Gun Kata - An active mode that doubles Bullet Hell agility. Lasts for the duration of the battle, five minute cool down. Additionally, it also has a passive ability that allows Bullet Hell to use her guns as effectively as melee weapons for offensive and defensive purposes.

Target Locked - An active mode where Bullet Hell can lock onto any target within visual range. Increases her accuracy against that opponent by 50%. If Bullet Hell loses line of sight with her target for longer than five minutes, the mode deactivates. Has a one minute cool down.

Unleash - An active mode where Bullet Hell's weapons become Fully Automatic but with a 30% penalty to accuracy. If it is already capable of Fully Automatic fire, it does twice the amount of damage. Lasts five minutes, thirty minute cool down.

Scatter Shot - An active mode where Bullet Hell's weapons fires x10 the amount of ammunition per shot regardless of magazine size. Lasts five minutes, thirty minute cool down.

Shoot the Bullet - An active skill that allows Bullet Hell to intercept and cancel out any ranged attack she can detect. One minute cool down.

Projectile Swerve - An active skill that allows Bullet Hell take a shot that will curve in the air. If she has a Target Locked the shot will home in on the target, following their path. She can use this ability five times within and after a minute has passed since the first Projectile Swerve, ten minute cool down.

Radar - An active mode that gives allows Bullet Hell to detect players 1 mile in every direction around her. Lasts for ten minutes, one hour cool down.

Shock Absorber - A passive ability that removes recoil and increases accuracy by 10%.

Danmaku - Bullet Hell no longer needs to reload.

Perks:

Marksman: Gun accuracy increased by 30%

Combat Armor: Reduce melee damage taken by 20%

Eagle Eye: Ranged skill that homes in on an enemy's weak point. Guaranteed critical hit, but 1-second charge time & 10-second cooldown.

Elite Soldier: Increases all damage - except trap damage - by 10%

Rifle Enthusiast: Lets you dual-wield two-handed rifles.

Fatal Fire: Ranged skill that instantly kills most NPC enemies; deals players and Dissolutions damage equal to 90% of their total HP. 3-second charge time; 60-minute cooldown.

Other: The biggest contender for the new title of White King after Stalwart Bruiser disbanded the guild. Is actually a Sweeper.

Tempting, but no. I'd like it if Amy could meet someone in at the school to figure out which guild she ought to join however.

Sweepers taking over the regs to become more sweepers. That sounds terrible D:

Sometimes I wish rpg would let me like a post. Because I would like that one. Twice.

They're actually called the "Outlaws", since Sweepers were originally (Or at least they were popularly) known for hunting players who picked on low levels or were generally annoying. PK PKers, in a sense. However now that most of the Sweepers, or at least those who are True Sweepers and not just vignettes, are working with the Ebony Strykers they haven't really been hunting too many Outlaws. Largely due to most of those Outlaws joining up with the Ebony Strykers, and the efforts of Dark Wraith and Moon Rider somehow managing to keep the White Knights from fighting with all the Griefers. Technically everyone could call themselves a Sweeper, but unless you've been given a job by an Eraser, it's all just smoke. There is purposely no solid structure amongst the Sweepers to ensure that not just anyone could claim to be a Sweeper and diverge the secrets of the Erasers, who control them. And even True Sweepers like Donny have their hands too bloodied to risk coming out and revealing Eraser secrets, which even a regular True Sweeper like Donny wouldn't know. Bullet Hell is also a true Sweeper with some skeletons in her closet, so she won't risk trying to ignore a direct order from an Eraser as long as they can black mail her.

So, with all the sweepers gone, there are technically supposed to be a ton of PKers like, everywhere, right? It must be one hell of a bad time for noobs right now.

Quickly, while on the subject of Bullet Hell. Is she going to be a whole new character? Or just a fleshed out NPC?

Oh yeah. The only other thing; most of those PKers work for the Ebony Strykers now. Fight for the strongest side and all that. Things like Arms Slaves Mayhem riders is actually a good thing for Outlaws and Sweepers, cause it's sort of like a group-bonding exercise. Arms Slave is pretty much trying to pull a Genghis Gambit, which Dark Wraith is quite aware of, and hence why she wants to make sure the Ivory Masks are still stable-ish.

Likely just a sort of NPC; she's technically a "Player" character, but her real life player probably won't need to be known. Like, even though she's suppose to be the new "White King", she's not going to answer the calls of alliance with the other guild leaders, and barring the chance that an Eraser calls her up to do a hit, she won't have much real-life impact either. Her only importance is in Deep Ground, so she'll only get a CS that deals with Deep Ground. If she somehow becomes more popular, I might flesh her out some more.
