After having only been in this town for a week and mostly by himself with the occasional check up made Jace Cadeus a very lonely individual indeed. Without anything to do but study he poured himself into studying. He was put in his third year class and was already starting to get adjusted into this whole Japanese jig. Whatever it was about this place...whatever it was about this town and the uniform he wore to school everyday...it was boring and it didn't fit an American born boy like him. Whatever life he had, by choice, left behind temporarily didn't phase him in the least it only served to remind him he didn't fully belong here and that his heart belonged in a different land. However cliche that sounded was pointless because to him it was the truth and the only truth. Besides after what happened a couple years back....could you really blame him? The accident wasn't pleasant for anyone and it had come so suddenly.

However after checking his clock and sighing to himself he couldn't help but note one specific thing...that this whole thing was reality and he would accept it. He wouldn't bash the Japanese life style and he wouldn't act home sick. He'd adjust and he'd adjust until he couldn't turn the knob on his life any further. Jace Caedus was not a quitter and he never would be. Looking at his TV he turned it onto the first few channels but nothing was really interesting on TV and the funny game shows would come on later. Whatever....TV sucked half the time anyways. Jace changed into his more comfortable clothes and decided he'd head down to the food court to grab a bite to eat while he was down there.

===

Warakuma Food Court

After getting some ramen and a small platter of french fries, mostly to bring home with him because ramen didn't mix well with french fries, he plopped himself down in a small corner and started to eat. As he eat his food he couldn't help but bring a small book with him known as The War of Thrones which detailed the story of a young soldier who was currently fighting for his life against an enemy kingdom after his dad died. It was an interesting book but it wasn't anything special to be completely honest. Come to think of it the book had been average up onto this point anyways and he had only kept reading to avoid studying more than he had.

As Chiaki listened to Noboru, it was interesting to meet another person who didn't really know the area, he was very modest too. Whilst listening she tapped her chopsticks in her left hand. Before she could reply, she was rudely, interrupted by a boy who rather upbruptly entered the conversation. Introducing himself as 'Matthew Harvester' 'i'm not interrupting some kind of date...'.

"Ah of course not! Don't even say that ... Harpid!" She struck him sccross the cheek with her chopsticks. She then realised how stupid the insult she made said. 'Harpid' Half Harvester, half Stupid. Pure, genius.
If this weren't bad enough, her cousin she had completely forgotten about appeared too.

"Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry! Please please pleeease forgive me Yaku-kun!" She placed her hands together, bowing her head as a sign of remorse. "Please, sit with us, order something, place those bags wherever...". After Yakudatsu did so, she introduced him.

"Okay" She looked at Nobaru and Matthew. "Nobaru-kun, Harpid, this is my older cousin, Yakudatsu Wakashia. I'm staying with him, my other cousin Ayano and their parents. Obviously, I'm not from around here... Ahaha..."

"Awake!" Sachiko yelled out when she arose in a new, strange location. "Thank heavens, that was just a dream! Man, a world with creepy grabby hands from mirrors is a world that shouldn't be.......where am I?" It was only now she was realising she was not at home. And thus, if she had been sleeping, how on earth did she get here? She decided to take a look around. She could see shelves, stacked with books, towering up to the ceiling. "Oh hey, it's the library! I used to come here a lot as a kid. Why don't I come here anymore...?" But the more she ruminated on the place, the more she realised how 'off' it seemed. There was nobody else here. Which she supposed would be logical if she had somehow managed to sleep in the building, but in spite of that, she couldn't help but feel there was something wrong. Half wanting to get out of this creepy place, and half feeling it would be best to go elsewhere to seek answers, Sachiko made a beeline for the exit, and went out into Warakuma.

