Luca seemed to be going a bit stir crazy, waiting for the time to run out and for the hunt to begin. She knew this was done to build suspense, and make the hunt more fun because the supernaturals would have to do a bit of sniffing around to find the humans, but it still felt like an eternity. She looked up at the vampire who addressed her, her smile as wide as ever. It would seem strange to anyone who wasn't a supernatural to see a young teen so excited to hunt. "I'm just super excited! I've been planning out this hunt...since...well...last hunt!" As she spoke her teeth began to sharpen and her eyes glowed a almost sinister yellow, making her pupils stand out.

Even her hair seemed to grow a bit, becoming rough and messy. And despite her wide, toothy, smile her face seemed a bit sinister. Luca was currently in a halfway between human and full wolf, it normally just happened when she was getting excited. "How much longer?" Luca asked, just about ready to burst.

What is wrong with this guy? It's like he has never been around a cute girl...well no one is as cute as me of course. "O...Ok, I guess if you stay with me, I'll be alright." Twirl your hair, smile. This guy would be hard for me to work with, but I love a challenge. "I'm not sure anyone has noticed, but we are put in the middle of nowhere without any form of communication or weapons to speak of. Unless someone is holding out.", "I don't mean to sound bitchy, but now is the time to be making a plan, not swooning over men or talking to the sky.", "I understand some of you are scared, but panicking is not getting us anywhere." Who is this chick? Acting like she was the boss of everyone, no one tells me what to do. "Who are you? I don't think we should be worried about planning, until we found out about each other. That's what I was doing, if you really wanted to know." This blonde chick sure got on my nerves, if I could hypnotize non-supernatural women, I would make her smash her head into a tree, over and over again. "Firstly I think we should introduce ourselves to everyone, starting with ummm...you blonde." Bring down the bitchyness, a notch Pan. I'm supposed to be "playing" the sweet scared girl, not going so well now. This hunt needs to start already, and I got my first target locked. Maybe while everyone is introducing themselves they won't even notice the hunt started. Ha! Uhhh...that fur ball would blow everyone's cover is she/he whatever turned right now. That beast better not steal any of my targets, especially Rand and blonde.

Paige frowned in contempt. "Sorry, I don't do well with people, so I'm not really concerned about getting to know any of you, just getting the hell out of wherever we are. And I don't give my name to just any one. It has to be earned." She had learned the hard way about the power of a name, and she wasn't anxious to have a repeat of that situation. "I'm not trying to take charge, god knows, I'm just trying to make suggestions" and tried to calm her tone down a bit to cover up how irritated she was getting with this broad. She didn't like her and something didn't settle well.

The Manager considered Edward's offer for a bit, but then slightly shook his head. "You'll have to convince Sarah on that, he's become her personal project and I'd rather not interfere." The Manager looked over at his monitor, seeing Nixon on the camera. "I'm sure you remember what Nixon did to damage this establishment before and I'd rather not have it happen again. Now he's become one of the most reliable workers I have. Make sure to give him the injection before anything wrong happens." The Manager could trust Edward on this case, and they'd probably be working together on the new project the Manager had soon.
Rand looked over at girl who had begun yelling for some kind of order. The hunter frowned, true as she was the reminder of what happened to everyone might make others edgy. He was about to speak when suddenly Penny seemed like she was challenging the other girl. Strange, she seemed scared at first, now suddenly was seemingly angry at the other girl. It might've been defensive maneuvers but he wasn't sure. Rand sighed and stepped between the two girls, looking at both of them for the same amount of time.

