You were right on with Star Dancer, good job :)
Like Scroll, Dancer was a student at the University of Canterlot studying Astronomy and Meteorology (which was at the time the study of how to control the weather effectively), and being quite bright entered at a young age. Though having witnessed the sack of the University, she never has ever gotten used to the carnage of the world around her. So yeah, it's a typical reaction for her.
