▶ - Quote - ◀

"Gotcha, gotcha," Quote said, rolling his eyes as he was thinking of something. Glancing at the environment around them, it was pretty weird, but not as weird as Dreamland itself. Getting an idea finally, he grins a bit as he swipes the paintbrush at the air, a small poof of smoke formed as whatever Quote created had already taken form. For no reason at all, a pair of black sunglasses appear on Quote, as if it were to give him a smug look. The smoke settled and revealed a creeper that was heading towards Cupa. "Deal with it," Quote says as the creeper had its sights on Cupa.
❁ - Zero - ❁

As Zero and Mikhail explored the forest, they heard some kind of fighting occurring nearby. "Whoa, what's going on there? I'm going to check it out Zero!" Mikhail said before taking off into the sky to get a better look on this strange mechanical spider thing. Zero nearly facepalmed for the childish dragon's actions, but decided that she'll discipline him later. Now she was curious herself on what this was, but took a more cautious approach. Zero noticed that there was a girl on the spider, almost resembling one of the Intoners, Five, and her Guardian. then again, Zero was able to tell that this girl wasn't an Intoner, she did not see any of the song magic being performed here, it was only pure destruction or whatever these two were trying to do. For once curious herself, Zero walked towards where the two were training, her hand close to draw her sword when needed.

The creeper did not attack Cupa, Actually it seems as if it likes Cupa. Cupa pets the creeper and it walks off into a near by woods. "Hey, Im Cupa the creeper girl. Creepers are my family, nice try." She says with a smirk. Cupa picks up Quote, shes very strong and Quote finds he cant wiggle free or anything, "Whats your name little guy?" She asks, her smile back to being friendly.

After destroying a large oak tree, Chariot soon realized that Mary would need to cool down after training for non stop. So, she slowly clkmbed out of Mary and touched the large underside of the vehicle. As expected, it was extremely warm. Chariot bothered to check each of it's legs while she was not riding the mechanical beast for any damage. When she was on the third leg, Mary had sensed something nearby, and was making a quiet but low hiss of sorts. Chariot patted Mary on it's leg, before getting her sheild and sword, the sheild showing it's spikes rather boldly. Chariot stood there, not wanting to cause a sudden fight. Mary was ready to launch a giant macaroon at whoever dared to approach it's master and threaten her.

Alarms could clearly be heard from the usual monotone humming of the control panels that surrounded the throne of the God Emperor. A panel moved up from the ground, displaying a geographic map of the world below with an allocation of divine energy, the signature produced by those beings born of the blood of Gods. The effects and bodies of the many weak Spirits that had rebelled against him could be tracked on this map, but that wasn't what the alarm had been about. From a forest region on the smallest continental landmass on the planetary surface came a spike of power which was incomparable to the weak guardian spirits, an arch-angel of an interdimensional deity. It was the highest signature ever detected, and Mathew felt a small ping of pride as his theory of energy-coalition proved both correct and efficient.

Moving his fingers over two keyboards simultaneously, Mathew quickly relayed orders to his forces. He of course had neural controls on his ship, but it wasn't precise enough to manually control teleportation coordinates, not on such a scale. He needed absolute control, as he quickly calculated all the possible situations that could lead out from this. He'd detected another powerful presence near the Archangel, less pure. Presumably only part-God. Each of those presences would need to be quickly either neutralized, pacified, or eliminated. This would be a high-risk mission, however, it would be the stepping stone that would show the multiverse just how serious he was. Not even Gods would stand before him, would stand before his goal.
Around the forested area that had served as the meeting point for the three powerful beings that had so caught Mathew's attention, a group of battle drones moved in to prepare for any combat situation that might present itself. Over a hundred heavily armed Battle Drones appeared in a circle around the trio, emerging from shining blue disks in mid-air, short range portals programmed from Babylon, high in the air. Targetting systems locked on, shields were activated, and weapons were loaded. Hundreds of blank, metallic faces stared down at those below, as a single, commanding voice could be heard echoing through the stone trees. "This planet is currently property of me, God Emperor Mathew. Drop your weapons. You will surrender yourselves to the Imperium immediately."

the woman smiles faintly at him, gesturing for him to walk with her down a path as the grass parts to reveal a cobble path. "shall we walk together while we discuss our business?" she inquires softly the man walks onto the path silently, parting the grass in his wake before making it onto the path and waiting for eclipse's response

"Wait a moment." Eclipse notices the movement of the grass near her, as if another invisible being were there, following them. Clearly, there were multiple illusions going on around him, and the image of Asmodeus didn't exactly vanish. Remembering the undead being wanted to talk, Eclipse wanted to grant him that chance. If such an evil being perhaps sought an opportunity surrender, he'd graciously accept. He looked back to Darkside, but just as he did, the blue portals all opened in the skies above them, dropping a hundred giant drones.