Rand absolutely hated being the leader in any scenario. He couldn't concentrate on his own problems and instead have to think of others, and for him as an investigative type who was always studying he really disliked that. Yet, it seemed like he needed to do this. Rand turned to the majority of the group, looking at everyone. "Right people, I'm sure you all have know come to the terms of what's happening." Don't panic them, but don't sugar coat it. Why is this so hard? "This isn't a dream. None of us are going to wake up from this. I know as much as the rest of you do." Now what? Rand looked between Penny and the other girl. "Penny suggested us to all introduce ourselves, and I suppose we should in order to trust each other. I'll go first. I'm Rand Johnson. I was a hunter as my lifetime career. In a weird way I'm somehow used to this." Maybe some would understand his inclination that he was a hunter of the supernatural, then have some kind of help with the situation. Rand turned over to the girl who had shouted earlier. "After we introduce ourselves, we'll get out of here alright? Now, you next. I'm fairly sure we earn it."
Connor gave a skeptical look at the girl. Mental problems? Could be an easy lie, but could also be serious. It was always hard to tell and he wasn't experienced in perceiving such lies. All he could do was temporarily accept it but keep an eye on her. Connor gave a nod and was about to say something when he heard Rand begin to speak to the group. Connor turned, looking over at his trainer. He was curious of the strategy that Rand introduced, it seemed good but leaving seemed more important to him.
Nixon smirked as he watched the lycan slightly change into their form, making what almost looked like a werewolf. Nixon looked up at the timer, seeing it halfway done. "The countdown will be done soon enough, don't waste the energy now." Nixon too would probably be bouncing off the walls with her but for some reason he wasn't. Odd, he was usually the hyper one in this situation, but now something felt...wrong. "That's interesting," Nixon mused to himself. "An actual clear thought."

"What are we doing here? I thought that you had given up killing humans long ago when you lost interest in killing the weak?"

Gavril was silent as he sat in the corner, across from him his human host Gabriel was standing near by with his arms crossed, the room around them was a dark chamber, the walls were made of old brick and iron wrought hanging chains. The floor was nothing more then a pitch black swirling vortex, the entire room was lite by a small candle that hung randomly in the middle of the room casting a small but distinguishable glow. As the light flickered Gavril's face was illuminated faintly, his eyes glowing a deep dark yellow that seemed to tie the room together. To anyone else the scene before them would look frightening as Gavril was nothing more then a demonic figure before them, his body was that of his human host but it had taken on a decayed and rotten manner with protruding horns from his skull that twisted behind his head and curled slightly forming points on the side of his face. But there would be no one else to see it, for the room they resided in, was merely and inner illusion, it was merely the room which appeared when Gavril meditated and went inside his own head to talk to his human host in person. Gavril watched as Gabriel uncrossed his arms and made his way across the swirling vortex of the floor and reached his table, a chair suddenly appeared and he sat in it, the man across from Gavril did not have even the slightest hint of fear in his eye's for they had been together for over 4000 years, he was more then used to Gavril's inner most chambers of his mind.

"I have known you for a long time Gavril, maybe too long, even though I willingly gave you my body, you were still frightening to behold, it took me over five hundred years just to approach you. I have watched you destroy people for just the sheer pleasure, watched you bleed them like stuck pigs, drain them of their blood little by little, and torture their minds until they begged for it to end and even then you showed no mercy. So I know that when you set your mind to something to do it regardless, and I remember the day you stopped the killing, and how you swore..."

"Dont talk of that day Gabriel... that day was for me not for you. I should string you up to that wall and keep you there for a couple hundred years for speaking of it..."

"That might of scared me 3500 years ago but after exploring the deep recesses of your mind while I gave you my body, there are worse things to fear in here then that. I have seen your past memories that you lock away in your head, I know more about you then anyone else, so I know that even though you are filled with hatred and contempt, there is still a part of you that still exists from when you were alive.

"You asked for this Gabriel."

Gavril merely raised his hand and put all his fingers down say one and pointed it at Gabriel, with a flick of his finger Gabriel lifted from the floor and flew across the small room and slammed into the wall. The chains coiled around him like wild snakes quickly trapping him to the wall and securing him there so he could not move even one finger. Gavril silently got up and walked over to the trapped Gabriel and looked him dead in his eye's, raising his finger again he pulled it across his own throat and slowly Gabriels throat cut from side to side opening a huge gap, blood started to drain out from his neck as he choked and gagged violently. Gabriels eye's showed a small amount of fear as his head slowly started to fall but Gavril caught it with his hand and lifted it up so that theirs eyes were locked with each others.

