria. He seemed quiet even with the groups of people out and about. Why was that? Wouldnt times like this be perfect for pack bonding? People are weird here I guess.

I walked through, not quite past him but just a little ahead so I can get a full view of the place. It was absolutely beautiful, but nothing that a natural forest couldnt beat. Then again it was nice to see how people worked to create such things with nature. And it wasnt like it was all planned, I mean, look at it this way, no one told the plants how to grow, no one told them to look the way they did. Even if someone planted them in a specific area, the plants grew the way they were meant to. That is how it was out in the forests, the wild un-tameable beauty that came with it all. My time living out in the forests showed me that... it was something I held dear. Sometimes I found it sad that not many share that feeling.

Without stutter I turned to the boy from the food area and asked him "You like nature?" I know it sounded quite abrupt and random but hey, that was me. I then decided to add that if he were to speak to me, he would have to deal with my little language barrier, "Sorry... english not best. First time speaking to people for long time."

Himura's Location: Garden

The garden of Kalmasyia academy looked similar, too. The home coming scent could be smelt in the spring's bloom. The radiant flowers and green luscious grass covered the garden incredibly. It had the colours of the entire spectrum and not a single one missed. There was a beautiful small pond around the middle where a white wooden gazebo with wooden benches sat surrounded in water. Its sight made Himura itch to go and have a seat there. The door behind Himura closed gently. A boy brushed past Himura as he observed.

He seemed to also enjoy the entire view, and appreciates it as much as he could. "You like nature?" The boy spoke. At first, it didn't seem as though he was speaking to Himura. As soon as Himura realised that nobody came with him, the boy was seeking his attention and Himura gave him an affirmative grunt. His language seemed a little off. Had he meant if I enjoyed nature? "Sorry... English not best. First time speaking to people for long time." He stared at the boy, assuming that he was serious he broke his eye contact and back to the garden.

"Nature... Coexists with me." As cryptic as he was, he wasn't going to stop himself there. "Nature is as beautiful as its sun. Without the sun, they wilt and wither. Without me, they will wither and fall." Himura hadn't hope to have inspired the boy in some way. Before he points his eyes towards the flower garden, he introduced himself to the new boy. "Don't worry. I'm Himura. Third year." He said it so bluntly it felt as if he had shut him out. "It's been a while since I've seen so many people, too." Himura paced himself along the footpath of the garden and enjoyed the view of the garden.

Jake: In the garden

The boys answer was about as strange as the boy himself, while yes I did understand that the sun is the starting point of life, I did not fully grasp why he said as if he were the sun. Was he the sun? Out of pure curiosity I reached out a hand and touched my fingertips to his forehead, not feeling any scorching heat I looked at him confused as I pulled away my hand. "No heat... how are you sun?" I asked him, but not expecting an answer I continued with the conversation. Himura huh? Nice name.

I pointed to myself and said "Jake... f...first year?" I said slightly questioningly wondering if that were the correct thing to say. I didnt dwell on the subject as I looked back out at the garden, taking in the view in full with a smile on my face. "Sun good at making things seen... hard to see in dark... rely on good senses to find way in darkness... and others to keep eyes out for you. Packs do best in the dark... communicate well, make great success. While they like the daytime, light makes hunting hard. Guess its... how to say... two edged blade? Without sun, easy hunting, but no plants, no prey. With sun, plenty plants and prey... but hard hunting." I looked back at Himura to see if he was understanding my rant at all. I tend to go off on tangents from time to time. He didnt seem the most interested though, so he could have blocked me out for all I know. I decided to go back to the plants again.

"Gardens have beauty in not just sight. You know that? Looks nice yes, but deeper meaning. Nature is free... nature is wild... you can tell it where to go... what to do... but it wont listen, just do what it wants. I live by law of nature, second birth made that clear. Part of nature since I was a boy, dont even remember old life." I realized I was talking about my own life. Damn tangents. I looked back and chuckled, of course he wouldnt know what I meant, speaking about packs and second births. "Sorry. Talk decided to follow nature I guess" I said with a laugh. It was meant to be a joke and I found it funny, but then again most of my life I only had myself to laugh at my jokes, so I thought I was hilarious most of the time.

