Name: Misaka Mikoto aka Misaka Imouto aka Misaka-10032 Age: Biologically 15, temporally several months Gender: Female Appearance: Link Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon Universe of Origin: Toaru Majutsu no Raildex Personality: Has difficulty showing emotions, but is protective of life in all forms. Knowledge of society was mostly gained through observation and shoujo manga, leading to a....questionable, understanding about how the world works. In love with Kamijou Touma, and can be territorial in regards to him when Misaka Mikoto is around. Has a habit of narrating her actions in the third person in conversation. Best described as a 'cool beauty' Abilities/Weapons: Radio Noise - Has a weaker version of Misaka Mikoto's Electromaster ability, allowing her to generate a current of 50,000 volts, as well as generating a strong electromagnetic field that has a tendency to scare animals. Misaka Network - A neural link with the surviving Misaka clones, allowing her to share memories and experiences, as well as coordinate actions and aid in collective problem solving. Military training - Via the Testament machine, as well as the Misaka Network, Misaka 10032 has extensive military training in the usage of weapons, tracking targets, shaking pursuers, and the like. Electron Goggles - Special goggles that allow her to see electron beams and magnetic field lines, as well as providing night vision, and greater accuracy when connected to a Toy Soldier Toy Soldier - Actually a F2000R bullpup assault rifle, it is portable, and made of laminated plastic rather than steel. It can detect a target with infrared rays, and uses electronic control to adjust the trajectory in real time to give the bullet the best odds of hitting. This means one doesn't have to worry about wind direction or expected evasion, as the gun itself will adjust, and the wielder just needs to point it at the target. Specially made to absorb shock, recoil, and noise, fires 5.56x45 mm bullets. Metal Eater MX - Actually a Barret M82A1 anti-tank rifle. Prototype model that allows usage of fully automatic fire, with Misaka having been trained how to handle the recoil. Uses .50 caliber anti-tank bullets, and can fire it at speeds of 1200 kilometers per hour Backstory:
Afterwards, on behalf of Academy City, as well as Heaven Canceller's efforts to get the Misaka clones to develop their own individual personalities, she was sent out into the multiverse, to observe and to do....stuff. Honestly, she's of the opinion that this is kinda pointless, but she doesn't have a choice anymore. And it does provide valuable information, so she's just gonna roll with it. Faction: Factionless