"Fuck." Was the first thing to come out of her mouth when she looked at the town that awaited her. The unmissable sight of a sky full of mirrors, all glowing mysteriously red, was a confirmation that she was NOT in the Warakuma she knew. "I really did get grabby handed into a mirror, didn't I? Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy........" If that really had happened, it also meant Kato and Kami were in here with her. She wanted to call out to them, but at the same time she did not like the idea of calling attention to herself in this bizarre place. It could be dangerous. Gingerly stepping out onto the street before the library, she caught a glimpse of someone standing nearby. She didn't look at them too long, because she was just happy to see something that looked like a person. She immediately started running over, shouting "Hey! Over here!" The moment she did, the other person seemed to start running away. "What the..? Get back here!" Sachiko didn't know who this person was, but she wasn't letting them get away without explaining what the heck was going on here. She sprinted after them, but she couldn't build enough speed to close the gap. Whoever this person was, they were a damn fast runner, just as fast as Sachiko, if not moreso. Sachiko was going to keep chasing regardless. This person had to stop eventually, and she wouldn't rest until she caught up with them.

Rui Shinichi | Warakuma Arcade...?

Rui regained autonomy to his own movements, the darkness disappearing as he opened his eyes... He exhaled slowly as he rose from the ground, taking a look at his surroundings to see what these recent events have taken him to. It was... The arcade he was at yesterday...? No, it was different. None of the machines were running and some had broken screens, mirror shards were strewn across the floor slathered with traces of blood, yet strange said blood looked like it was only a decoration. Eerily enough, almost everything here was capable of showing your reflection, including the blood... The atmosphere and lighting was strange too, it definitely wasn't daylight, but why was he able to see most things? There was no source of light, things just seemed illuminated, but in a kind of dark shade, if that made any sense...

As Rui took some steps toward the arcade exit, he saw a darkened figure just down the road. Wordlessly he walked towards it, hoping to identify it and maybe make contact to get some help to get out of here. Though as he did so the figure walked away, disappearing around the corner. The moment Rui also got to the corner, he was completely gone... He looked around hoping to see him again, and he did. Much further down the other road. Well... There seems to be nothing else he can do, so he's banking a way out on this one guy, so he walked after him. As he followed... He found out that whenever he ran... The figure would disappear and fade, and appear further away again... Was it a ghost? Regardless, it seemed to be leading him somewhere specific...

House of Mirrors

Midori didn't understand what was happening. Dark limbs... shadowy hands... did... did they hurt Shiki? Did they hurt Akemi? Frantic now, she lashed out, slashing at the limbs with her boxcutter. Even though nothing appeared to harm them, she did not stop, lashing and slashing away at them.

And then...

Mirror World

... She was elsewhere. Midori trembled. Where was this? Where was she? What was going on? Where was Shiki? Where was Akemi? Questions that had no answer plagued her mind... she was alone she didn't see them what was going on she needed to find them she needed to find Akemi... staggering to her feet, she saw a shadow outside and immediately her boxcutter was raised. She walked out... and she couldn't make out who it was before they ran. Was this one of the people who had taken Akemi and Shiki?! Midori broke into a run, rushing to catch up with them. They would pay they would pay she'd kill them make them bleed slice into them until they begged her to stop oh yes they would die...

And... someone else... someone else...! Midori rushed ahead, brandishing her boxcutter. It wasn't Akemi or Shiki and therefore it was one of their kidnappers and THEY WOULD DIE!

Sato Hashimoto // Warakuma Amusement Park

Teiji agreed with his suggestion, and the two headed to the ferris wheel, which was situated near the back of the amusement park. Luckily, the line for it wasn’t too awful, yet it still seemed like it would take a while to get on. Sato turned to pan the area; there were an uncountable number of stalls and rides around them. The smells of food being cooked and the sounds of metal moving filled the air, and eventually Sato left the line to explore a bit, leaving Teiji there alone to save their spot in line, making a line straight towards the food stall with the shortest line.

As he waited in yet another line, Sato observed the area again. It wasn’t until after he got bored looking at more crowds of people did he look back at the ferris wheel line. Teiji was almost at the front, meaning Sato wouldn’t have any time to get anything before getting on the wheel. But, more importantly, Sato noticed someone he knew. His phone vibrated once as he watched Ryouta, who was standing near the end of the line, slip his phone back into his pocket. Sato muttered a curse under his breath, not even bothering to check what the text actually was.

