Make yo damn claims in the conference PM. I have an order I'm thinking of doing that I'd rather do when I know for sure I'm getting what I want in the conference.

Also, since Maxwell is back, I suspect someone's gonna have to make his statements known in the conference PM. Maybe Outcast? The Ottomans are supposed to be in the conference but weren't included because there was limited space and Maxwell hadn't been around or even sent orders, so it was assumed he had gone MIA.

Just waiting on the Ottomans and Britain for the conference.

It is largely to avoid creating conflict between the various colonial powers. If we all set it in stone and come to an agreement it is less likely for fighting to break out over it.