Name: Casidhe (or just Cas) Age: Chronologically, 3 years old. Mentally and physically, she is roughly equivalent to an 18-20 year-old. Gender: Female. Appearance: In daylight, in darkness, close-up. Roughly 5 feet tall. Pale blue-grey skin, harder than a human's and craggy in places, like bark. Her "hair" is an arrangement of thick orange petals, and she has bright orange eyes. In the dark, glowing orange veins are visible along her body and along the edges of her hair-petals, and her eyes glow as well. Canon, AU, or OC?: OC Universe of Origin: Guild Wars 2 Personality: Adventurous and nearly fearless, Cas relishes new experiences and will try almost anything once. Though friendly and cheerful, she has a tendency to keep things close to her chest and tries to deal with problems by herself before asking for help. When she first awoke she had penchant for pranks and tricks, although these were always harmless and she has since grown out of them (well, mostly). One thing she did retain from her early years is a love of heights and huge views. Her race can telepathically sense the emotions of others of their kind around them - subsequently, she has some trouble reading the body language of other races without the help of her empathic link. She's gotten a lot better over the years of her life, but she still doesn't always get certain social cues. Her people also tend to be free and generous with their affection, which can lead to some awkward situations among outsiders. Finally, her people have a saying - "A true sylvari should have two hearts: one soft and pliable as hot wax, and the other as hard and impenetrable as an icy diamond. The first, he should show to his companions, the second, to his enemy." True to this, Casidhe's bubbly cheerfulness quickly change when her companions lives are in danger, the girl becoming cold and almost merciless when defending them. Abilities/Weapons: - Two large ornate pistols, essentially mundane revolvers. She has a few special ammunition types she can use to make them more effective: Smoke cartridges, which don't contain any bullets but can be used to mask an escape or cause a distraction; and poisoned shots that leave the target dazed and woozy. - Two daggers, grown from special trees in her homeland. - Cas is surprisingly stealthy for someone with glowing orange hair. She has been trained to move quietly through a variety of terrains and conditions. She is a very agile and evasive fighter, with keen reflexes and a knack for acrobatics. - She is also an extremely skilled airship pilot, although how much use that will be is debatable. Backstory: Casidhe is a sylvari, a race of intelligent humanoid plants. Grown in pods hanging from their mother, the enormous Pale Tree, they first gain awareness inside a mental simulation called the Dream of Dreams. This dream world is built from the combined memories and experiences of the entire syvlari race, allowing the young dreamers to safely learn about the outside world from within their mother tree before they emerge, fully-grown, from their pods. They then go out into the world and feed their experiences back into the Dream, so the next generation of saplings can be even better prepared. The Dream is not quite a hive mind, but it is a constant connection in the back of a Sylvari's mind, and they broadcast their emotions to any others who are nearby. Shortly after awakening, Casidhe knew she wasn’t meant to linger beneath the Pale Tree like some of her kin. One of her first jobs was showing non-sylvari travellers around the grove, and their tales of the outside world kindled a love of adventure in her heart, and she left on her own journey as soon as she was able. After roughly a year of wandering, she encountered soldiers of the Vigil, a multi-racial organisation dedicated to fighting the Elder Dragons (her universe’s greatest existential threat, ancient primordial beings of terrible power). The sense of purpose that the members of the Vigil possessed intrigued the young sylvari, but what truly captured her imagination were the organisation’s cutting-edge magitech airships. It wasn't long before she signed up and set her sights on the becoming a pilot. Although her rise through the ranks was tough, she stuck to her guns with an almost obsessive focus, and after a year she was recognised as one of the better pilot recruits around. Cas’s world has actually known about the existence of the multiverse for hundreds of years. The human race is not native to the planet Tyria. Those that live there now are descendants of a group of humans who came to the world through the Mists (Tyria’s term for the space between the worlds), led by six powerful interdimensional travellers the humans now worship as gods. Tyrian mages and scientists have been studying the Mists for generations, but only recently did they start to really explore them. Casidhe was chosen to pilot one of the early Mistship expeditions, and when contact with the UMMA was made she decided to stay on as one of Tyria’s liasons with the organisation. Faction: UMMA

Name: Kakine Teitoku (aka Beetle 05) Age: Unknown. Appears to be in his mid-teens. Gender: Presumed Male Appearance: Potential Spoilers! (He's on the right.) Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon Universe of Origin: Toaru Majutsu no Index Personality: Teitoku has an innate drive to protect others, especially those close to him. Similar to Touma, he's willing to put his life on the line in order to fulfill that ideal and pushes himself past his own limits to do so. Teitoku doesn't have a particular affinity for control from higher entities, preferring to make his own choices as to what's right and not. That aside, he's also a bit calculative and prefers to not attack unless provoked. Abilities/Weapons: Teitoku has the ability to create and manipulate Dark Matter, which for all intents and purposes ignores the laws of physics at will. It does not function like the dark matter that we know exists in our universe, though. Instead, Kakine is able to create it at will and form it into any shape he wishes. Furthermore, this matter can be used as replacement for organs and body parts, as seen by Kihara Byouri's implementation of the material in her own body. However, this does not come without side effects- A person with Dark Matter transplanted in them will have Teitoku's presence lingering in their mind. As he is, Teitoku doesn't have access to his full repertoire of his 'Awakened' form. He is unable to manipulate an 'infinite' (for lack of a better term) amount of Dark Matter, only able to draw off the reserves he builds up over time. As a being made of Dark Matter himself, he is also able to use Dark Matter to regenerate and manipulate his own body, which includes things like splitting and reforming his body into a multitude of rhinoceros beetles, for example. Backstory:
Following the aforementioned incidents, Teitoku found himself being recommended by Last Order to follow 10032, under the excuse that "'Misaka is Misaka's friend and Misaka's big sister, so you have to protect her!' says Misaka as Misaka points to Misaka as Misaka prepares to enter the portal."... Or so she said. As such, Teitoku's been travelling alongside 10032 as she does whatever it is she's been doing. Faction: N/A