Sato skidded to a stop as he handed in his ticket to the ferris wheel booth, right behind Teiji. Just as he was about to get on the ride, he felt a hand on his shoulder, pulling him to face the owner of it. “Hey, buddy.” Ryouta paid for his admission quickly, dragging Sato onto a bench of the ferris wheel. As soon as he released his grip, Sato scooted away from him. The teen wore a plain white shirt stained with black and a pair of old jeans.

“So,” Sato started, biting his lip. He looked over at Ryouta, who met his glance with a glare of disdain. “You weren’t kidding when you said you were at the amusement park.”

Ryouta nodded as he started to lean back. “This’s some nice chores you’re doin’. I would kill to get to do this for my parents.” He said it without breaking his stare. Sato furrowed his brow in attempt to try to come up with some excuse to use for lying to him, but with nothing coming to mind Sato decided it’d be best to come clean.

“Okay, Ryouta, I lied about being busy. I’m sorry.” Ryouta let out a sigh and folded his arms over his chest. It was obvious he didn’t appreciate Sato betraying him, but if he was pissed off over it, he didn’t show it.

Sato stared at the view of Warakuma as they neared the top of the ferris wheel. The country stretched for miles around them, and yet Sato was stuck with the last person he had wanted to meet that day on bench moving through the sky. The tense silence around them almost fit the sights. It wasn’t until a few minutes of silence that Ryouta threw his arm around Sato’s neck and pulled him next to him, awkwardly keeping Sato from wriggling away from his hold. “Y’know, Hashimoto. You’re never going to make friends if you keep brushing ‘em off.” Sato quickly broke free, wiping away a few streaks of Ryouta’s sweat that rubbed off on him. It always bothered him how Ryouta rarely changed clothes after sweating his ass off in his father’s smith. But no amount of disgust Sato felt at the moment could make him ignore what Ryouta had said. Deep down he felt like those words were right, but his brain told him otherwise, that it wasn’t his fault he’s too busy to hang out whenever.

The two tried to wait out the rest of the revolutions of the wheel in an unspoken vow of silence. It wasn’t until Sato’s phone started repetitively vibrating did Ryouta look over at him again. Sato briefly wondered if he was even supposed to have his cellphone on him when they got on the ferris wheel, but he quickly ignored the thought as he answered the call.

“Sato. Are you doing anything right now?” Sato instantly recognized the voice as Akiko. Ryouta had leaned in close in attempt to catch what she said, eyes widening when he figured out who it was. He shifted back to his own space and smirked mischievously at Sato. While he knew what Ryouta was thinking, Sato disregarding him and looked ahead as if he was looking straight at the actual Akiko.

“No, I’m not, Akiko.” Sato winced when he heard his own voice, which was higher and quicker than usual. “Why? Did you want to do something?” While Ryouta couldn’t hear what Akiko said, his smirk only grew more shit-eating.

Something that sounded like Akiko had dropped her phone or something happened before she replied to Sato. “Meet me at the food court in the Warakuma Shopping Centre, in about an hour please.” She hung up without a good-bye again. Since he already had his phone out, Sato checked the text Ryouta had sent him earlier, which ended up being just some emoticon Sato didn’t understand. He slipped his phone into his pocket and faced Ryouta again. Ryouta squinted at him in a way that told him to spill the beans to him.

Sato felt his face burn a bit as he realized what she had just asked of him. It was practically a date. Going to the mall to have lunch together. Ryouta giggled to himself as he witnessed Sato blush about a girl. “If you need to know,” Sato had to look away from Ryouta, who was full-out laughing at that point, to continue. “I’m going to the mall with Akiko.” As Sato got more visibly embarrassed about the thought, the harder Ryouta laughed. He probably would have been a bit offended by Ryouta laughing at him if it wasn’t for that Sato knew he was overreacting way too much over it.

