Also, the Archangel here is based on the lore from Supernatural TV Series.

Human:
Name: Edward Terrance
Age: more than 2000 years old.
Appearance:

Personality: Edward, most of the time is silent, responsible and takes things seriously; though sometimes he is carefree and playful. When in a serious fight, he is cold hearted and does not hold back.
Clubs: Don't know for now, but he is the School's Librarian.
Brief Backstory: Edward has been around for more than 2000 years, in fact he was there during the time Jesus Christ. Following his resurrection, which Edward witnessed, he was approached by the unknown Archangel Jason with the offer to become his contract/vessel under the orders of God, but for what reason; only Jason, Edward and God knew.
Edward has participated in major human conflicts while on Earth, making him a very deadly warrior. One passion of Edward is his thirst for knowledge, thus all his life he has collected every bit of knowledge he could get his hands on, heck he even saved the entire contents of the library of Alexandria without anyone knowing about it.
He currently serves as the school Librarian. Edward is able to talk mentally with Jason at anytime while in his human form.

Contracted Being:
Name: Jason
Type: Archangel
Personality: Jason's personality is to be quiet, honest, and responsible. In a fight he can be even more cold hearted than Edward. It was from Jason that got Edward his passion for knowledge.
Powers without fusion:
1. Immortality- can't die by any natural means of death.
2. Flight- using angelic wings (wings are hidden like in Supernatural)
3. Eidetic memory
4. Limited Pyrokinesis
5. Limited Super Strength and Stamina
6. Complete understanding of the Enochian Language, thus access to glyphs and spells

Summon: Jason

Jason likes to be in this form, a floating energy ball, when he is not fused with Edward. He speaks to other people through telepathy (he does not read minds).

Here's my first set of characters/ I have another in the works but one is more than enough for one night. I'll work on the other tomorrow.

Human
Name: Kaburagi Natsuki
Age: 16
Appearance:
Personality: Natsuki is laid back and withdrawn to a fault. He's absolutely terrible at motivating himself to try new things or change any aspect of his life. He's not a very good conversationalist, although the boy does try. Natsuki finds great joy in listening to other people talk, especially when they seem really invested in whatever they're talking about. He likes being around others, even if he's never been very good at talking. Natsuki is the kind of person who holds onto his own mistakes for a long time and almost always thinks that others do the same. He's sort of a by the books kind of kid, although can be easily persuaded by others to go along with some more hair-brained schemes.
Clubs: Volleyball Team & Literature Club
Brief Backstory: Natsuki formed his first contract with Yuki in an attempt to ward off some of his loneliness. A year later, he decided to try his luck again and see if he could find a being that would make a less high energy (not that he would get rid of Yuki. He had grown inexplicably attached to him) companion. Using some flowers from his mother's garden (namely poppies) he managed to summon Hypnos and the rest is history.
Contract(s): A bane-danuki by the name of Yuki and Hypnos, the Greek god of sleep.

Contracted Beings:
Name: Goes by Yuki, but Natsuki is 95% sure that isn't his actual name.
Type: Bane-danuki (tanuki)
Personality: Mischevious and fun-loving would be the first words used to describe Yuki. He's effectively a child in the body of what looks to be a twenty year old man (as he far prefers a human form to his standard tanuki form). Yuki's favorite hobbies are getting in trouble, pulling practical jokes, and getting Natsuki in trouble. He's sly and cunning when he wants to be, although that isn't very often. At the same time, Yuki is a very loyal being and almost never goes back on his word. He's actually very attached to Natsuki though, and if it was for his good, Natsuki would break whatever promises or agreements he has previously made. He also loves video games, which Natsuki holds little affection for.
Powers: Natsuki gained access to various forms illusion magic when he formed a contract with Yuki. He can also shapeshift to a degree although not entirely. Hair color, eye color, things like that are all easy to change but the more complex the change the more difficult and Natsuki doesn't feel like messing himself up permanently. Casting illusions and mirages on a small scale is something he's capable of, although it's rather challenging.
Fusion

When fused together, the extent of Yuki's powers that are available to Natsuki increases in power. He's now almost entirely able to alter his appearance and cast illusions on a much larger scale, although not as large as Yuki would be able to on his own. He also becomes incredibly light on his feet and exceptionally faster than he would normally be. Yuki enjoys taking over though, so it's often a struggle for power between the two of them.
Summon: Because of his abilities, Yuki's physical appearance can change at will, although he tries to stick with the same appearance to prevent confusion (unless of course he's trying to cause confusion). Of course, he can also take the form of a standard Tanuki if the need should arise.