Eclipse quickly brought up his shield and drew his weapon as they pointed their cannons/lasers/etc at the three of them. As for surrendering, that was one possible outcome. No attacks had yet been made, so the angel needed more information. He looked at the Bo and the being with the image of Asmodeus. "God-Emperor? Is this a friend of yours?"

▶ - Quote - ◀

Despite the failure of this, Quote kept that smug grin on his face and with the sunglasses still on. However, the moment she would pick up Quote, a faint but audible "poof!" could be heard again. Though, at first it seemed like nothing happened from her point of view. "Murp..." Quote mindlessly said that, his mouth wide open and drooled as if he were brainless or something. Now something seem clearly off, and Quote's sunglasses fell off to reveal that his eyes were...oh wait, they were normal eyes. Though, it was different than Quote's earlier smug look, because now he pretty much looked like a braindead creature.

"Murpmurpmurpmurp" similar voices that sounded like Quote could be heard by Cupa, right behind her, and there happened to be a whole bunch of Quote clones all over the place. And by "all over the place," that meant Cupa's building work. Like the majority of those Quote clones were either brain-dead, had the intelligence of babies, or plainly had no common sense at all. It was obvious that the Quote she had in her grasp was a clone too, so that rung up the question. Just where the hell was the real Quote?
❁ - Zero - ❁

Zero stopped in her tracks as she finally got a clear view of the girl and this strange contraption, but along with the fact that she would be soon spotted as well. For now, she didn't dare to take out her sword yet, and she knew that Mikhail was up in the sky nearby. It's no doubt that maybe the idiot of a dragon would be some use here. Inside, she knew that this girl was not an Intoner, but was not human either. "...what are you doing here?" Zero asked sternly, unaware that the girl was unable to talk.

Michael did his best to mask his presence as he watched Darkside and two other beings of great power converse from the shadows of a nearby tree line. His cowl hid his face, so that no one would recognize him if he were somehow discovered. When the Battle Drones appeared, he quietly chuckled to himself. "Better them than me...let's just see how this plays out...hell, I'll take all three of them down if need be..." He thinks as he continues to watch, devising a strategy for if a fight broke out.

Cupa looked around at all the clones. Shed seen things like this before. She teleported all of them together and locked them in bedrock. She said she wouldnt let them out until they were one again. Cupa teleported in a chair and watched the clones, waiting patiently.

Eclipse saw Darkside also reach for his weapon, and it became apparent that he was no friend of the drones or this world's supposed owner. Eclipse knew he himself was an intruder here and being targeted as a threat was sometimes to be expected. He couldn't speak for Darkside or Bo, but if he didn't identify himself as peaceful, he was likely to get caught up in the unavoidable battle that was about to break out.

Intervening, he drew attention to himself. "Emperor Matthew!" He lowered his armaments and addressed the drones. "I am Eclipse, envoy of Iomedae, inheritor of Aroden, goddess of righteous valor, justice, and honor. I do not come to overtake your world, nor to bring violence, but to make your acquaintance and to share the knowledge and peace of her holiness."

the man looks at the robots before looking them in what would count as the eyes, seeming to stare at matthew through them as he feels an intense migraine if he were to be watching through this robot's eyes, his quiet voice saying in return "i have no need to combat you or defend this planet, my goals matter not of who owns this planet therefore i have no need to surrender towards you as i am not in your way... but, i would suggest staying out of my way for i shall stay out of yours in return". the man turns and leaves quietly, lacking a godly presence to be traced or any aura to be traced really.

eclipse would find bo scared, her form rippling as if her fear was messing with her illusion. he managed to catch a glimpse of a pale woman with silver hair and eyes, pale skin, and wearing a white kimono depicting a crow on a blooming sakura branch looking up at a full moon. "h-he's the cause of the undead" she says, meaning the voice commanding the combat drones and obviously afraid as during the small waver of the illusion he felt a very weak godly aura, as if fading due to lack of worshipers. the aura felt different from his godess, bo's aura felt calm, cool and serene instead of the warm, friendly aura

Eclipse glanced at Bo as his form changed yet again, to that of another female goddess. This one appeared scared, stirring his protective instincts. He nodded at her, understanding hat she was saying about the God-Emperor being the cause of the undead... but who was telling the truth?