When their seat had slowed to a halt near the ground, Sato stumbled off, quickly followed by Ryouta, who slapped a hand on Sato’s shoulder. Ryouta congratulated him before walking off with a smile on his lips. Sato shoved his hands in his pockets as he waited for Teiji to get off the ferris wheel.

-Kato: ??????-

Kato groaned loudly as he felt consciousness coming back to him.
He threw off the massive blanket off of his legs and lower upper body, and he kicked his legs off the side of tall bed, his feet didn't even reached the ground. He tried to get the sleep out of his eyes, but unlike normal, he's felt wide awake right now, "That's odd.... That dream must've woken me up...Where Am I?" He spoke to himself as he looked around the room he never seen before. The bed of was massive and round, right smack in the middle of this big room, the windows were odd and they were blacken it make the outdoors looked gloomy compare to this room. When he walked on the rug it felt soft to the touch even though his shoes, and the oddest thing in this room was a chain attacted to the roof which was near the bed, it looks like it's long enough for somebody to walk anywhere in the room, but can't go past the door. He looked more and more awkward as he stayed in the room. "Oookay... This room is creepy as hell, I should leave before some weird people come in here." He said bluntly to himself as he went though the door of the room he never wants to see room ever again.

-Kato: Mirror world-

"What in the world?!" He almost yelled as he stepped outside of the horrid room.
The skies were red with what looks like mirrors hovering all around the town of Warakuma, is he even still there? Or was that dream real? .... He needs to find somebody to help him get out of this terrible place. Kumi and Sachiko should be near by, if they were dragged by those arms and hands, the back of his head ached as he remember hitting it when he fell.

As he was thinking to himself, a figure in the corner of his eye bring him back to reality, but when he looked at it, it suddenly started running away from him. His words fail him as he didn't say anything, he just had a a compulsion to run to the figure and he chased it down without a word, he was scared it might bring those hands back and do something terrible then bring him here to this nightmare.
He hopes it's a friendly person. If not then he sealed his fate.

Warakuma Mall-Noboru
Noboru was still lost in thought about his sister when he made a realization. He still hadn't acquired any new shorts to replace the old, and slightly tight, ones. "Nice to meet you guys. I'm Noboru. Hey uh Chiaki, when I said I needed fashion help, I only meant some exercise shorts. I appreciate the sentiment of trying to help me, but i'll be right back." Noboru pulled out the litle bit of money he had left and went into the nearest clothing store. Noboru started looking at some of the shorts, still stumped about which ones he should buy.

Aiko and Akari
The sound was hilarious to Akari. "Heeuuuuuugh!" Aiko leaned up from the trash can and gave a mean glare. Yeah real funny. You throw up and I care for you. I throw up and you laugh at me. Before Akari could respond, Aiko bent back over into the trashcan and let another wave loose. "HEuuugh!"

Teiji Ishihara - Warakuma Amusement Park

As Teiji went up he saw someone get on with Sato, most likely a friend of his. Not that Teiji really minded, he was more interested at looking at all the flashing lights when he got to the top of the ride, it was really the only reason he liked going on the Ferris wheel at all. Really that's all he considered this ride to be, looking out at the sight from the top. It wasn't fast enough to be considered a thrill ride after all. He then received a text from his father asking if he could come home to watch his brother while he took his step mother out. Well it's not like he had a ton planned, that and things are just incredibly awkward as they are. So Teiji responded that he would, so when he got off the ride he saw Sato waiting, which Teiji walked over to him and held up his text. "My dad wants me to go watch my brother, so I'm heading home. Maybe I'll see you at school though?" Teiji said waving goodbye as he began his walk back home.