  • Name: Kirisame Marisa
  • Age: 16
  • Gender: Female
  • Appearance: A perfectly ordinary witch. Also like 4'9
  • Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon
  • Universe of Origin: Touhou Project
  • Personality: Kirisame Marisa is a frequent liar and kleptomaniac. She'll steal anything that looks interesting or useful, provided it's not nailed down, and she'll even steal abilities from people she's met. She's also nearly always cheerful, always interested in a fight, friendly or otherwise, and an incredibly hard worker. To master the magic she has, she needed to train for a very long time. For some reason she doesn't like talking about how hard she works, but it's likely that most of her life was spent doing so. Marisa is also very proud of being the "Second best in Gensokyo" to Reimu, as well as being a good thief.
  • Abilities/Weapons: Capable of flight and danmaku use, spellcards listed here. She's also a pretty fancy thief, and carries around what's known as the mini-hakkero for doing magic. Her biggest, hardest hitting spells are all variants on "Master Spark", a massive beam of magic. Danmaku is non-lethal but can damage objects, but lethal versions of some spells are possible.
  • Backstory: Marisa is a proud incident-resolver of Gensokyo, and has participated in the resolution of various incidents. After finding a gate in her closet, she realized she could pass back and fourth between universes. Studying this, she discovered a modification to her base Master Spark could open up portals, and promptly decided to make ventures into the multiverse to steal things and have fun.

  • Name: Aura Bright
  • Age: 19
  • Gender: Female
  • Appearance: "Do I really seem bad to you...?"
  • Canon, AU, or OC?: OC
  • Universe of Origin: Original
  • Personality: A cheerful, bubbly, ditzy-yet-kind-hearted girl... on the surface. Despite her appearance, Aura's true colours are closer to that of a sadistic torturer with an oversized ego. Seeing herself superior to just about anyone and anything, Aura revels in causing others pain and misery, by worming her way into others' good graces and earning their trust, only to trample it underfoot and laugh in their faces. Although she hides her arrogance and contempt well, the slightest miscalculation on her part can reveal just how cowardly and weak she really is.
  • Abilities/Weapons: While offensively limited, Aura is capable of restorative magic, able to heal wounds from scratches to gashes. Gaping holes, missing limbs, and a lack of life is a bit beyond her grasp, however. As a 'holy-oriented' mage, she is also capable of spells that would repel undead foes, though more powerful variants are unlikely to even notice her spells. Her sole offensive ability is to summon a 'holy light', that burns the target on contact. Her real strengths lies more in deception; lying and deceiving her way into people's hearts, gradually uncovering their deepest secrets... and using it against them in the most humiliating way possible. She has become quite adept at her 'nice girl' façade, in order to accomplish her goals.

Name: Ridge Age: 28 Gender: Male Appearance: The Ex-Illusionist Swordsman Maelstrom Canon, AU, or OC?: OC Universe of Origin: N/A Personality: Ridge is egocentric. He's got an oddball personality, and when people talk to him, he'll sometimes appear to be beating around the bush. What it really is is his quirkiness in action, as non-direct statements and questions tend to be answered in a manner that is direct. It's most likely intentional, as one could guess by his sense of humor, but it is not certain. In combat, he is extremely focused on the task at hand, and he uses his personality to get into his opponents' head. He also has a tendency to get highly emotional if someone he cares about is hurt in any way- something he tries to control due to his alter ego, Maelstrom. Maelstrom is the alter ego of Ridge. It is obvious when he is in control, as his eyes bleed due to the effects of stress on the mind. He is much, much stronger than Ridge himself has ever been due to the fact that he has had more time to unlock the powers hidden within his shared body's mind. Maelstrom is also very sadistic and is a known serial killer. Abilities/Weapons: Energy Constructs: Solid white energy he can mold freely into whatever he chooses. Size is a big hindrance ever since his power was taken, however. Flight/hovering: Ridge prefers to float everywhere, and he is fortunately still able to do so after his fall. Fob Watch: Ridge's Fob Watch grants him many abilities on the technological end. It detects hostile intentions and beeps to warn of imminent danger. It is also capable of releasing an electric pulse explosion over a decent radius once a day, and it electrocutes all entities in the blast, as well as inflicts the effects of an EMP of all around it. It tells time, predicts weather, and allows wireless hacking of anything he can get into with his skill set. Energy Form: As his own brand of a final form, Ridge has the ability to turn himself into the energy in which he manipulates. It causes immense pain for him over every inch of his body, but with enough focus, it exponentially increases his fighting ability. Too much use of this also catalyzes a Maelstrom Emergence. Illusions (Maelstrom only): Somehow, Maelstrom knows of a way he can still access the ability to create illusions, but has kept this knowledge barred from Ridge. Backstory: He's never told anyone about his past before his career. He used to fight the multiverse's biggest threats with his friends and his brother. His career was shattered when they found themselves pitted against a power absorber, and he fell victim to the power-hungry villain's appetite. He lost his ability of pseudo-reality bending completely, and he became severely limited in his ability to create energy constructs. He left the group, not willingly, and they dropped him off on a random client world after a heartfelt goodbye to his brother. The rest is to be told from here on in. Faction: Factionless, to be recruited shortly after his first appearance.