"Perhaps I have been too lenient on you in these passing years, the fact that you speak so bluntly to me is an indication of that. Let me explain something to you Gabriel, the person I used to be... died long ago and there are no remnants of that man. Those pieces shattered the day I died, those qualities, those pieces of life that once upon a time controlled me gone forever. That is your problem Gabriel even in life you looked for the best in people, tried to find the good in them, tried to believe that the life in which you lived was anything other then the darkness that engulfed the world, a godless world with little children on their hands and knee's night after night praying to a God that does not exist. There is and only ever was one constant in this world, and that is we live and then we die, and then we are cursed to walked this plane for all eternity watching the ones we once loved slowly pass away and disappear from us, and then when enough time has passed we begin to lose the one we once were, our minds cracking under the pressure, our souls becoming corrupted and useless gestures of an mortality that was without meaning or purpose. You do not know what it is like to die yet, to face the endless years of pain and torment as you wonder this plain alone, no one can see you or talk to you, or even know your there with them. The only thing left to you when you die is the hatred in your heart, the only thing that keeps you sane is your own malice and the anger that consumes every pore within yourself."

Gavril slowly released Gabriels head as the wound healed itself suddenly and he found himself breathing again. Slowly Gavril raised his finger again as the chains wrapped around Gabriels chest popped open revealing his heaving body beneath.

"You see this life you live now is but a prison in which there is no escape, and endless torment that will last as long as I exist, you will never know death as much as you will never again know life. But I will prepare you for the day when I eventually disappear from this body and you wither away to nothing in a world you don't understand. Let me give you an example... of Pain. An this is merely a prick on the finger compared to the pain this world has to offer when you live."

Gavril opened his hand and then brought it foreward to Gabriels chest and put his fingers over it, with the tips of his finger on his chest Gavril began to push in, his finger started to bury themselves in Gabriels chest as he scream out in pain, blood covered Gavril's hand as he ripped through the skin of Gabriels chest and easily snapped the ribcage underneath, finding his mark Gavril grabbed Gabriels heart and took hold of it, then in one thrust he ripped it from his chest, blood splashed the swirling vortex of the floor making it turn into a red forboding pit of blood. Raising the heart up it still beated in Gavrils hand, raising it in front of Gabriels face, he looked in terror at his own beating heart, and then in one movement Gavril closed his hand and crushed his heart.

Gabriel screamed as he fell backwards, the chair he had been sitting in slammed the floor as he rolled backwards onto the black swirling vortex of the floor grabbing at his chest. Gavril was now sitting in the same chair he had been sitting in before, the room around them was exactly the same as before as if it had not changed. Gavril smirked at Gabriel, so stupid and naive it would take him a few moments to realize that everything that had just happened was merely an illusion, one created specifically for Gabriel. Even Gavrils host could not escape his icy gaze of terror that had ended so many lives in over 4000 years. Standing up from his chair Gavril slowly made his way across the black vortex and towered above Gabriel who was now showing fear, he seeped it from his every point of being, his host quickly scurried away clearly shaken from the illusion he had just suffered. Gavril snapped his fingers as Gabriel was lifted off the ground and floated over to Gavril as their eyes locked again, Gavril smirked a bit the fear was nearly intoxicating to him, the old feelings arose in him, the torment was like candy was to a child, delicious and satisfying.

"That was but only a small taste of what I am capable of doing and would do if you insist upon prying into my memories Gabriel, the next time you deny my words and disobey me bluntly I will put you in such an frightening illusion that when you come back out of it you won't know who you are anymore. All you will be is a quivering, scared little child who doesn't know the difference between reality and an illusion anymore. Ill drive you insane, and endless torment that you will never escape from."

Gavril became quiet as he slowly turned from Gabriel and returned to the center of the swirling vortex, with his back to his bodies host he spoke one more time before he disappeared in a swirling black inkiness of vortex.

"I will however grant you an answer to your original question out of if nothing more then to satisfy your foolish curiosity. I came here because there is a group of hunters here this year and one of them holds special interest to me. An that is all you need to know."

Gavril slowly opened his eyes as the small room he is subsiding in came into view, the room was realitively small however it had camera angles on the walls of the humans who would be in the hunt this year. Slowly raising to his feet Gavril heard a voice suddenly fill the room from a speaker somewhere around his current position.