Akemi's ears practically twitched upon hearing a certain phrase, causing the shopping-addled teenager to quickly turn her gaze towards its source. Someone wanted enjoyment? Well, there was an obvious solution to that, and she was going to provide it, like the helpful council president that she was! ...Nevermind that this was outside school on a Sunday, a President's work was never done! Kind of. Well, anyway. The source of the comment seemed to be a lazy-looking boy just a few feet away, lying on a park bench. Her left eye immediately twitched upon seeing such a shamefully lazy display of not-doing-anything-remotely-related-to-work-or-studying, and from someone who looked to be of high-school age, too! Why were so many people desperate to waste their time like this?!"If you want enjoyment, try planning your future a bit more," Akemi stated in a blunt manner, hands on hips and ignoring the plastic beg attached to her hand, "honestly, falling asleep out here like this will get you nowhere! Think of your precious grades!"

Shu Isamu ~ Warakuma Streets

Isamu's eyes drifted to face the girl who had approached him. At first glance, he didn't exactly recognise who was speaking, although it could be inferred that she was another member of Warakuma High's alumni. He blinked. Ah, she was becoming more familiar now. It was the student council president! As a first-year, he wasn't really involved too much with the council, but he knew of their existence and who ran it. He didn't actually know her name though. Was it ... Akito? Akira? He wasn't going to mention it. It would be embarrassing to make such a mistake.

"I'm doing fine at school," he said with a grin. "I'm hardly slacking off with my studies."

-Kaminari : Mirror World-
As the teen traversed down the landscape in pursuit of the fleeing person, Kami looked around, noting that there was seemingly no one here. The town looked desolate, with only two souls occupying the lonely streets of... Whatever this place was. As he focused his sights on the person, they took a sharp cut into an alley way. Kami followed suit as he dashed in the general direction of the person he was following and came out on a new street. As he left the alley way, he noticed another strange person that looked like that girl he saw the other day, and took a note that she was heading in the same direction as the other person. He gripped the baton tightly, as he let out a burst of speed and energy to catch up to the two.

"Hey, stop, why are you two running from me?"

He shouted in irritation at the two, watching as they began to pick up the pace. They were gaining ground fast, but so was Kami, and another young female. He continued eyeing the different buildings, before turning his head around, noticing a young girl following after him and the duo with... A boxcutter drawn? Kami eyed the thing nervously, as he didn't know whether to stop or question her due to the fact that he didn't want to harm her and or get harmed by her. His options were slim though - let the two runners get away, or ask the girl who is brandishing a particularly sharp boxcutter.

As he tried to come up to a quick decision, he noticed that they were getting a bit farther out of town. He continued his pursuit, as he began to sprint at the two, hoping to catch up to them some time. As he continued the pursuit, he passed by a particular looking bench that looked kind of familiar to the boy. Where had he seen it before, and why did he find that particular bench so interesting? As he tried to recall why it was so important, he realized that was the bench he sat down in with Kato, and Sachiko when they were heading to the amusement park. Wait a minute...

He stopped suddenly, letting the two people get away, feeling that he might of just figured out where he was being leaded, before remembering the girl with the very sharp looking boxcutter. He quickly pivoted around to see that she was almost to him, and readied his baton. She was a piece in the puzzle that he couldn't figure out... Was she a part of an elaborate plan to lure Kami to the amusement park? Was she trying to get answers herself? Or was she just trying to plain kill them? He stood his ground, pondering his decision, as well as her possible actions.

"Hey, miss! What do you want?!"

Kami boomed loudly at the girl, hoping that she would stop out of fear. He prayed that his own decision was the correct one, and that he hadn't gotten a bad roll of the dice. He did his best to look stern, as he did his best to calmly await her response, as he stared at the girl, jittery at the event that might transpire.
-Yakudatsu : Warakuma Shopping Complex-
Yeah, I forgive ya for that," the boy said as he put the packages near where they were sitting. "I honestly didn't mind much, but could you please not do that next time... If there is a next time?" He sighed as he took a seat bythe two, looking at the two guys as Chiaki introduced Yaku. He didn't take any note of Harpid, but he did see a student that was in some of his classes... If he remembered right, the kid had some famous parents and siblings or something. Before he could speak up, Noboru excused himself to go buy some clothes. He shrugged as he turned to Harpid.