Yuki's powers are no different from when he's fused with Yuki, although they are more powerful in his base form. He's quick and light on his feet and an exceptional climber, although apart from shapeshifting and illusion magic, he boasts no real fighting powers to speak of.

Name: Hypnos
Type: God of Sleep
Personality: Hypnos is lazy, almost constantly asleep, and dislikes going outside. He does enjoy reading though and shows a rather demanding side when demanding Natsuki bring him more books to read. He's fond of gardening as well, especially flowers and specifically poppies. Apart from that, Natsuki and Yuki both think he is very much so like a cat. After all, he spends most of the day sleeping, is demanding when he's awake, and only wants physical affection when it's on his own terms. Catch him when he's awake and alert though and he's quite cunning and quick witted.
Powers: From his contract with Hypnos, Natsuki has gained the ability to do what he calls dream walking. That is, visiting others in their dreams and manipulating said dreams. Of course, he can manipulate his own dreams as well. He can also make people around him somewhat drowsy, although actually making them fall asleep is far beyond his abilities.
Fusion: When fused with Hypnos, Natsuki gains a set of wings, but apart from that not much changes. Oh, and a crown of poppies is always situated upon his head, much to Natsuki's chagrin. The wings do allow for flight. He also gets boosts in stamina and strength, although they're not very large boosts. His healing time increases as well, especially if he sleeps in that form. His healing factor when awake is only enough to heal things such as cuts and bruises.
Summon:
Hypnos has the strength that would be expected of a minor god, strength greater than that of any humans, faster reaction times, and what not. He also has the powers to manipulate and control dreams. Making people tired and making them fall asleep are in his realm of powers as well, but doing so in battle almost never works because they tend to wake up due to loud noises or as soon as they hit the ground. It's more of a diversionary tactic.

Especially given that I have a character contracted to Apollo's sister and she has none of the same limitations or abilities listed there, and logically both siblings would not be too distant from one another in power. It's simply not how things are established to work in this setting on top of that.

If that's really the only problem, then it shouldn't be all that hard to get accepted. Keep in mind that I'm only working off what was mentioned in the OP, so it can't be helped that there might be a miss communication~

Given that you don't seem to see anything else wrong with the CS, once I patch up the inconsistencies, can I be accepted?

Oh, and you're wrong about Artemis and Apollo logically having similarities. They're very different kinds of deity, save for the sun and moon stuff. Also, meta limitations of oracular abilities are only half the problem, it makes sense for there to be some sort of IC protection against futurehaxing.

@edboy: Honestly, I think Supernatural is a bad basis for this, and you have to remember that it's unlikely any deities would have appeared in such a manner. Though there was ambient magic around. The major errors I see in your bio stem from the fact you're using Supernatural as a basis. This is nothing against anyone who likes the show, I just don't think it's a very good fit in terms of this RP's setting and mechanics.

@Tatsua: I less meant in terms of abilities and more in general power level. And honestly, reviewing your bio, I am very strongly against future-reading in any RP due to the inherent unpredictability of them. The most acceptable variation of it is much more like an extremely short-term sixth sense allowing the user to predict immediate attacks or the approach of danger.

Also, the OP is geared towards having the contracted beings be characters in their own right, which is difficult when there's so many limitations placed upon them that they can barely appear.

Not much is know about Edward's background, only thing that is know was that it was about 200 years in the past that he made a contract with the Shadow Demon known as Rigen in order to save his life. Following this, Edward and Rigen have travel through the world learning everything they could, mostly due to their shared passion in knowledge.
He currently serves as the school Librarian. Edward is able to talk mentally with Rigen at anytime while in his human form.
Contract(s): Rigen

Contracted Beings:
Name: Rigen
Type: Shadow Demon
Personality: Rigen's personality is to be quiet, honest, and responsible; though sometimes he can be playful but in blunt as well. In a fight he can be even more cold hearted than Edward.

I have a decent idea for a character, but my lack of a computer makes the creation of a CS somewhat difficult. For now, I'll express my interest in playing a delinquent gang leader, with an Asura contract. Mostly strength-focused abilities, with a secondary focus on fire/sun themed powers.

While the shadow manipulation:

Shadow Constructs: The ability to create shadow like objects, like a shadow sword, shadow claws, shadow armor.
Shadow Projection: The ability to project shadows in the form of energy blasts.
Shadow Force-Field: The ability to surround himself with a force field.