Himura's Location: Garden

The new boy stood beside him as Himura walked. The two chatted idly to one another, feeling a friendly bond between them. The boy let out his hand and Himura allowed it to reach his forehead. The roughness of his skin and the confused gaze upon his fleshy face made him wonder of the thoughts that wandered around his mind. "No heat... How are you sun?" Himura could only laugh. With one hand over his mouth, he quickly rested it beside his waist as he continued on. Jake told him that he was a first year in the academy-- Although it felt like as if he didn't know what he was talking about.

His undivided attention towards nature was noted by Himura. He loved it as if it was his own home. Like how Himura loved the grassy plains of Kalmasyia. The garden didn't have the breeze, and that was the feeling that he felt missing from the entire beautiful scenery. But hard hunting." Himura's ears could only twitch and turn as Jake quarreled the matter with himself. It was an interested look that begotten Himura. He sees the concept as a yin yang-- How very wise for somebody as young as him. Himura bore no words from his mouth but a thought.

"A double-edged blade."

"Gardens have beauty in not just sight. You know that? Looks nice yes, but deeper meaning. Nature is free... Nature is wild... You can tell it where to go... What to do... But it wont listen, just do what it wants. I live by law of nature, second birth made that clear. Part of nature since I was a boy, dont even remember old life." It was... Strange and brutal to have heard them. Something felt amiss and sinister behind the real story that Jake faces. He's turned himself completely away from it, but never dealt with it directly. "Sorry. Talk decided to follow nature, I guess." But his sense of humour...

Himura laughed, with Jake. A wise and sharp boy. Perhaps he isn't your typical highschool student. "You're one so intelligent and thoughtful." Himura praised him with his smile. "Maybe this school will hopefully help you grow, like manure enveloping a brown seed." The two walked, until they were close to the complex of the gymnasium. "Perhaps you were wondering why I spoke the way I did. Let me tell you what I had meant; I am the master of the Sun. The God of the Sun. The sun's warmth is the loving and nurturing affection of my love, and its flames are my holy fire that cleanses the world off its sin. The sun is part of me, and so am I the part of the sun."

Ashley: Canteen

Ashley sighed as Himura suddenly walked off just because she got distracted again and got lost in her mind looking at the menu on the wall, really she just wanted some pizza but the hexes that her mother had put on her restricted her from eating food like pizza or ice cream. When she finally got to the front she noticed Himura had walked away and she sighed again. She always let people get away cos she got distracted.

Ashley suddenly charged out of the canteen barging past the boy again. "HEy, come back here you idiot!" The boy growled and began running after her. She threw a fire ball at his feet and sent herself and him flying out of the window and they both hit the ground in the garden. Ashley used her powers to float down to earth while the boy landed in the pond. "Himura! You're here!" She shouted to him excited before running towards him. "Sorry I got distracted, oooh you've met someone else, hi nice to meet you, I'm Ashley!" She turned her attention from Himura to the other boy.

Jake: In garden

I smiled at Himura when he praised me. Nothing wrong with an ego boost here and there, especially when it was from someone else. It felt good to talk to someone else, even better when they had the same interests as I did, and speaking to him managed to make him smile too. I could feel and air of friendliness around us as we walked together, like two wolves making acquaintances for the first time. I hoped others were this way too... it would be easy to make friends that way.

When he said I was intelligent and thoughtful, I looked at him with surprised eyes. He was the first to ever tell me such praise, and I was not sure how to react to it. I smiled nonetheless and bowed my head to him and said "Thank you. but i am none of that. Only see as is. As a seed, much room to grow." I said to Himura as we walked further.

Before more could be said, I heard the shattering of something above us, looking up just in time to see a boy falling into the fountain and a girl slowly floating down and greeting Himura. I recognized her as the girl from the place with food, skirmishing with the boy in the fountain. She seemed happy to see Himura as she wasted no time in closing the distance between them. She noticed me and warmly introduced herself. Again as with seeing the other girl, I noticed how oddly pleasant she looked as different from males. I gave a gentle smile to Ashley and replied, "Jake, pleasure to meet..."

I pointed up to the shattered window and asked her "in fight? Did something happen? Was it from before in the food place?... Sorry... English not great..."

Himura's Location: Garden

To see Jake smile felt heartwarming to Himura. It felt as if he was close friends in one way or another, but the both of them knew that it wasn't the case. This friendship will grow like a plant, outrageously and randomly as it pleases. This metaphor was treasurable and certainly a piece of wisdom to be shared with the world. It also made Himura think. Had he always grown like a plant?

