In his canon, Vash has saved the lives of men he knew to be murderers. Multiple times. As far as he's concerned, there is never, any acceptable excuse to kill another person. Not even "for the greater good", regardless of how obvious of a choice that "greater good" is. Even if the death of one person/entity would clearly save countless other lives, he still wouldn't condone killing that one person because, as he puts it, "no one has the right to take the life of another". And that belief is absolutely, completely inflexible.

...And that's part of the reason why he's so much fun to have around, especially in this setting.


And will lead to such a glorious disagreement when Archer's attitude actually makes some sense. Archer and Shirou are so intrinsically opposed to Vash's attitude... XD

Yeah, this is going to be lots of fun to read.

If you make a bunch of clones and have someone else kill them all, does that count as genocide?

This question actually came up in a kid's show btw.

Saber is rather flustered.

Also I'm kind of curious if having the Prana of a Dragon actually will help against this dragon for Saber. Since "dragon elements" hurt it extra and all.

Hmm. I have run into an interesting conundrum. Archer's official height is about 6'1. Rin's is about 5'3.

Yet in the CG where they're stood facing each other...



So, go with the canon heights, or the CG's that tend to have him head and shoulders taller than the others? XD

Well, it's from the route we're using. The thing is, it's a case of 'canon listed height' and 'canon displayed height': Archer's simply drawn consistently taller than he's actually stated to be. It seems rather like Nasu changed the numbers late on. That, or Takeuchi can't draw heights right. There's a similar thing with Ilya and Berserker--Ilya is supposedly over half Heracles' height.

The heights are accurate for some characters, like Saber and Rin.

Others... Well, Archer is drawn consistently really tall and Heracles is a giant.

Because Shirou is an idiot that will inflict tremendous harm to himself to do things that he shouldn't be able to do. :p

Also, magic. Magic is very involved. Well, magecraft, but magic sums it up well enough.