“Hello everyone good morning! As you all know we are beginning our annual hunt! We have some very nice picks for you today, including several hunters that I know several of you would love as a trophy! Now as a reminder of the rules, no attacking a fellow supernatural, no attacks on the dome, and, of course, no true assistance to the humans! The humans are currently waking up as you can see from our live camera feed and the doors will be unlocked in an hour! Good luck!”

Gavril was silent as he walked over to the live feed, his feet made no noise as he walked, swishing his black coat behind him he looked at the monitors and saw that the humans were stirring. Looking through the feed two in particular caught his eye, one more then the other but both were of interest. Rand and Connor were their names that he knew for sure. One he knew by reputation as a dead set hunter and mentor to a lot of the younger hunters, the other was in fact a protege of Rand the young boy named Connor. As he watched the two a small memory flicked in his head.

"Do you really think you can defeat me boy...? Your foolishness is only overpowered by the fear I can feel within you. Do you believe your the first hunter I have come across in this long existence? You hunters are all the same, you kill our kind with no remorse, not that it matters that some of us do not kill the innocent anymore. I know one of your rules kid, all supernaturals must meet their end... a rule I know well. I have seen so many things in my long years, I have seen a Hunter very much like you end the life of a scared little girl who was bitten by a vampire, she didn't know what was going on, she reached out for help, and the hunter sliced her head off without even the slightest hint of regret. You hunters say you are merely protecting the innocent from creatures like myself, but the only thing you are is another form of creature, in some ways you hunters are worse then me, and that in itself if truly frightening. You can spare me your hero talk, and your self righteous beliefs, they are nothing to me. Go home and live a little longer because you can't beat me boy."

Gavril crossed his arms silently as he watched both Rand and Connor go into action, most of the innocent humans had no idea what was going on and Gavril was sure they would not tell them if they knew. As the time ticked down it would almost be time to leave this place, Gavril found himself a bit excited as the prospect of a good fight and maybe even if his own death and release of torment from this world. However he did not make himself believe that himself dieing was possible, for that was just another form of torment in his eyes. Hope was just an invention of humans who wanted to better a world that is nothing more then a darkness cloaked in the feigning light, and one day they would all see just as Gavril did... there is no hope only a cold, everlasting death.

Thorne smiled gently as she realized that perhaps the guy had some psychological problem, evidenced from his pained expressions, and his reluctance to even reveal his burned arm. She had no intention to pry any further regarding that burned arm, mainly because it seemed like a private matter, and that, she didn't really have that much interest in it. Thorne looked around as she examined the forest; why were they even there? Thorne straightened her glasses before sighing and looking at the man again. It seems that this wasn't merely an abduction. For them to be dumped in a forest would mean that the perpetrator really took time to devise this plan. There would be research as to what, where, and why this forest would be picked. The mere thought that they dumped in a forest, and not killed, would mean that they weren't meant for ransom. Worst case scenario, they would be killed by the wild animals in this forest. This would be similar to the amphitheater back in the Roman days. This would mean... someone is watching them; someone was being entertained every time their blood would paint the ground red. At least, that's how Thorne placed it logically based on the movies that she had watched.

"Well. From the looks of it, Chriss isn't the problem here. It seems, we were truly chosen to be abducted, perhaps assaulted in your case." Thorne's voice turned from gentle to serious. Thorne could calculate all she wants, but as long as she didn't know the cause, she would never know the reason. "It seems we're gonna be stuck here for a while. More or less, this was a well-planned scheme. We're not abducted... we're just entertainment." Thorne mumbled as she clenched her fist. Suddenly, she relaxed and shook her head. "Now is not the time to get an asthma attack!" Thorne held her head while shaking it vigorously. Thorne breathed deeply as she focused her mind.

"Well, there is strength in numbers. I guess it's better if we find the others, wouldn't you agree, Azuriel?" Thorne looked back at the snow-haired lad with a smile.

"While I doubt you are telling me the whole truth, you never seem to do, I image there is some slither of truth to this. Considering both you and Sarah can manipulative minds, and normally aren't all that secretive about it, I have no reason to believe that this is what this does. Or prehaps we found the first thing in this hotel dear old Manager doesn't know everything about." He said, immediately teleporting out.

