@Pepper maybe that's because Amph never submitted any orders before leaving, given that he probably left shortly after an update, so it would make no sense for Outcast to object.

Good to see that both parties have decided to go for peace, I honestly think a bit of give and take from both sides should end this conflict here - I don't think either side will get everything they want, but each side should at least get a fair amount of what they want if negotiations are open-minded.

Pepper is the new heir of Austria and thus he gets war orders just like everyone else. If this affects anyone's plans, then change them. I'm expecting a shitstorm over this, but maybe for once you'll prove me wrong.

I disagree since it was mainly your decisions that lead to the confusion, but I'll respect your authority on the matter. At least we now have the opportunity to change orders. That is appreciated. Thanks for being acommodating to all.

Haha, yeah RL was being a real pain and I thought fudge it, I can't focus on WiR like this. Things have been calm though, so I've put myself back on the waiting list ;)
My end of year result's come out this Thursday though, and then am out of the country for a bit, so you can expect less activity from me then :P

Will Napolean IV be emperor?
IRL Prussia and France had a war and the monarchy was abolished.
Being replaced with the French Third Republic
In game though, this major loss never happened to France.

Treaty of Rotterdam said Article IV. All signatories hereby recognize all provisions of the Treaty of Constantinople not dealing with land transfers as illegitimate, and agree to immediately strike such terms from existence.
So, does that mean only Articles III - V are valid?

Also, is the Eighth Coalition still at war with Romania?

ACW update tonight, hopefully. Computer is still being repaired but I've borrowed a friend's because I love you guys so much. I'm going to assume that those who have recently pulled out of the war won't want to continue with their war orders.

Also, with regards to some of the nations still involved in the war, most notably the Ottoman Empire, I would like to remind all those seeking peace with them that I don't want harsh war settlements, so be mindful when trying to find peace. I'm ok with taking some areas of land from them, but I don't want the Ottoman Empire to be completely pushed out of either Europe or Africa. Parts of it, fine, but not all.

Does both Libya and Tunisia count as all of Africa? I mean, they would still have Egypt.

@Narc; due to events related to the coming update, that territory does not constitute all of Ottoman North Africa, so annex away. However, Tunisia did have a rather high number of voters agreeing to join the OE recently, so, y'know, you might take a slight public support hit. Your call.

Threw in a little extra as a thank you for your patience recently. Also, as another thanks, this time for actively trying to find peace instead of dragging on the war for decades with neither side willing to talk as I feared would happen, have this ethnic map of Europe/North America.