Jake was surprised. Why had it surprised him was Himura's thoughts. Jake looked at him as if he had heard some sort of miracle to be praised in such a way. Jake bowed his head as he smiled, giving his gratitude towards Himura for having encouraged him in such a way. "Thank you. But I am none of that. Only see as is. As a seed, much room to grow." This boy... He had a humble heart. It made Himura felt happy for someone who technically isn't human to be so pure and so humble.

Their attentions were quickly grabbed by the sound of piercing glass. Heads turned and everybody looked up towards the falling shards of glass and the two students that had emerged from it. Smoke could be seen from the corridor where they had come out from-- It must've been a horrific explosion. "Ashley?" Amongst two of the students sent into flight was her. The girl that had been following Himura. She used her magic to safely land upon the ground while the other boy quickly made his way helplessly to the pond of water in the middle of the garden. The splash of water so so big, it drenched the people who was directly adjacent to it. Luckily neither Himura, Jake or Ashley were close.

"Himura! You're here!" She said it as if nothing had happened. Himura's face was a little disturbed, his eyes following the trail of smoke from the shattered window. The girl was persistent and it was a quality that he loved in a girl. Although it could be annoying, it was a trait of never giving up that he absolutely adores in a friend. He began to wonder about their friendship. Ashley told Himura that she was distracted again, then realised of the new friend Jake. She quickly introduced herself but Jake got the better of himself as he introduced his name.

"In fight? Did something happen? Was it from before in the food place? ... Sorry... English not great..." Things were slightly out of hand. The other boy surfaced from the water to the concrete path and his eyes were practically glowing red.

"You little runt!!" The boy's appearance darkened and his bodily physique began to grow in size. His head resembled a bull and horns began to protrude from his skull. His feet resembled hooves and he had the puffy tails of a bull. "I'm going to make your day even worse little piece of--"

"A minotaur, eh?" Himura said to him. The minotaur now looks enraged and began to skid his hooves beneath the path. You could literally see steam blowing from his large nostrils and ears that twitched as he exhaled. "Ashley, I think you're better off apologising." Himura wanted a peaceful ending to this conflict, so perhaps an apology from Ashley might actually quell the minotaur's rage. "I don't want a massive body count on the first day of school."

Jake: In garden

I could not tell Himuras actual reaction to the girl, his face read that of one being followed, yet at the same time he did not seem to be bothered by persistence. He looked as surprised as I did seeing her floating down from the window, so at least this didnt seem to be much of a normal occurrence. I hid my chuckle as the boy blundered out of the fountain, he was dripping with rage, though that could have just been the fountain water.

However my smile faded when the boy began to change, and that was when I finally caught his scent... minotaur. Dangerous creatures when angered, and this Ashley girl managed to royally piss him off. Ashley seemed like a nice girl, and what happened that she angered this guy seemed strange to me. However, I felt that perhaps taking Ashleys side would be the best thing to do.

Himura spoke of her apologizing to the minotaur, and I made a disapproving frown. "Bulls dont calm easy... when they see red, prepare for charge." I said to Himura. Looking back at the minotaur, I could feel the familiar tingle down my spine as my inner wolf begged to come out. I could feel myself growling... my teeth growing into fanged canines, but I held back. If Himura could end this peacefully, I would wait for that.

Matt

"I'm fine with going there. I just want to get out of the nurse's office," replied Matt, returning her smile. It was nice getting to meet Lily again. It wasn't nearly as bad as he had thought it would have been. In fact, Matt wasn't sure what he had been afraid of in the first place. It wasn't like Lily breathed fire.
They began heading towards the cafeteria, when Matt heard glass break, and some shouting.
"What's going on? It sounded like it was in the cafeteria!" exclaimed Matt.

I ran trough the hallway and was on my way to.. Yeah to where? I decided to take a run to the cafeteria. I didn't know why since I was not really hungry or thirsty. When I ran around the corner, I bumped into someone and fell on the ground, I looked up and frowned when I saw the boy.

Ashley in garden

She giggled at the boy who was with Allen. He was quite nice to her and he seemed really sweet. She smiled excitedly at him when she suddenly saw him and Himura look surprised and she sighed and looked behind her. "ooh your a minatour, actually makes sense with your rage" she looked to the confused boy again. "Don't worry, society's weird fir me too! Yeah I was in a sorta fight, just threw a fireball is all, and I ended up here."

Ashley readied a purple glow in her hand to throw at the boy that would have easily turned him into stone bit would've turned back after a while. But she saw Himura was wanting it peaceful. Yeah that would help. "Well....just don't be a jerk to me again mintatour boy or else..." She chirped quite cheerfully.