He could try to conceive Nixon to take the shot, but that would be to much work and he was never good at any conceiving that didn't involve some sort of bribery, black-mail, torture, etc. He teleported right behind Nixon and quickly injected him in the arm and pushed the needle down as far he could. When the needle was fully in and all the "medicine" was in his body, though he quickly mused to wonder how injections work on bloodless creature, he quickly blinked backwards and conjured a note where he was that read, "I had to inject you with your medicine because the Manager asked, and this was the quickest way." And at the end of the note, there was in big capital letters, "BYE". As he quickly teleported away. All of this occurring in a matter of seconds.

Having no where else to go, he went back to the Manager's office, "Well, I injected him with the stuff. Now, I am going to into this corner and going to wait a while. No reason."

This little brat! Calm down Pan, calm down. I can't believe she is talking to me like this. She's going to find out why all the supernaturals call me The Queen From Hell, if she keeps disrespecting me. "Penny suggested us to all introduce ourselves, and I suppose we should in order to trust each other. I'll go first. I'm Rand Johnson. I was a hunter as my lifetime career. In a weird way I'm somehow used to this." Did Rand just say he was a...Hunter?! What the fuck the only guy in this place that would be worth my time is a...disgusting hunter? I can't believe this now I really will have to be cautious around him. Luckily no human knows how a siren really looks, so I should be ok for now. "After we introduce ourselves, we'll get out of here alright? Now, you next. I'm fairly sure we earned it." For a human Rand sure knew how to take charge of a situation. To bad if only he was supernatural, but going to have to kill him later. First blonde is going down then the rest. I wonder how long this damn timer is. I think the "Manager", probably not even his real name is playing with us. He would make us sweat this out, anxious for a kill. That wolf he/she is sure getting out of hand, someone needs to calm the brat down. For now maybe I should thank Rand for sticking up for me. "Thank you for being on my side Rand." Give him a big hug, not to long but just enough to get him to really notice me. I'd make sure the blonde bimbo saw me hug him too, to make her blood boil.

Azuriel stayed quiet as he stood up from his spot but he stayed quiet when Throne mentioned someone name Chriss. "I know that they're not that far since I caught a glance of people after I woke up. That, and I heard some people talking." He started to move from one foot to the other while his slight paranoia caused him to constantly looking around. It was bad enough that he couldn't the other half of what he was looking, it was equally as bad being in a area that he had absolutely no idea what is there or not. "Let's get to the others. Don't want to come face to face with the local wildlife and get hit in the face with rogue branches in the face."
Sai'tioula sat under her shaded tree as she watched this person named Rand introduced himself and as a hunter. She had no problem with not introducing herself when they're going to find out what she really is when its time to actually hunt. An amusing thought caused her to chuckle when she knew that these hunters were going to mistaken her for a demon. Ilytise always feel insulted every time she's mistaken for a demon. "Well if you want us to introduce ourselves, then I am Sai'tioula Hilioula. And please don't mind me if you caught me talking to myself."
Ishiya quickly stood up as she quickly walked out of the room she isolated herself in. Quickly locking the door behind her, she made her way down the hall and hopefully where the Manager is always at. She needed to see if she could hunt if not for the humans that are being kept, then for any wildlife that's in the forest. "Where is his office? Damn this place is maze, and I'm already lost." She growled at her inability to track someone, but she had to quell her anger before she transform and attack the first person she sees.

Phil was laying face down in the grass completely knocked out. He was having an odd dream. Blood all over the walls of a house. Disfigured faces around him. Screaming voices, one of a girl yelling at him to run. Then more screaming that could not be distinguished. There was more and more. Finally, Phil opened his eyes and realized the screaming was coming from his surroundings. Phil grunted. "Where am I" he asked himself rolling onto his back. His head was pounding with blood. He felt the back of his head and sure enough there was a bump, a big one, on the back of his head. "What a banal way of subduing someone." Phil said in a mutter. He tried to remember what had happen to him, yet no epiphany came to him. He knew his name and the face of a girl imprinted into his mind. His life was an enigma to him.

