History: Nicolas Garcia was once a detective in another big city. He was tenacious and he always strove to make a difference but the detective life really started to wear on him. Month after month, year after year he put as many as he could behind bars but no matter how many he put away there were always more out there. Eventually he resolved to get away from it all. He faked his death and used some connections he had in order to take on a new identity as an orphan with no family.
A few lucky auditions netted him his big break, and made him a famous actor known for his roles in Westerns and action movies, Hector uses his powers to ensure he’ll always have a job in cinema. His enhanced reflexes and intuition made his trademark quick draw famous on the big screen.
After several years of acting he started to miss what little he could do to make a difference. This time he decided to join the league of masks so that he could make more of a difference without all the red tape. As it turned out the organization was pretty much always hurting for money so he started funneling significant portions of his fortune into the cause. Hence his persona as the Benefactor. When it's time for crime fighting or other Masks activities, he dresses like a 50's noir hero.

While feeding, he also found his innate abilities had grown immensely during the vampiric conversion and allowed him to effectively take over the minds of unaware Turkish people and bend them solely to his will.
In 1884, 30 years after he was converted, Domanyk came across an archive of literature pertaining to the Draculestis family lineage - the very lineage of Vlad the Impaler, the father of the Transylvanian Vampiric Order. Domanyk discovered that, through a bastard of the dynasty, he could trace his roots directly to Vlad II, the father of Dracula. With this information, he became zealous and delusional. Many other vampires worried that being linked to Vlad the Impaler both through vampiric and actual blood lines would make him an overly proud man, but very few expected the sort of devotion he would build around this idea. He soon branded himself as Domanyk Draculestis, the reincarnation of Dracula, and manipulated the minds of his closest friends and allies to serve as devout followers. A civil war broke out between the Transylvanian Vampires, culminating in the collapse of the Order and the abandonment of the Calimanului Alps.

On the brink of causing a mass crisis between the Romanians and the Turks due to his massacre, Domanyk decided that he could not risk a conflict that would spill the blood of his old bretheren in a futile war, so he and what remained of his followers journeyed to the new world, travelling across the Atlantic to the United States.

However, with so many co-workers, some began to comment on his odd work schedules, and the underground life was no better, with older Vampiric Orders limiting his capacity for growth. In 1857, at the age of 23, Domanyk enlisted in a group of nationalists fighting for Wallachian independence, hoping he could make a better name for his family, but was gravely wounded during a Turkish ambush on the outskirts of Transylvania. On the brink of death, abandoned to the wild, he was saved by chance from a travelling old man, who revealled himself to Domanyk as an old Transylvanian Vampire. He offered Domanyk a chance at immortality, as well as an opportunity to continue his fight against the Turks. With little other option, Domanyk embraced vampirism and was brought back to the Calimanului Alps, to a secret alcove of vampires hidden within a complex cave system.