There was an explosive sound, like a thousand rockets going off every millisecond, the applause of the entire universe, a clattering that rung through the forest and shook the leaves of the ancient oaks. Each of the vast gattling guns was capable of firing 200 bullets per second, each bullet the size of a grown man's fist. Five of the great weapons fired without warning, and Darkside wasn't filled with holes. He wasn't ripped apart. To say he was killed was an understatement, as the storm of bullets removed all consistency in the biological mass of his body, and the Demigod was turned into a fine red mist. Bone and flesh had been rendered into such small quantities that they were liquid, then spread through the air like a vapor. Absolute and utter annihilation. "That is what happens."

The five drones that had opened fire now aimed their weapons at the two remaining threats. The gattling guns stopped spinning, and in the aftermath of the sudden burst of sound, the silence was deafening. It seemed an eternity passed before, once more, Mathew spoke out, his voice ringing out from every drones at once. It echoed through the trees, like the voice of a God, transmitted from so many sources. "Eclipse, you are welcome to enter my realm. I would be happy to negotiate terms, hopefully under less dire of circumstances. I would invite you to my ship, Babylon, where we may speak in person. However, I must ask you to disarm yourself before I do so. A simple precaution, as you must understand."

The white angel looked from the drones to the trembling, wavering spirit. He smiled at her. "Have faith my friend. I will see what I can do." He then looked up to the drones and started walking towards them. Stopping, he set down his sword, and shield, and stepped away some distance.

Mathew smiled as the Archangel dropped his weaponry. A blue portal opened before the angel, leading to Matt's throne room. Of course, Mathew was quite certain that any creature of that level of power would be able to kill him with their bare hands, and as such precautions had been prepared. He would add this creature to his empire through diplomacy or force, and extend that to whatever God he served. If he could study the source of the divine power granted to Angels, he might be able to capture Gods and build entire ships based on draining their divine essence. Create artificial Angels without any sentience, divine machines of destruction under his absolute command. The possibilities were endless if he handled this right.

The room Eclipse entered was quite vast, the cieling reaching high. It was like being inside of a large metal orb, with a flat straight floor covered in a quite comfortable red rug, decorated in circular patterns of golden thread. In the centre of this room stood a large throne formed from metal, a quite uncomfortable looking chair, surrounded by a ring of control panels. Mathews himself sat on this throne, which swivelled around to allow him to access each control panel, his fingers blurring as he inserted commands into the main system of Babylon. Around the throne stand four figures, humanoid, silent. Sleek and refined in their build, they stood like silent mechanical sentinels. However, something about their sleekness, the sheer detail put into their facial expressions of stern will, creates a sense of a waiting predator. Every mechanical muscle was ready to spring into action, and they were far more refined than the basic Battle Drones.

"I know, right? Amazing..." Comes another voice behind him, so soft it was barely a whisper. Creed grinned widely as he watched the being of evil be blasted to bits. He was fine, it would take more than that to kill him. Still, fun to watch. "That was fast. We wouldn't last long if it attacked us." Another voice said, this one sounding... like that insane clown from the movies. Creed had been quiet, oh so quiet, you should have seen him, having been able to get not two feet from the tactician before making himself known. The voices in his stone chattered away, telling him what to do. Some madmen, some children crying for their mothers and fathers and brothers, some speaking incoherently and some shrieking nonsense. 10,000 voices. It was enough to drive anyone mad. He was no exception.

What was he doing here? Hell, don't ask him. He doesn't even know. He'd been hopping place to place when he came upon this mess. He decided to stick around a while, see what's going to go down next. Now he waited for the tactician to respond to his sudden appearance. He hoped he responded with violence, so he could kill him. That would be fun, and he could say it was self defense.