Ethan: Garden

The man blinked, his bird eyes watching the girl carefully. She had a right to be nervous and probably wasn't looking for a friend with so many problems. He sighed. Poor guy. She said her name was Calista and Mangus nodded, closing his eyes slowly, a small smile shown on his beak. His head turned to the sound of a great beast throwing... a tantrum? He tilted his head. What sort of place was Ethan at now? He looked down and watched as the girl, with a nervous smile, told him she needed to go to her companion. The beast? He blinked, watching her. He was confused. Those sound were coming from her companion? What sort of place are you at indeed, Ethan.

When he noticed the two boys come into view, Magnus decided it was best he left. The less people that knew about him, the better it would be for Ethan. He let out a small sigh and pushed himself off of the ground, shooting a small bolt of electricity through his foot to give himself a boost and then began flying around the school. After a few moments, he glided down to Ethan's balcony, landing with a soft thump. He laid down in the bed and let himself changed back.

Ethan woke up in his bed, blinking as he stared at the ceiling. Wasn't he just at the garden? Waiting for Calista? He jumped up, shock evident on his face. He'd fallen in the water... He rubbed the bridge of his nose, irritated with himself for even being near the water. It was stupid of him to do that. He needed to go apologize, but he didn't know where she was. The school was so huge that she could be anywhere. He let out a small sigh and walked out of his room, roaming the halls.

Ethan Update: Hallways

Fredricka: Forest

She was going to follow Sasha back to the school, but seeing Sasha walk off without looking back deterred her. Fredricka sighed and sat still as she could on her little stone seat, watching the animals around her. The sun had already come back up when she woke up, having fallen over. She blinked. How had she fallen asleep like that? She sat up with a rather large pain running down her back. "Great..." She muttered, closing her eyes again. She got up and walked out of the forest, towards the school. She need at least something to eat. She walked, eyeing the group forming at the Garden, one of them she recognized. Himura. She smiled but decided against walking in on him and his friends. She'd have her time to talk to him. She needed to eat anyway.

She walked on, avoiding any people. They all always gave her weird looks anyway. She opened the doors to the cafeteria and smiled, the smell of food wafting to her nose. It smelled great. She walked on. The first time she'd been here, it'd all amazed her. She'd never seen technology before and she still didn't really understand it all. She barely been able to grasp the concept behind... Cell Phones. She had one of her own now, actually provided by the school so that she could contact someone should something happen to her. It was sitting in her back pants pocket, nice and safe. She barely knew how to work it. Maybe someone could show her later. She pressed her finger against the scanner and then food slide over to her. A sandwhich, just like her mother used to make it. She smiled. She'd always enjoyed coming in after the crowd. The line was much shorter. She found a table by herself and sat, eating her sandwich in relative peace.

Fredricka Update: Cafeteria

Lily: Hallway To Cafeteria

She turned to Matt after hearing his outburst. "Something from the Cafeteria? But I didn't hear anything..." She said, looking at her, her face confused. Had she missed something? She turned her head and looked in the direction of the Cafeteria. She sighed. "Well, even if there is a commotion, we still need to go find Farrow. I don't want him to think we just ignored him. Wouldn't you hate if I did that to you?" She asked, turning back to Matt. She'd hate it if someone did that to her but then again, they always did.

She walked over to the doors and pulled them open. She walked in, looking around the room. Nothing was going on, but there was a contraption on the counter that she hadn't seen before. Was there some new way to order now? It looked weird. She didn't like it. She turned, heading for the kitchen, trying to make sure Matt was behind her. She popped the door open and said, "Hello? Farrow, you still in here?"

When the boy didn't say a thing, I stood up and turned around. I had sensed my sisters energy in the cafeteria and I was not in a mood to sit with her right now. I walked to the garden and looked around. I saw two boys and a girl. One of the boys had blond hair, blond hair like Andromeda had described from her boyfriend. Would he be? I wondered if he also knew that Andromeda was having me, her twin sister. I walked around in the garden and came closer to them. I smiled at the girl and just looked at the boys.

Toby

Toby smashed through the corridors as he suddenly ran through with a pile of manga he had found in the library. The librarian refused to let him actually buy them so he had grabbed them and ran for it down the corridors, terrified that she was tracking him down. He crashed into the caefteria with a terrifid look plastered all over his face and he was also drenched in sweat. He got off the floor and noticed Lilly, an old friend from before.

