World Traveler, I kinda modeled my sheet after yours and designed my character as something of a counter to it. So yeah, it is cool. I just think it's neat that we got paired. With the brainy teacher, I think our team should stand out as a force to be reckoned with.

I'll break your character down DaDrummer -- gotta evaluate this as Hillie asked me to (cause he's lazy).

Basics: they're alright. Can't say much about your name or anything so.. yea.

History and personality, dreams: looks to be quite fine, well thought out. Seems we have a few clan heads/heirs but that's aight. I'll probably end up having Kanajiro challenge you just cause you put that there, be warned.

General strengths: Intelligent, large chakara pool, proficient in ninjutsu and taijutsu, and adequate chakara control.

General weaknesses: Although he is smart he is easily impacted by his emotions, he prefers to keep to himself, team work will be hard for him because he has no friends, Higashi's can only learn or create Beast Release Jutsu outside of academy techniques, and he is still a teenager and lacks wisdom.

General strengths/weaknesses: Gets wonky here. You have general strengths that are ranging from.. very good strengths to less good strengths, but they're all still pretty good. Especially since you have a large chakra pool, and adequate control over it. These are usually +1 -1 for genin, meaning that either 1 of them is good, or they are both average. It might be best to ommit 1 of them, or just make them both average. You can focus on one later, but I'd say that if you choose 1 specific one (i.e high chakra control) it'd be hard to suddenly increase your chakra pool. Get it?

Not only that but your weaknesses are.. not so objective. Gets easily impacted by his emotions, prefers to keep to himself, teamwork is hard for him.. seems like these are traits and not neccesarily weaknesses. One can be perfectly fine without teamwork -- kill 100 shinobi solo. Does that make it a weakness to him that he's bad at teamwork? Not really, right?

This is not a weakness considering that in the same breath you state;

Beast Release is a very diverse ability that has many techniques.

Kiba never used anything but a similar technique-style to your KG. Did this make him weak? It's not called weakness, it's a specialization. The Hyuga's also didn't even bother using normal styled techniques -- their kekkei genkai was more than enough. Meanwhile Hyuga are one of the most OP clans in the entire series -- even more so than the overrated Uchiha.

So in short, downscale the strengths, upscale the weaknesses to more relevant objective stuff.

Other than that, the custom jutsu seem to be pretty wel scaled though I'd like a bit more info on the dragon jutsu. How good are the fireballs? I think you should divide the dragon jutsu and the dragon-fire breath into two different jutsu.

Equipment is perfectly fine.

Personality: K' behaves and speaks facetiously. It's not an actual character trait - he's very mindful of manners and typical social norms, he just chooses no to stifle his opinion by them. It goes without saying that he has a verbal response for any situation and is much more likely to express himself vocally than by any non-verbal communication. K' has an eye for subtleties and is very comfortable in his own space and skin, meaning he isn't deterred by awkward silences or strange personality ticks in other people that most might be.

History K' was born to a village within the boarders of the lightning country. The village was detached from the capital, the "Village hidden in the Cloud". During this time of birth and political reformation, the village was too far to be properly connected and associated to the lightning country and was under constant threat from bandits roaming the area. Wanting a better life, K''s parents journeyed across the boarders into the Stone Country. Once there, K''s father lent his skills to the Iwagakure that he had first groomed in the Lightning Country. K' grew up constantly aware that he didn't look like his peers no was his natural ninja affinity similar to theirs. He contends every day with finding a place in a forming world in which he doesn't fit in.

Clan: Darui Clan - The Darui clan is a clan of dark-skinned ninja originating from the lightning country who have an affiliation with the lightning element chakra. The have a bloodline release called the "Storm Release".

Dreams and aspirations: Being a respected and accepted member of the Iwagakure. Proving that his lightning element jutsu has a place within the hidden stone.

General strengths: Experience Kenjutsu - K' transitioned from carrying a stick, to a bat to a bokken, utilising single, one-handed sword skills as a means of attack and defence in lieu of hand to hand combat. It makes his sword play much sharper than the average genin.

Lightning Affinity - K' is a lightning element specialist, his has a natural knack for picking up lightning element jutsu faster than others and his home experience in training and honing this particular element of chakra within him allows him to utilise lightning jutsu better than the average user too.

Experience Kenjutsu - K' transitioned from carrying a stick, to a bat to a bokken, utilising single, one-handed sword skills as a means of attack and defence in lieu of hand to hand combat. It makes his sword play much sharper than the average genin.

Team Strategist - K' is most capable in team excursions. He is able to adapt himself around his allies as efficiently as possible, to the point where his own actions and movements can be a fluid, constructive extension to their own.

General weaknesses: Element limitations - K' has shown absolutely no ability in elements outside of his Kekkei Genkai and lightning release. Even with straight water-release jutsu... he can't get them to work.

Taijutsu Special-ess - K' is very uncoordinated with offensive taijutsu, due to his natural instinct being to swing his hand with something in it rather than just his bare hands. If pushed to got fist-to-fist, toe-to-toe K' will most likely scrap and brawl ungracefully to an outcome.

No Water Thank You - K' has an aversion to being in or near large bodies of water and abhors being out in the rain. This is partly because of how water ruins his lightning release jutsu but also just an innate phobia of water. It doesn't help that he a fairly mediocre swimmer.

You're asking for stuff that I had on oldguild. I'd need to work it up again and I don't think I can do that so fast that you'd be able to get a 2nd character in before the registration ends.

Just look at the clan sheet I posted together with my character, and comply with the guidelines I put there.