Name: Guts
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Appearance:
http://i.imgur.com/8rCFGV7.png
Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon
Universe of Origin: Berserk
Personality: Guts is outwardly very solitary and stoic, avoiding people for a multitude of reasons, the constant demon attacks being foremost. That's not to say he can't make friends; Guts is just not a people person. In fact, he has an aversion to being touched by men.
Inwardly, he carries a force of sheer rage, a hate so pure, so unbridled it carries him across the land fighting demons every night until he can exact revenge on Griffith.

ABILITIES
-Strength- Guts was adopted by a mercenary, and was trained as a child to use a man's sword. As a result, he became accustomed to using oversized blades, and grew very strong as a result. His strength reaches the limit of what can be achieved by a human.
-Swordsmanship- Guts is naturally accustomed to fighting, having spent his entire life working for various groups of mercenaries, and several years fighting demons almost nightly. He can whip around the Dragonslayer like a cardboard tube, and his strength combined with its sheer mass allows him to cleave through flesh, bone, and armor. Chopping through even a men is a feat; Guts can cleave the limbs off of monsters.
-Other fighty stuff- Guts is versed in crossbows, throwing knives, and has a working knowledge of most common battlefield tools.
-The Brand- A small cursed mark on the back of Guts' neck. It bleeds when monsters and demons are near, alerting Guts to their presence. Unfortunately, it also marks Guts as a target; demons are inclined to attack him on sight, and at night they come out in droves to attack him. Its demon attracting effects can be suppressed with regular applications of a seal. However, it can't be fully removed by any means.

TOOLS OF THE TRADE
-The Dragonslayer- "It was too long, too thick, and too rough to be called a sword. It was more like a huge slab of iron." This massive greatsword boasts a heft of over a hundred pounds. Most swordsmen would have a hard time just swinging it, let alone fighting properly. Guts is only able to wield it because he was raised using oversized swords. By slaying countless monsters, the sword has taken on magical properties, and can now harm magical beings that can't be hurt by mundane weapons. As its name suggests, it was commissioned as a weapon able to kill a dragon, but was too large to be used until Guts came along.
-Crossbow- A small, hand-cranked bow that fires small bolts in rapid succession
-Throwing Knives- Small knives weighted specifically for throwing
-Dagger- It's a dagger.
-Explosives- Small explosives that resemble a spiky berry. With a short fuse, they're designed to be lit and thrown. They're not particularly powerful, but can still blow your fingers off.
-Prosthetic Arm- Guts' left arm is actually a prosthetic made of metal; it holds swords via magnets. The forearm houses a small cannon.
-Armor of the Berserk- Guts' most powerful and dangerous tool is a cursed set of dwarf-forged armor. Upon activation, Guts enters a state of pure, blind rage, and several other effects. The body, for example, naturally limits how much force you exert so that you don't harm yourself. The armor negates this, resulting in Guts' already massive strength reaching superhuman levels. He can hit, jump, and attack with power several times greater than normal, resulting in feats like somersaulting several times mid-air while swinging the Dragonslayer. Additionally, it negates pain, and shoots spikes into Guts' body if he receives a fracture, allowing him to fight unhindered until he receives a lethal wound. Unfortunately, this also means Guts can take a lot of damage if it's used for too long. Additionally, the state of rage entered is also hard to leave. After defeating all enemies, he'll turn on allies if he fails to stop.
http://i.imgur.com/u6gWAwG.jpg
-Behelit- A small, egg-like object with human facial features scattered around. It can't be lost or discarded by its owner until it is used.
-Bag- A stylish bag for carrying stuff.