"Well, guess its a pleasure to meet ya Harpid, although you do have a pretty strange name and accent... I take it that your a tourist passing through Warakuma, or you possibly moved here."

He removed his hat and set it down on the table. Hopefully the people working here wouldn't mind a few more guests intruding in... Then again, there was barely anyone here. He stared down Harpid in a non-hostile way, smiling a bit at the guy before turning back to his cousin.

"Seems like your making different friends here fast Chiaki! Maybe you'll make more once school starts tomorrow... Anyways, I wonder what sis is up to."

Yaku pulled out his cellphone and texted Ayano, trying to figure out where she was at. :Text - "Hey sis, did you get your gift or whatever to your friend, or boyfriend, or whoever it was for? Also, who is the guy, you never told us who he was.": As he finished the text up, he hit the send button, and sent something else to a few other people before shoving it back into his pocket.

Mirror World

The shadows sprinted off, out of sight... but the boy, the boy was yelling at her. Midori slowed to a stop for a moment, and limply raised her arm, clutching the boxcutter tightly in her hands. The blade glinted briefly as she swung it forward, to point at the boy. Oh, oh, it was time for him to understand why he was a monster and why she was going to hurt him and hurt him and hurt him until all the life drained out of his body... in her momentarily wild mind, it did not register that he seemed unlikely to be the kidnapper for both her love and her younger brother. It would take more to make her realize how unlikely that was.

"You... you took them!" she cried," I could hear them crying for help... my little brother... and beautiful, beautiful Akemi-sempai!"

Midori took a step forward. "I'll kill you... and save them... and Akemi-sempai will love me!"

Her hand, still clutching the boxcutter, shook slightly. Her thoughts were a jumbled mess, fear, worry, rage... it all roiled around in her wavering mind. Midori was struggling, and yet at the moment she was sure that this was one of the kidnappers. It was hard, but not impossible to make her realize that she was making a mistake. "I'll cut your throat for trying to hurt them..."

Food Court
After finishing his ramen, it was a small bowl nothing to fancy just enough to appease the roaring hunger in his belly, Jace grabbed his boxed platter of french fries and then went to grab his phone to make sure it had enough energy in it. However much to annoyance and dismay he noticed it was missing from his pocket. It must have fallen out of his pocket when he tripped over the stairs and had to steady himself on the way back. "Hopefully the Japanese are better at returning lost property than the Americans I know back home." Jace commented plainly to himself as he got up and paid for the bill and left a small tip before going to see what had happened to his lost property.
Noodle Store
Jace searched high and low in his immediate vicinity but came up with nothing much to his further dismay and the food starting to get uneasy in his belly. "God damn it." Jace complained to himself as he bite his lip gently. As his anxiety grew in his stomach he soon started to remember that he may have accidentally dropped it in the noodle store he bought his ramen at. Of all the times to put his wallet in the same area of his person that his phone was at. If he lost that he was screwed....it had all of his numbers on it and he barely remembered his dad's friend's number. So Jace hurriedly, but calmly, jogged to the noodle store and approached the counter area at which the man at stand said he hadn't seen it but then noticed it over by a large group of kids. It was his grey and silver phone laying near the foot of one girl. Jace said poked the girl with the long brown hair on her shoulder gently and said excuse me as he pointed out his phone was on the ground before bending down and grabbing the phone. As he stood up he noticed the face of some of the kids in the group...they looked familiar. "Oh hey don't I know you guys?" Jace said as he got back up and moved back a bit. "I'm a 3rd year at the high school and I'm a transfer student from America. Name's Jace Cadeus nice to meet you guys regardless if you don't go to my school or not." Jace said casually as he could muster. "Oh and sorry for interrupting the conversation you guys were having just needed my phone is all." Jace said as he held up his phone and checked to make sure it was his. Sure enough it had a picture of the Roman Flag on it because well hey the thing looked pretty neat and he respected the Romans despite this short comings.

