Oh I see now I though the word capacity was 100/200 oops...

1. An image is required for your character.
2. Your personality did not meet the minimum requirements.
3. Powers - you need to pick one. Not anything and everything you can think of. I specifically listed No god mode powers.
4. Your weaknesses were nowhere near valid.
5. History - minimum 200 words.

I can't use images, and I can work on the CS. if you have any suggestions please state them.

Hm, okay. Please try to go into more detail about your character's personality and other things. You don't have to rush it. Take your time to think about it, write a couple of paragraphs.

This is more sci-fi than faster - his alias might be Harvester but he would have an actual name - whether it was known or not to him and those around him is irrelevant.

Personality: Insane will stop at nothing to reach full potential no matter the cost.

Not exactly ideal in fitting in with the other cast members. With a personality like this your character is more of a 'NPC' or background character than a 'protagonist' (or antagonist for that matter).

Appearance:
Height:4'6, Weight:47 lb, Eye Color: Light blue (Glows faintly), Hair: Bald, Special characteristics: Has scythe like appendages sticking out from his back.

I have no idea what your character looks like with this description other than his size, lack of hair and eye colour. What is his skin colour, what does his face look like? Is there any emotion he tends to show most - is this reflected in his eyes/usual expression?

Powers:Grows stronger and gains new abilities by absorbing souls of Humans/Empowered. Super human strength and speed, energy blasts (color:black), and life absorption/sense (Heals wounds).

Weaknesses/Limitations:1st:Frail, can be injured easily.2nd:Blind, prone to stealth unless he has life sense, and is searching.3rd:Cowered, will flee if the tide turns against him, or just gets scared.

The power is a bit vague and prone to being overpowered. Again, look through other people's powers (the character sheets can be found in the first post of the OOC) and see what sort of thing we might be looking for. Try and be inventive with your power and character; at the moment it's a bit bland.

Also the weaknesses address the power itself, rather than the character. Ie. what are the weaknesses of their power - is there a time limit on the effect, how long can they sustain use of the power, can they only use their power within a certain distance? You get the idea.

History:Formally known as "Daven Williams" this Empowered was experimented on since he was only at the age of 4. This continued for years in-till an experiment went wrong...and killed him. The government was getting valuable information for him so death wasn't the end for "Daven".In an attempt to resurrect his corpse they instead made a power hungry monster this was no mere Empowered but a wild animal.No longer a freak on the run, no longer a scared boy, he is the Harvester of souls...

We've posted this thread in the casual section but I would still expect to see a lot more here, and something more original. Go more into depth regarding the character - what's the situation with his family/friends, for example. Again, remember that your character needs to be able to interact with others' - this isn't some kind of battle royale where we roll dice to see if someone dies in an encounter.

Other:If your wondering what Harvester looks like, he's kinda like a walking example of "skin and bones", with black skin.He also doesn't speak he only grunts or screams.

This needs to be in the appearance section.

In all, I would suggest rather than going back and editing that you rebuild your character from scratch. Re-read the original post to get an idea of the lore for this roleplay and come up with a character that will fit into that properly. Reading through the CS I felt it was almost a copy and paste job - very little to nothing corresponded properly or was unique to the premise of the roleplay which makes for a bland, run-of-the-mill character.

I apologise if this comes across as harsh criticism but I would suggest that you start over with your character. I advise you to read through everyone else's character sheets and see what we're looking for; then produce something of a similar standard using the character sheet skeleton found in the first post.

Also, with images you can simply do a google search and find one that fits your needs or if you have one on your computer to use then tinypic, imageshack or photobucket are all good places to host them on.

Click at the top where it says IC , then when you see your CS, look at the bottom right of it where it says EDIT .