Backstory: 25 years of continuous manga. Here's the short version.
Guts was raised as a mercenary and went through all sorts of tough shit until landing in with the Band of the Hawk, a group led by Griffith. They did all sorts of cool stuff and eventually became renowned. Guts had a romance with a fellow member, then left. Griffith was effected by Guts' departure and got caught shagging the princess, and tossed in the dungeon for the better part of a year. Guts and crew teamed up and rescued Griffith; however, Griffith realized his situation was so bad, he activated his Behelit, and sacrificed all his the entire mercenary band present- Guts included to get branded, marking them to get killed by demons and dragged to Hell. In the process, Guts lost his left arm and right eye, and another member got her mind broken. Griffith became some sort of God (even the manga hasn't clarified what exactly he is and what he can do).
After this, Guts set off on a trail of revenge, hunting demons until he could manage to find and kill Griffith.

After killing the Sea God, the Dragonslayer entered a state of "magic overload". Upon trying a practice swing while thinking very hard how he wished he wasn't on a boat, Guts accidentally cut a rip in space, beginning his magical multiverse adventure.

Name: Subaru Nakajima Age: 16 Gender: Female. Appearance: Barrier jacket, Uniform Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon Universe of Origin: Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (from some time after Sound Stage X) Personality: A boisterous and cheerful tomboy with a with a strong drive for self-improvement and a genuine desire to help others. Subaru is a hot-blooded and determined fighter who puts 100% of herself into whatever she's put her mind to, and who isn't afraid of hardship or pain if it means achieving her goals. She is a straightforward and honest soul, and tends to take things too personally when her efforts to help others fail. Abilities/Weapons: Mach Caliber: Subaru's Intelligent Device, a sentient magical AI built into a set of powered roller-blades. She assists Subaru with the casting of her spells and improves her magical efficiency, while also providing her with transport and tactical advice (as well as generally being a good friend). When not in use she reverts to her standby form, a blue crystal pendant. Revolver Knuckle: Subaru's second Device, non-sentient this time, taking the form of a large armoured gauntlet with two counter-rotating gears. Set above the the wrist is a revolver-like cylinder that is loaded with special cartridges filled with concentrated magic. These can be fired off to dramatically boost Subaru's mana pool. Half of a pair once worn by Subaru's dead mother, Revolver Knuckle is Subaru's main weapon. Magic: Subaru's magic style is a lot more in-your-face than other mages. Full spell list can be found here, but in general she uses magically-enhanced punches and mid-to-short-ranged shockwave attacks. Also notable is Wing Road, a mobility spell that creates a magical path through the air, allowing her to effectively fly using her roller-blades. Barrier jacket: Magical armour that provides Subaru with a substantial increase in durability. Can be summoned and un-summoned at will. Combat Cyborg implants: As a cyborg, Subaru is stronger and more durable than a normal human. Actually activating her implants increases her strength and durability even further, and also allows her to use her Inherant Skill Vibration Shatter, a powerful shockwave attack specifically designed to damage electronic equipment. Backstory: Subaru was born, or more accurately, created as part of a clandestine project to develop powerful cyborg soldiers, cloned from the stolen DNA of an elite mage and implanted with cybernetics at an early age. Luckily, the facility where she and her older sister Ginga were made was raided by the Time-Space Administration Bureau, and the pair were rescued and adopted by a kindly mage - the very same woman they had been cloned from. After this the pair lived a fairly normal life, until a turning point came when she was 11 years old. She was caught in a fire while visiting her father, and was saved by Captain Nanoha Takamachi, the TSAB Air Force's Ace of Aces. She found herself in awe of this powerful, unshakable woman, and was ashamed that all she'd been able to do herself was cry. This, along with the earlier death of her mother, inspired Subaru to make more of herself. Striving to emulate her hero, she joined the TSAB and became a mage. She was eventually recruited into a newly formed special unit and served under Nanoha herself, working to uncover and foil a plot that had roots in the same project that created her (Yes, this is an enormously abridged version of the events of StrikerS. More details are up in the wiki link above). Presently, her career has continued its upwards climb - she joined an elite disaster response and rescue unit, and is regularly rotated into service with the UMMA. Faction: UMMA