Aiko and Akari-Warakuma Mall
They had long since left the park, and had headed over to find something to eat, maybe buy something along the way. Aiko spoke up first. "Hey Akari do you want something to eat?" Akari looked back at him and imagining him throwing up all over again, started laughing and only managed to whimper out a yes through her tears of joy. They walked towards the mall and noticed a distinct short boy, holding what seemed to be a new pair of shorts as well as being dressed in a fine new outfit. Aiko bellowed out a laugh and walked faster towards him.

Warakuma mall-Noboru
Hearing the high pitched laugh, Noboru looked up. "Oh no." He muttered, trying to avoid the pair. Aiko was the first one to speak up. "Hey there little guy, seems to be your lucky day huh? Meeting such talented people three times in one day. Anyways, nice clothes tiny. Where'd you buy them? the kids store? Oh hey nice shorts, it seems like i've been needing a new pair. thank you Noboru. Such a caring young brother to buy me new shorts with the little bit of money you have. I'll have to repay this favor eventually. Maybe by wearing this pair of shorts and showing how good I look in them compared to you? Hahahahaha." Akari laughed along with him, giggling as they walked off. Noboru stood there dumbfounded. What had just happened? At least his suspicions were confirmed. Akari didn't care about him, she was trying to trick him. Shaking what had happened off, Noboru walked inside of the noodle store once again to sit down, but it seemed as if all the spots were already taken. Noboru sighed and wasn't sure what to do.

Sato Hashimoto // Warakuma Amusement Park

Sato rubbed his eyes as he waited for his new acquaintance to come up to him, and when he finally did Teiji showed him a text he had gotten as he approached. He quickly read it, taking away that it was a request to go watch someone for someone. Sato absent-mindedly nodded to it in acknowledgement. As Teiji started to walk away, Sato waved back. “Maybe.” was all he said in response to what Teiji had said to him.

As he started to make his way out of the amusement park as well, Sato slipped out his phone and navigated his way over to the entry for Ryouta in his contacts. He considered it, for a moment. Why would he want him there? Why would he feel more comfortable if Ryouta was there with him, even if only observing from a distance? It made no sense to him and he wondered why the feeling of wanting—no, needing someone to be there for him, was so foreign to him. It wasn’t even Ryouta he wanted.

Regardless, Sato’s head felt heavy from what was happening. Something had broke inside of him because of what had happened in the last couple of days and it felt catastrophic to him. He had tried to forget about it during his expedition to the amusement park but that didn’t help it all, so Sato made a hasty decision of grabbing something to drink from one of the stalls before heading out to the mall.

Almost immediately upon coming in the entrance closest to the food court, Sato could smell all the scents wafting from all the stores and restaurants. Though, Sato could barely afford to spend time enjoying his senses, as he had decided to text Ryouta to meet with him by the mall’s main stage, which was situated in the “front” of the food court, near to the noodle store. The sounds of students, adults, and children blended together into a loud mumble in the back of Sato’s mind, in an almost comforting lull as if the mere presence of all these people in one place made it completely safe to do anything.

Sato smiled to himself when he saw Ryouta standing in the confident way only he does. He put away his phone almost immediately after noticing that Sato was approaching him, and when Sato felt the vibration from his pocket, he knew it was another indescribable emoticon. Ryouta had never actually answered the text Sato sent him but somehow he knew that he would be there. Sato had been around the man long enough to figure he wasn’t one to abandon a friend, especially when he could get a laugh out of it.

Warakuma Shopping Complex - Noodle Store

Chiaki nodded in response to her cousin. She began to feel bad about it. "Sure, don't worry I'll try to bother you less often..." She tried to pull a smile.. Her cousin took note of the many friends she had made, which... Was a little much, she barely knew Noboru and Matthew just barged himself into the group. Chiaki sighed, "More than likely I'd assume. I wouldn't expect much-" Chiaki felt a tap on her shoulder. It was, another, unfamiliar boy. He introduced himself. His name was Jace, he's from America and somehow left his cellphone on the floor next to Chiakis' foot. He then seemed to recognise some of the boys, questioning if they goto his school.