"Lilly!" He excalimed and began to run towards her, scared she didn't recognise him. He remembered Lilly of course, she tried to kill him once, well nearly everyone had TRIED, only one had succeeded. "It's been a while hasn't it?" He said nervously as he approached her.

Matt turned to look at Lily, confused. How had she not heard the crash? It wasn't exactly quiet. Then someone bumped into him from behind, just as Lily took off to talk to Farrow. The girl sat there for a while, then got up and left.
Ug, I hate it when things like this happen. Someone does this, someone else does that, the person way over there does something completely different and unexpected. Matt thought wearily. He was terrible at keeping up with reality sometimes. Matt ran his hands through his hair, trying to settle down a bit.

Lily

She turned to look at the loud noise. A boy with blue hair came running towards her, yelling her name. Who? She blinked a bit, confused but eventually the name came to her. "Toby?" She asked, turning to look at him. She only remembered him slightly. He was one of the few people she'd never talked to very much. "It has been a while, hasn't it." She said, a small smile on her lips. Yeah, a while...

He seemed a bit nervous, but she really didn't know why. "What's up?" She asked, walking over closer towards him. Farrow wasn't answering, which bothered her, but he was a big boy. He could take care of himself right? She looked at Toby, eyeing him. People certainly change over time don't they? She chuckled to herself. She should know at least that much. Could feel the metallic texture of her gun against her back, tucked carefully away and on safety. She knew how to quickly take the safety off an fire a shot, she was more worried that someone would find it and do something terrible with it.

He finally smiled confidently. He had finally found someone from the first kamaysia like him, but he had been so shut in no one even knew him. He ran his fingers throuhg his newly dyed blue hair and looked at Lilly. Wow, she had changed...alot. Toby shook Dylan away as he suddenly realised how attractive she had gotten. He gotten help but blush before looking at her with a grin.

"Yep....it's good to know at least someone rembers me.....albeit I wasn't really open back then. Nothing much is up, I'm just happy to find someone else from when Kamaysia was first opened. So...what have you been up to lately? I've been cooped at home having to deal with the occasional Kate visit." He said this wuite calmly and happy. It was true, things do get better.

Lily

She smiled at his response, happy to let him have at least someone to talk to and maybe it would be good for her. He wasn't exactly someone she'd spoken to a lot but... things change right? Maybe that's what she needed to get through her thick skull. Things change and that's okay. She needed to get her head stuck out of the clouds and back into reality. But, Toby didn't help by bringing up Kataleya's name. She smiled a bit awkwardly, not really sure what to say. Kataleya actually kind of frightened her. She didn't know what she'd do if she knew Lily was alive. She didn't want to cause anymore trouble for her. She'd done enough of that in her lifetime.

"Yeah... I haven't really been doing much. I've been on Earth for a while... Doing things..." She told him, trailing off. It wasn't exactly something she wanted to talk about. What was she supposed to say? Oh yeah, I was out there saving the day, stopping crime. No, it wasn't something she wanted to share. It also wasn't something she enjoyed. At first, she thought she'd be helpful and help people, but then it just turned into a chore, one she didn't feel like dealing with. Let the police handle that, she had better things to worry about. She could be selfish for once in her life, right? Then again, maybe she'd been selfish the entire time. All she'd ever thought about was her own feelings. She took in a deep breath and looked at Toby. "I'm glad you're back here. It's changed but, then again, I think we all have." She told him, a genuine smile on her face. He didn't need her baggage. She was sure he had enough of his own.

Toby suddenly got nervous as he realised what he had let slip. Kateyla....he knew that everyone had something to pick up with Kate from before and he probably had the most issues to pick up on her. The look on Lilly's face let him know that he had accidently triggered something. Hopefully she was just missed...but it could've been something much darker. So far Lilly was the only one from the first academy he had found by now.

He chuckled at her nervous response....nervously. He didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings and he just wanted to have a nice time here for once...but from what he had heard Dylan say that wasn't going to happen. Apparently someone he had known was coming for him...who? had no clue. But he was terrified. Maybe it was just Dylan trying to scrae him but he knew that you don't under estimate Dylan. He shuffled awkwardly as he thought what to say to lilly. "Oh um...good. To be honest I had a boring break....but now we're back...and things should pick up. So...yeah it has changed and I guess we have too....all of us. Seen anyone else yet? Like Himura or Shira or the likes."
