@Flamelord: Hmm. I'm just a bit worried about the potential scale of it, honestly, but you are trustworthy in terms of RPing. Though I suppose no matter how serious things get they probably won't warrant slicing a planet in half, so tentatively accepted for the moment.

@CourierSix: You mentioned it being somewhat AU. I'd like to know what you mean.

@Kafka Komedy: Sorry to here that.

To everyone else, glad to see all the interest!

Any fictional universe is allowed. Well, as long as the character is acceptable.

This includes original universes or alternate universes.

Alright. I'll try to restrain myself to using it only as a deus ex machina on behalf of plot.

Also, again, it was a moon, and upon checking it was more like a third than half. Not that it matters.

My issue here is from what I understand of the 40k universe he'd be more likely to be dead then sent off to the UMMA. ^^;

@VitaVitaAR: What I mean is that everything that had happened canonically in the Dead Space universe is still true for Isaac Clarke, but I've added on a bit of this and that to explain why his abilities are more powerful than they were in-game. To do that, I had to make things happen post DS3 (the most recent installment to the DSU) which would make it canon in a sense, but with more added on to it that takes place after every event ever mentioned, it also makes it AU.

Name: Medic
Age: Unknown, possibly mid-30's
Gender: Male
Appearance: A man of science.
Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon
Universe of Origin: Team Fortress 2
Personality: Claims to be a doctor, but his true passion is to perform "experiments" on people for the sake of "science". He especially loves implanting people with baboon organs. Also has an affinity for some silly hats.
Abilities/Weapons: Syringe gun: As the name implies, it shoots syringes. They don't really do much, but they produce excruciating pain upon impact. Also, the syringes somehow heal Medic for slight amounts of health upon a successful hit on an enemy.
Bonesaw: What else do you think bonesaws are for if not for tearing people to shreds? Also it somehow charges the Medic's Ubercharge by 25% (see below).
Medigun: the device the Medic is most well known for. It can cause a person to rapidly regenerate and recover, repairing any injury that has been inflicted and even repairing the clothing. Its most powerful ability, however, is the Ubercharge: an 8 second period of invincibility and increased damage for the person he is healing. Unfortunately, the Medic requires both hands to operate the Medigun, so he can't do any damage himself, but he can reap the benefits of invincibility. However, getting an Ubercharge ready takes time, far longer than how long the actual Ubercharge lasts.
Regeneration: due to the healing device on his back, the Medic is capable of a slightly fast regeneration. It's still faster than if one heals at the natural pace, but it's still pretty slow.
Backstory: Raised in Stuttgart, Germany. Became a doctor when the Hippocratic Oath was no more than a mere Hippocratic "suggestion". Lost his medical license after performing an operation which resulted in the loss of a patient's skeleton. Stole a catering van that was filled with wedding doves, and named one of them Archimedes. Then employed by Redmond Mann as a mercenary in an attempt to steal Blutach Mann's share of land they inherited in their father's will. Appeared in the Multiverse after an accident involving the Engineer's teleporter being sabotaged by the enemy Spy. He offered his services to the Shadow Eternity and is now one of their best doctors, assuming that title could be applied to him.

Alright, let me drop a form here.

Name: Accelerator
Age: 15-16
Gender: Male
Appearance: Link
Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon
Universe of Origin: Toaru Majutsu no Index (A Certain Magical Index)
Personality: Though initially presented as a sadistic individual capable of mass murder, Accelerator has since "reformed"... In a way. Following the various incidents Accelerator has been involved in, he has developed a desire to protect those close to him and repent for his actions earlier in the series. Eventually, Accelerator comes to terms with his own faults and resolves to solve issues in his own way... Regardless of if they're 'clean' or not.
Abilities/Weapons: Known as the strongest in Academy City, Accelerator's ability as an esper is that of "vector control"- by touching an object, Accelerator is able to alter the vectors that are applied to an object. He has also been shown to passively create a reflective boundary around himself that automatically reflects (or dissipates, in the case of magical attacks he has encountered at least once before). However, due to an injury he sustained to his frontal lobe while rescuing Last Order, Accelerator is forced to use an electrical choker that is connected to the Misaka Network; this choker allows Accelerator to function as he would normally, but only allows him a maximum of 30 minutes of his ability or 96 on 'normal' before having to be recharged. Accelerator is also forced to use a modified crutch while not using his powers; this crutch contains a small motor and weight distribution sensors, allowing for it to determine the center of gravity and thus support him a great deal more efficiently. Said crutch is collapsible and has a wavelength-blocking modifier installed by Accelerator himself. He also has shown the capability to produce angel-like wings from his back, which seemingly perform the calculations necessary for his ability and allow him to alter vectors without touching them; however, these wings only manifest during moments of extreme stress, thus necessitating the usage of his choker and crutch.
Backstory: There's waaay too much to state so I'm going to leave a link to his wiki page here (Do note that the page is very spoileriffic, amd seeing as how I'm using the most recent appearance of Accelerator from NT10 as a reference...). Following his battle with Touma in Denmark, Accelerator returned to Academy City, at which point he was made aware that some scientists had managed to create a machine to access 'parallel worlds'... Or so they stated. Due to some circumstances out of his control, Accelerator was thus sent in as a representative for Academy City to the Multiverse, no thanks in part due to some meddling by the Board of Directors and Aleister Crowley.

@Scarifar: Well, neither of them really explain what they're doing in the Multiverse.

... As for the second one he has no real personality and the fear ability is into an area of powers I don't accept. ^^;

@PKMNB0Y: Okay, Accelerator is awesome, but, um, he's also extremely broken. Even with the thirty minute limit, unless you have a very specific kind of ability or know how to disrupt him there's really no way to fight him aside from somehow waiting him out.

... Which is a shame, honestly, um, I love Raildex and the characters from it are awesome but Accelerator is just too far into an area of broken-ness. I'm sorry.