"I wouldn't really know. I'm a transfer student myself, from Tatsumi Port Island. I start my first day at Warakuma High tomorrow, and it's no bother, good thing you found your phone." She smiled and noticed Noboro standing by the entrance looking a little, confused.
She waved to him. "Noboru-kun! Just grab a chair! It seems we have even more visitors!" As she said this, a waiter brought out Chiakis' and Noborus' food in large Black bowls. The steam flowed from the food endlessly and the smell was fantastic, hopefully it would taste as good as it looked.

"Oh, really?" Akemi narrowed her eyes slightly, sheer disapproval radiating from her expression, "Well, if that's the case, why are you sleeping on a bench? You should be at home, studying for hours on end! How are you ever going to be successful if this is what you consider a productive way to spend your time?"

Really, this just wouldn't do, at all! Far too many students slacked off as it was, but to just blatantly sleep their time away in public? That was just downright humiliating! How could Akemi, in all good conscious, allow someone to waste their life away in such a manner? If there was anything she could as Student Council President, it was to give as much support as possible to fellow students!

"Look, if you're struggling with someone, you can ask for assistance," Akemi began to conduct her usual spiel, "we're still learning, I can understand not fully mastering every minute detail of your classes, but if you just sit idly and refuse to even make an effort..."

Er speeches tended to last a rather long time, when uninterrupted.

Matt || Warakuma Shopping Complex- food court
"Ah of course not! Don't even say that ... Harpid!” The girl replied to Matt as she struck him with her chopsticks against the cheek, Matt didn’t feel anything as he suddenly started thinking.
‘Harpid? HARPID? WHY can’t anyone just call me Matt’.... but he decided to keep that part too himself, but as he was distracted by his thoughts he suddenly noticed he was being introduced to someone. That someone seemed to be the girls cousin and he turned to introduce himself.
It seemed he was mistaken for a tourist in the area, but as he was about to reply he noticed the cousin staring him down before turning away, he waited for them to talk before correcting himself.
“Please don’t think my name is Harpid, its Matthew Harvester and I’m actually a exchange student from Australia-” as he tried straightening himself out someone else suddenly joined in…. at this moment he only just realized the other boy had left.
“COOL, you’re from overseas as well? what a coincidence” Matt said with a huge grin.
the girl named Chiaki called out to the boy from before who had just returned.
“oh hey so did you get what you are looking for? hahaha sorry for butting in randomly before just before you left, i didn’t scare you off did I?” Matt spoke jokingly to Noboru who had just returned

Before he returned to the table, Noboru's thoughts turned into a flurry. Why was Akari nice just once? Why did the twins hate him so much? What did he do wrong? What did he do to deserve this? Noboru shook and shuddered, getting angrier and angrier. He wanted to outburst and turn loose. He started to clench and unclench his fists, the veins popping out from his arms. Walking over to the table with a face visibly contorted in rage, Noboru sat down. Noboru replied to Matt trying to sound as nice as he could. "No. I thought I did but I couldn't find anything." Though it was meant as nice as possible, when Noboru said it, it still came as slightly agrresive. He turned and stared at his food, stirring it up.

Shu Isamu

Isamu nodded sagely as he took in every one of his upperclasswoman's points. It was, after all, polite to listen to people when they were addressing you. Even if they didn't really apply to him. He could see the benefit of what she was saying though - how many others had improved after listening to her? Not that it really mattered. He brushed aside his purple-tipped hair to look more clearly at the girl. There was definitely a lot of passion behind her glasses. She must really like helping people, huh?

He rose to his feet, standing at his full height of a metre seventy-five. Compared to a lot of his compatriots, he was considered rather tall, although from what he'd seen on TV there were a lot of people from America who were way taller. Ah, he was getting a little distracted again. Back to listening to the student council president.

"Ma'am," said Isamu politely, interrupting her spiel. "There's nothing that I'm incapable of comprehending in class."
