I am astounded at how lightly everyone is taking this. She's clearly not acting rationally, and if she is not stopped soon she WILL turn on you, even Lyn.

I warn you, because her next post will be an attempt to murder Darius.

No one really knows what's happening to Alaira aside from maybe Ssarak. Either way, I'm going to be making a post moving the scene long.

She is completely terrified as stated earlier and the fact she's **never** seen Alaira this violent has confused her due to her idolizing of her Aunt. Sadly, she is mute and couldn't, even if she knew what was happening, ask the man to stop. Lucius ended up pointing out that Lyn might not know of Alaira's weakness so my PC's hands are tied for now. Unless you want me to risk her life at Alaira's or someone else's hands which I'm sure you don't want that. Right now Ssarak and others are focus on getting out alive and trying to fix this. As mentioned everything the PCs do has a cause and effect, Lucius's mission and Alaira is no exception to this as depending what the Players do will be seen in the requested IC day. After these missions finish up, we'll be doing a a few weeks time skip into the an opening feast like the intro has. Only difference there will not be a demon attack and more of a chance to interact with PCs your characters haven't with yet. So what's the progress on the Roc mission? Just curious and not a rush, namely as I would like to see a post or something by Friday to let me know I'm not massively failing at this. >_<

I apologize because I made a character and a race and even intro'd said character, but I've since lost my will/drive to play Arkaeis. It's not the RP or the world or any of you guys, and it's not even that I have too much on my plate...it's just I don't want to play him anymore. If it would help I can do an exit of some sort, perhaps have him tell the person he's with goodbye and he's changed his mind about the College. I just can't play him, perhaps I'll rejoin with Vasarius if Megan wants to play his fiance/wife/lover (or whathaveyou), but otherwise I just can't and I apologize for that :(

Many players have dropped and returned over the course of this rp and none have ever been denied to return when their muse tickles their fancy. It's a fact of life. Either way, you left a mark and with your permission, we'd like to keep your creation as an optional race namely since one player has made one. Part of me hopes Megan and you will both join again soon as the next act will not be open to newbies, mainly since making them start from the beginning would be unfair to them and everyone. The exit is up to you and Lucius, namely as Lucius could write your PC was sent away and to his room allowing him to get settled in and thus never seen again. If the muse strikes you he can return as if nothing ever happened, still giving you that chance to continue playing him. Some Pcs I've learned aren't as 'active' in some settings or easily played by our muses. Not a bad thing but happens. Anyway, if you make another character then by all means have at and if not, there's still Essence. ;)

Yeah, I can just write Arkaeis off fulfilling his admission and being around, but not really having a spotlight. Sorry to see you go Yoshua, but as Fallen said, should you ever want to come back your character would be around for reclamation. You'll always have a spot here when it suits your fancy.

I wouldn't want you to feel forced to play a PC you had no muse for or kill them off when you might want to come back. Though you might want to consider getting a move onto distracting Darius or letting me attack Kasain because my Essence mind is twitching something awful. With both Emmet and Olivia. >-<