Phil had no intention of greeting the other people he noticed that were bickering and yelling. "They are all terrified" Phil observed. He closed his eyes hoping to get the pounding in his head to go away, but nevertheless it persisted to annoy him. The people yelling sure weren't helping. "Whatever..." Phil grunted pulling himself up into a sitting position. One person was attempting to bring control to the situation. "Christ...I am expected to work with people." Phil thought. "Hmph" Phil grunted at the words of introducing himself to everyone. "I guess I hate working with others." Phil inferred, "I don't have a problem with it I rather do it alone I guess." He might as well. "Phil Dawson." His voice was surly and a bit unfriendly. "I have no clue what I did in life. I don't remember a thing except my name." Phil chose to exclude the face of that girl, since nobody there reminded him of her. "Whatever...." Phil finished with. He still refused to get off the ground. He sort of glared at the people around him. The girl who refused to give her name seemed untrustworthy and especially had trust issues with everyone else. "Good choice, probably." Phil thought. "Can't rely on anyone."

Nixon looked over at the lycan and didn’t hear Edward appear behind him. He flinched as the needle suddenly went in him and then fell to the ground, dazed. After a few seconds, Nixon stood back up, shaking his head and noticing the message. Sighing, Nixon looked away and back up at the counter. He hated that medicine, it always made him woozy. He usually resisted but his girlfriend was good. Where was she anyway? Was she still on a trip? Wasn’t usually this long.

Nixon forgot about her and looked back up at the timer. So close. It was ticking down to only minutes now. He gave a wolfish grin to the lycan. “Oh this is going to be fun!”
The Manager looked over at Edward as he suddenly returned from his job. He shook his head and continued typing on his computer. “You know Edward, I have always said I’m an honest business man, and I truly am. While some disagree with my motives I will always say the truth. I wouldn’t disbelieve my word if I were you. Nixon is truly self-destructing from his insanity, and whether that’s my fault or if my influencing is helping him, I’m unsure yet. Of course, I figure there’s several elements in the medicine to assist Sarah with her project but I don’t bother with that detail until it becomes a problem. The medicine does the part I want, so why should I lie to you about that?” The Manager spoke, looking at Edward when he was finished.

Looking at his cameras again the Manager noticed Ishiya roaming the halls, probably lost. “Edward, can you go get Ishiya? I think she’s lost again. See what she needs,” he ordered to the wizard.
Rand did not see the hug from Penny coming, and hoped others didn’t see his stunned expression. Give me a location to investigate, a newspaper for tracking down a vamp, but seriously, give the girl issues to someone else. Maybe Anthony, he thought, fixing his face as Penny pulled back. Were the other hunters even used to this? He wasn’t around any others with higher field experience to ask. He gave a sincere nod to Penny as he looked at her, then was distracted as others started speaking their names.

Sai’tioula was an interesting name, and the random yelling was concerning, yet it seemed like Connor was already on it. Phil was...he couldn’t place it. Detached? Sure, he supposed that worked. Rand looked back at the first girl who hadn’t spoken yet. “I’ll get your name on the way, but I’ll want it eventually. We gotta trust each other alright?”

Rand looked around at everyone else. He stopped at Connor and made an indicative move to him. Connor gave a brief nod and stepped forward. “And I’m Connor,” were the simple words his pupil gave. Rand shook his head but he suddenly noticed the sun starting to dip. Wonderful.

“Everyone, I would get the rest of your names but it’s time to leave. That sun is coming down and I’d rather not still be here. I’d recommend for us all to stay together, or else whoever put us here may take advantage,” Rand spoke to the group. When he finished speaking, he looked over at Penny. He figured it would be good to reassure her. He still felt strange about the hug, but whatever kept her not panicked was good. “Just stay close and I’ll get you out of here alright?”
Nixon continued watching the countdown timer. 30 seconds. So close. He was twitching now and starting to vibrate. 20 seconds. He grinned over at the female lycan next to him. “I’d challenge you to see initial count but...I just feel like nabbing one today.” Yes, someone for his new tools. He’d need to watch them first though.

*Ding*

The door unlocked and slid down, but Nixon didn’t even bother going through it. He blinked himself up to the forest, and the hunt began.

