I'm still leaving Jay open for now, but I think I'll get him involved properly in the next round? Aaaah not running headfirst into things isn't natural to me lmao. I'm pretty concious that the north team still don't have anyone there, so I might head that way. Never know, the groups might shift. We'll see.

And wooo yeah I really enjoyed the voices discussion! I just find voices important, you know? Just as important of a detail as how they look imo. And I'm glad that it seems people's impressions on my characters are pretty much spot on haha! Doing something right haha!

Hi guys, sorry for the MIA again. We took Riley to an animal hospital as per the vet's suggestion; he called me at 8am sharp to tell me it was dire that we took him. Turns out he has kidney failure; both of his kidneys are dead. He's on IVs now, but the hospital docs say if he doesn't handle the fluids well this week (which he seems to love the IVs right now atm), we should consider putting him down... He's not even six years old, he shouldn't have health problems *this* early. :(

It's harsh news, and way worse than any of us hoped for. Id been crying all day since the vet's initial call. Just trying to stay positive now since there's nothing else I can do. His disease now is only manageable, not cureable. Sorry for the onslaught of depression and worry lately :( I can't even look at my dog without tearing up. He just looks so content and unaware of what's happening to his body... I feel absolutely horrible. I had thought about bringing him to the vets earlier, but neither of us thought that his condition was this bad...

I'll post as soon as I wake up before I head to work (it's 4am now haha)

Aw, Rex. :( I'm sorry to hear about Riley and how bad things have gotten. I'm crossing my fingers and toes and praying for you, him, your brother and mum (and Joey!) and hope that he's able to handle the fluids okay. I just... I don't know what to say. I love dogs to bits and watching them be ill like this is soul crushing. I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really hope for the best.

I've not caught up on today's IC yet, but I wanted to compliment you all on the fantastic job you've done with your scenes and your thief characters. I loved how Miffy took down Syed in one hit, the trouble Fabian's already causing and Trixie's reaction to him as well as Angel's neat and cool powerset. I love Frances' character, personality and voice (you've done a fucking amazing job, Kei) and I also love Jay's adoration for the ladies because, who can blame him, women are awesome. <3

Keep on doing what you guys all do best, everyone. I can't wait to catch up on today's ICs. Not sure when I might get a post up today, I've got a doctor's appointment soon. ^^;

For Kathi, the suit of armor isn't in attacking range - unless you want it to be! If you wanted elsewise, Mattis could probably avoid it on his own or because the armor stops moving prematurely. Or he could do something totally different hahaha. I wanted to leave this choice up to you though, I don't really like steering or forcing battles in particular directions, especially not his early on... x)
