I don't like the ToC anymore either, but it would be a jumping point to make changes.
Edit: if that's the white peace then sure. Of course the United republic really does not have a say between France and the Government of Belgium. We are just a third party there.

Being in WiR hell is pretty lonely, for those wondering. It's a lot of waiting for the heavenly trumpets to sound and the dark skies to clear, revealing Outcast. Then you go back to waiting for Outcast to read your pleads of mercy and decide if he's going to cast you back into the pits of hell of give you another chance.