Paige composed hefself, somewhat reassure to know that there were at least two other hunters in the group. She sighed in relief when she to out of the introductions. She didn't know when she stopped trusting other humans, but apparently it had made her closed off and reserved. She agree that they needed to move though. They had been in one place for too long. She wanted to be back to hunting. She missed her gun, her rock, her car, and her phone. She wanted to check on her dad. Paige shrugged at Rand saying he would get her name. It wasn't likely that he would get it willingly... or she could actually be friendly.

Jaitheia noticed that the hour was up and she went to find Ishiya before she attack the first person she sees. Since the hunt is already started, she was supposed to make sure none of the guests attacks fellow supernatural and that none helps any humans. For now she needs to find her or just let her deal with whatever she has at the moment. She took a step and decided against it. Out of the two of them, Ishiya needed go either hunt or transform and she can't even remember the last time she hunted any humans. When she think of it, her sister becomes more aggressive when she doesn't hunt for long period of time. "If she gets into trouble, then I'm not bailing her out." Jaitheia growled.

Well that was a waste of a good hug. There was no reaction, no attraction. Maybe it's the hunter in him or something. I really need to be careful around this guy, or he will be the death of me...literally. “Just stay close and I’ll get you out of here alright?” Yeah but you won't get out of her alright, ha! "Ok I won't leave your side, I just hope..." *Ding* *Ding* *Ding*! Finally the hunt has started now, time to put on a show. "OH MY GOSH! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT! OH MY GOSH!" The Academy Award for best fake hysteria in a horror scene goes to...Pandora Sky of course! This is going to be good, now I have to make up a plan to get Rand to kill off my opponents, that way I'll have all the pickings. It shouldn't be that hard right? How far can I push this act before I go overboard.

Isaac looked at his wrist, a little habit that surfaced every now and then due to his wearing a watch in the cities. He didn't need a watch, his internal clock was all he needed to tell time, but it helped him pass for a human more easily. He'd been gone for a while, taking a trip over to Africa for some free time, something he was permitted to do every once in a while as a sort of vacation. he'd almost started a pack during his time away, but circumstances halted that idea. It'd seem he'd never be able to do such a thing.

Arriving at one of the hidden entrances to the underground complex, it opened after just a couple seconds to let him in, the guards in charge obviously knowing who he was. He wasted no time walking through the tunnels and hallways to get to the manager's office, knocking only a couple times before walking in, "Good morning, Manager, I've returned." He greeted before sitting down in a chair, "On my way in I heard you got a few more workers, mind if I ask who they are? Also, how did my temporary placeholder perform?"

OH MY GOSH!" Rand started to give a smile as Penny promised to stay by him. Everything started to seem to go better, now that she seemed calmer. That peaceful thought ended as the dinging suddenly began. Several others expressed panic, especially Penny who was screaming. Rand hated his luck. He didn't have time to think about the situation, just on doing his best to not make it a riot. "Everyone! Let's go now!" Rand shouted to the group. He turned to Penny and took her hand before going. "Come on!"
Connor became quite concerned as he heard the dinging. It started making others nervous as they started leaving, some even began to run. Rand was with Penny again, making Connor shake his head. His trainer was certainly not good with dealing with people. He checked out everyone else, looking for anything else suspicious. Sai'tioula he'd definitely need to keep an eye on, but right now the girl who had refused to give an introduction seemed more mysterious. Connor walked over to her, giving a no-nonsense look. "I don't really care to know who you are," he began. "but I need to know if I can trust you. Can you at least prove that to me?"
The Manager smiled as Isaac arrived in his office, moving his monitor aside. "Isaac, it's good to have you back," he noted. "I hope your trip went well." The Manager leaned back in his chair, listening to Isaac's questions. "Ah, the new workers. I actually haven't had a need for new captive guards lately, and some willing workers have signed up. Two lycan sisters named Jaitheia and Ishiya were their names. I also called Nixon and Sarah back to here, I'm sure you remember them. As for your placeholder he did alright, but a twisted guard isn't always the best for keeping around." The Manager looked over at his monitor. "You actually came right when the hunt started. I'm sure this year's event will go wonderfully. Was there anything else you wanted to inquire about?"

Paige stiffened as the dinger went off. "Frick." She said under her breath. She decided not to run in a panic like some but she moved and was able to keep up ok. She looked at Connor and frowned. "Well, for starters I'm a hunter, so there's that. Look, if it would make you feel better, my name is Paige. Paige Tucker." I wish I had a freaking weapon. she thought to herself.