In 1884, 30 years after he was converted, Domanyk came across an archive of literature pertaining to the Draculestis family lineage - the very lineage of Vlad the Impaler, the father of the Transylvanian Vampiric Order. Domanyk discovered that, through a bastard of the dynasty, he could trace his roots directly to Vlad II, the father of Dracula. With this information, he became zealous and delusional. Many other vampires worried that being linked to Vlad the Impaler both through vampiric and actual blood lines would make him an overly proud man, but very few expected the sort of devotion he would build around this idea. He soon branded himself as Domanyk Draculestis, the reincarnation of Dracula, and manipulated the minds of his closest friends and allies to serve as devout followers. A civil war broke out between the Transylvanian Vampires, culminating in the collapse of the Order and the abandonment of the Calimanului Alps.
Domanyk contined to stay in the newly-formed Romania, terrorizing Turkish populations in the Bulgarian region while using Romania as a base of operations, establishing the Reformed Order of the Dragon. On the brink of causing a mass crisis between the Romanians and the Turks due to his massacre, Domanyk decided that he could not risk a conflict that would spill the blood of his old bretheren in a futile war, so he and what remained of his followers journeyed to the new world, travelling across the Atlantic to the United States.
Domanyk and his followers started to build a new life in New York, with Domanyk working in the administration of the city. However, with so many co-workers, some began to comment on his odd work schedules, and the underground life was no better, with older Vampiric Orders limiting his capacity for growth. Things quickly turned sour when these Orders also learned of Domanyk's role in the collapse of the Transylvanian Order, forcing him and his followers to take refuge far from the bustle of the East Coast. Electrokinesis - Zenith's main ability. Manipulating electrons with an extreme level of discretion and fine level of control, this power is the most versatile tool he possesses. The control is so precise that Zenith can directly influence the directional flow of electrons even as they pass through solid material, including non-conductive materials. In this case, the electrons do not affect the matter, they instead simply travel through it without damage to it. However, the more dense the material, the more difficult it is to guide the electrons, and once a certain density or/and depth is reached, Zenith cannot guide the electrons further due to interference.
Kinetic Blast/Grappling – This ability focuses on raw power and speed, rather than a honed degree of control, contrasting Zenith's Electrokinesis. The range on this power is limited to approximately a 1km distance; however, the precision of this ability is greatly affected by distance. For example, when attempting to pull a mass from the maximum range, Zenith cannot move the mass with much speed, while moving something which is touching Zenith can quickly break the sound barrier. As a trade off, this ability uses a proportional amount of energy comparatively to the amount of mass being moved, as well as the speed the material is being accelerated to.
Regeneration – This standard ability grants Zenith the ability to regenerate to a previous, healthy state.
Super-reflexes – Coupled with years of training, Zenith is highly reactive to stimuli, particularly sound and sight. These aid him in avoiding danger, especially in combat scenarios.
Super-stamina – Zenith has the endurance of an Olympic athlete, for comparison.
Super-durability – Skin, bones, and everything in between have much higher impact resistance and tensile strength than a regular human, to the point where he can resist extreme temperatures for extended periods of time, and greatly reduce his body's reaction to radioactivity.
Super-senses – Zenith has a very keen awareness of the electromagnetic fields created by objects, substances and people. However, similar to listening for a pattern or sound within white noise, this requires applied concentration. As such, he is not always aware of the magnetic fields around him, he needs to actively pay attention.

Although not as obvious a skill as an incredible sense of balance, greater agility or similar aspects, Zenith can easily adapt to just about any situation or scenario and generate a fast, appropriate and well thought out response. Over the course of it's existence, this group tried to cultivate an army of supernormals, with which they would contract to power-hungry nations for a high price. However, over time mass war became less profitable for nations, and so the organization used their orphans as mercenaries for hire individually, occasionally contracting out especially powerful supernormals as weapons.
Zenith's speciality was mass destruction caused by nuclear blasts, especially as a terror-tactic; Hoher Macht would smuggle him into a country, where he would be placed covertly in a position to strike. Once the given perimeters were met, Zenith would kinetically gather materials, then force electrons into raw elements until they became unstable. By doing this long enough, Zenith could use the material present to create uranium. Then, using a vastly less controlled blast of electrons similar to a lightning strike, Zenith could cause fission, effectively obliterating the area around the uranium. However, partly due to the staggeringly large amount of time and energy required to preform such a task, Zenith would always be near the edge of the blast radius, too weakened to escape. Although his regeneration ensured a return to health, after being exposed to the levels of raw destruction and carnage caused by his work, Zenith became psychologically unstable. Guilt grew within him, until one day while being briefed for a new mission in the Hoher Macht headquarters, an underground bunker in a remote location, Zenith caused his last nuclear explosion to date.

Usually it depends on the ability. Stuff like healing powers, pk powers and other fiddly stuff like that manifests at puberty. Simpler powers like speed and strength and such are there from birth just very weak and get stronger over time.

Kinetic blast is listed as having a kilometer of range? that's way outside the range I had in mind. I think even someone who had that as a pure power would stay more or less in the same range as telekinesis. oh and btw your super senses you listed are an auto-include. Anyone with a pk power can sense the thing they control more or less that well. I'd probably recommend dropping kinetic blast and going a bit easier on all the secondary powers.

Wow, Willard your powers are just turned up way too high here. You've got Electrokinesis turned up to the level you'd only expect it to see when it's the only power you have. Kinetic blast is listed as having a kilometer of range? that's way outside the range I had in mind. I think even someone who had that as a pure power would stay more or less in the same range as telekinesis. oh and btw your super senses you listed are an auto-include. Anyone with a pk power can sense the thing they control more or less that well. I'd probably recommend dropping kinetic blast and going a bit easier on all the secondary powers.
