Also, wanted to mention two new changes to Gary:

Skills - A little violin. You know how Asian parents are with getting their children to learn musical instruments >.>

Background - Added how his father buys wands but never bothers to research them. So he gets them randomly without knowing their pros and cons.

Added that he had emotional problems and incidents that prevented him from becoming Head Boy or a prefect.

Something that I noticed:
Chase Everwood's heart points to Gryffindor and his head points to Slytherin - he goes to Slytherin
Vincent Pradchaphet's heart points to Hufflepuff and his head points to Ravenclaw - he goes to Hufflepuff

It might make an interesting rivalry.

If Kirah posts, can I post again and have Rhea chase Ash into Ava & Rem's compartment?

@Wintergrey, Seeing our characters (Cleo and Vincent) are in the same house in the same year, I would assume they know each other. I'll write up an IC post. If it doesn't appeal to your standards, talk to me, and I'll change it to the best of my ability.
