Gravity sounds interesting. It certainly would help her with flight and such, as well as make her able to move heavier objects.

Sam - Was just a first draft micro, I made his shirt green to give the team shot more color. I'm still working on a few micros touching them up and stuff, Question will be up to par soon enough LOL Diz - I wouldn't say Orbit isn't pulling her weight but we can play it off like she thinks that. No need for additional powers like gravity control, that already goes with telekinesis and moving stuff with your mind. I'd just write it off that your TK fields got weaker for a few days [really making Orbit feel like she's more powerless] before your powers grow and she can effectively lift more weight with her power. If her max weight was a small car, now she can lift a large truck. Anywhere from 2-5 times the weight. There's also the whole using TK powers to fly if you don't already [think you had a cycle before]. After seeing our new Supergirl use TK to boost her strength, speed, and flight, Orbit could try to sharpen her skills and try to take on a TK ability like flight or like above just enhanced strength TK fields for lifting heavier stuff. I have to actually close tonight and get a full shift in so after I go in at 12 I won't be back online till 7 EST. ~KL~

Orbit can 'fly' to an extent, but it's more like she's pulling herself from one object to another. There are certain places where she can't pull that off, but in a city full of buildings, she's basically slingshotting herself between them. She uses the bike because it conserves her energy, plus, she can carry a rider and extra gear if necessary. (Also, she just likes motorcycles.) I think something closer to full flight would work for her. I'm thinking about throwing a few new gadgets her way, too. EMP bombs, sonic disruptors... She is almost (if not fully) League status from last time, right? Hopefully that means she gets access to the fun toys. Also, I know she isn't weak, but she doesn't, and that's really all it takes.

My impression is that Orbit's telekinesis is something based in the world of 'physics' rather than magic or sorcery. One possible theory for the existence of telekinesis would require a fine control over gravitational fields, affecting the individual molecules of the object itself. I think "stronger fields" is to blunt an application for Orbit. Her powers should be more thought provoking, more grounded in science, mathematics and physics. Regardless, its Dizzy's choice.

^^^That's all I was getting at though. Telekinesis and moving stuff with your mind is already effecting the effects of gravity on the object. She doesn't drag objects across the ground often unless they're too heavy, other stuff like her orbs she has floating around and projecting at enemies. Trying to get too science scholar on the subject is what made the Invisible Woman seem OP'ed. Because she can make an invisible disc to float on they say it's telekinesis and gravity control [and it is], but it's still just her making an invisible construct and doing something with it. ~KL~

Hey, KL? While I love the job you did with the micro, I was just wondering if you could add a logo to her chest. It just feels kinda bare. Especially compared to the others. I was thinking maybe a 4-point shuriken, similar to how her face almost has one. Kinda like this: If that's okay. Okay, I'm gonna try and pull off a tiny intro post. I guess this will be Tea's second day, having just joined the team the previous night. So she only knows the way to her room and has only met Ditto. Might as well explore and get lost. Or at least I will. I might not have the time right now.

Whelp, that's my first Question post done. Man, RPing a genius is hard. Far easier getting into the shoes of a savage part-man, part-wolf headcase who has a habit of hurting those closest to him and maintains a murderous vendetta against his granny. What the hell does that say about me!?!

I can't write happy or overly energetic characters, and if I do have to write one (like when I'm writing prose), they're usually side-characters who are there to act as foils to our rather downbeat protagonist and as comic relief. I also find it difficult to write little kids. And tomboyish girls, as well. I can write relatively feminine girls and very androgynous girls, but if I try to write a tomboy? I find it reeeeeally difficult.

I try and write a a little of everything when I can, but newer slang always escapes me. Sam.... INCREDIBLE post. In other news, Phil will officially not be joining the team (at least at this point). Consider him disappeared after the Whitw House. I might do a new character or just sit it out for awhile.