"Two lycans? It'll be interesting to see another that isn't a guest, at least. Nixon and Sarah, I hope they haven't caused any problems." Isaac leaned back in the chair a bit, fingers locked together over his stomach, "I noticed. Thought about grabbing a human myself, but its just too easy for me, even if targeted a hunter. I don't have any other inquiries, but I did bring some things back, including a souvenir." He held his hand to the side as the floor seemed to liquify, a suitcase rising from it that he grabbed. "While I was in central Africa I came across a group of supernaturals that have been kidnapping humans from the local tribes. They usually either turn them or feed off them, but otherwise they have nowhere to send them. I told them I knew someone that may or may not be interested." Isaac opened up the case and took out a glass case with a red/black slime in it, handing the suitcase itself to the manager to look at since all that was in there were documents relating to what he just described.

"And this is the souvenir I spoke of," He held the container in his palm, "Or pet, potentially. Its what the locals call a liquid demon, as you can guess by the name, its another variety of demon. Not sure if it has the same weaknesses, but these can be trained or even reproduced. Like a regular Demon, it enters a human's body through some opening, usually the mouth, but even a paper-cut will suffice for these. Instead of just taking over the body and locking away the host's mind, it shreds the host's mind to be completely replaced by its own." He paused for a moment before continuing, "But that, sir, is not the end of it. once it takes over the host, the body itself goes through a change, or mutation, if you will. It varies from human to human, but I watched a host turn into a miniature version of that woman's... Sai'toula's transformed state. If you're worried about it taking a supernatural, no need, as it can only possess humans. I tested it myself while I was there."

Edward stood quickly in the corner as he preformed a simple location spell, which was pretty boring but basically involved having a magical record of how people breath, how fast their heart-beats or the fact it doesn't, and other things like that and then looking for traces of a person which make that description, however a very simple sweep of the hotel normally took a very short while unless the person was actively resisting it.

When process was over, Edward eyes opened and his hearing was no long focused elsewhere, he had quickly noticed Isaac in the room. Somebody would fear the so-called white terror, however Edward was cautious of everyone but afraid of no-one. He didn't even truly fear the Manager, while he might be unable to defeat him, escaping him would be easy and the Manager might be evil, but he is not one to attack another supernatural first. However, Isaac, he really had no fear of, to him, he was another werewolf dog. However, Edward was rather curious about some of the strange supernatural abilities he may or may not have. He wasn't sure of it, but something wasn't quite normal with him.

Edward made a rather callous remark, "So the dog is back. Lets just hope he hasn't brought fleas into this establishment." he said, and then adding, "And Manager, I am sure what you are telling me is truthfully, but we both know deception is not built on lies, it is built on half-truths." he said, as he purposely faded away as dramatic as he could. And then teleported to the last place where he detected the other mutt.

"Hello Isyha", Edward said as he appeared behind a good distance away. "You appear to be lost, and the Manager decided to appoint me, a powerful warlock and alchemist, to babysit you. So, what can I do for you. While I have absolutely nothing better to do, I would rather get this over with very quickly."

As soon as the dings went off the the doors opened Luca let out a howl of excitement and joy. The howl was long and loud, maybe even carrying enough for the fleeing humans to hear. Luca knew they wouldn't be able to track her location, not with her this far away. But gosh was she excited to hunt this year. It was sure to be an enjoyable time for the supernaturals. She knew several of them had started with the humans, but because of their differences in smells Luca knew she wouldn't accidentally attack one. It took a lot of willpower to start off with the humans and not attack them right off the bat. She laughed silently, recalling the first and only time she started with the humans. As soon as the hunt started Luca was at the neck of one of the humans who had been keen on protecting the 'sweet and innocent human child'

Luca took a final look back as she began to bound into the woods, her transformation starting. She was currently stopped halfway between wolf and human, looking like a rather hairy and scary girl. Her eyes glowed and her teeth turned sharper. She began sniffing the air and listening for the humans. Let the hunt begin. She let out another howl in excitement, her howl beginning almost like a human voice and ending in a deep wolfish growl.
