Okay so do we have an OC yet? There have been so many links that I might have missed it. Maybe putting all the links in the first post would help?

I am currently hard at work constructing the OP(Opening Post) for the OOC. It should be done tomorrow or at the end of today if I can get the premise and the like written. At the moment I have essentially everything else done.

Ah okay, no rush. Didn't mean to sound impatient, although I am excited for this.

Someone was in charge of secret organization forming who was i supposed ot contact.

So as a note, I realized that the character sheet didn't have a kekkei genkai/hiden/kekkei tota section on it. So I added that, as well as a few other minor additions, like, you know, history *coughs*

Putting this to a vote:

Would ya'll prefer to have both the Bingo book and the Full character sheet be totally public, or would you prefer for just the Bingo book to be public, and the Full sheet to remain private?

Notes

Bingo book includes the following:
Picture
Name
Alias/Title
Skills/Ability information: (this is the general skillset and does not include the jutsu list or kekkei genkai/hiden unless it is well known)
Known description: (includes known personality)
Known history: (self explanatory)
Influence: (How they are known throughout the world, if at all)

The full would be kept private so that no one can metagame/know your techniques/learn them without due process ICly.
If both are present however, you gain the chance to look upon all the jutsu, but have to self moderate (or be called out) not metagaming.