Name: Kal-El (Superman) Age: Unknown (Appears to be in his late twenties) Gender: Male
Appearance: 6'3, 235 lbs, blue eyes and black hair. Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon Universe of Origin: DCU (New 52) Personality:Superman is commonly seen as a brave and kind-hearted hero with a strong sense of justice, morality and righteousness. He adheres to a strict moral code often attributed to the small town American values with which he was raised, thanks to his adoptive parents. His commitment to operating within the law has been an example to many other heroes but has stirred resentment among others, who refer to him as the "big blue boy scout." Superman can be rather rigid in this trait, causing tensions between himself and many of the so called "Anti-heroes" he works alongside. To protect his secret identity, Superman has constructed a persona in his civilian identity as Clark Kent. To the world at large, Clark is a mild-mannered and clumsy person. Having lost his home world of Krypton, Superman is very protective of Earth, and especially of Clark Kent’s family and friends. This same loss, combined with the pressure of using his powers responsibly, has caused Superman to feel lonely on Earth (and in the universe at large), despite his many friends, and his parents. The arrival of Supergirl (Kara Zor-El) to Earth in recent years had relieved some of said loneliness. Something significant worth noting is that Superman rarely goes all out. Most of the time, he holds back considerably, out of fear that he could kill his opponent and/or threaten bystanders and his allies. Abilities/Weapons: http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Superman_%28Clark_Kent%29#Powers He has way too many powers to post all of them here. I assume everyone knows what Superman can do, though. Superhuman strength: Superman has the strength to destroy small planets, and has shown to be able to move Earth. Invulnerability: Superman is either resistant or immune to many different kinds of damage due to an invisible bio-electric forcefield that covers his body, mere milimeters from his clothing and skin. The shield is capable of surviving nuclear warheads, allowing Superman to fly through the sun, and even survive a supernova. Flight and Superspeed: Superman is capable of flying at speeds faster than light itself while in a vacuum. On the surface of a planet, however, he is limited to hypersonic speeds. (Around 2000 miles per second.) Enhanced senses: Superman's senses are capable of reaching across entire planets, if he concentrates on using said sense. Heat vision: Superman is capable of projecting beams of intense heat from his eyes, which are said to have the upper limits of the heat of the sun. He is also capable of shrinking the beams' size and preforming a lobotomy through a person's eye, without hurting them. The rest of his powers can be seen in the link above. NOTE: The E-kip device implanted in Superman's neck cuts his physical strength and durable in half. It now takes time for Superman to accelerate to FTL speeds, making his combat speed only hypersonic instead of light speed. Superman's freeze breathe and heat vision can't reach their upper limits, and it takes longer for Superman to absorb yellow solar energy than without the E-kip installed. In terms of strength, think slightly better than the Superman in the Justice League cartoons. Experimental Kryptonian Containment Device: A small chip installed into the back of Superman's neck, the machine acts as a power equalizer and 'kill switch.' The device works by constantly irradiating Superman with small amounts of red sun radiation, as well as being enchanted by powerful magic; this combination keeps Superman from using his full power. The EKCP (E-kip) was created by UMMA as a way to monitor Superman, and keep his powers in check. They theorized that if S.E was able to take control of Superman's mind, he would become a legitimate threat to UMMA's very existence. Inside the device is also a piece of green kryptonite surrounded by lead. If UMMA's leadership, for some reason, needed a way to stop Superman completely, they could activate the kryptonite and eject its radiation into Superman's brain. This will instantly bring Superman to human levels of strength and block off the use of his other powers, as well as putting him through intense pain. The kryptonite will take time to kill Superman, however. Backstory: Superman's origins, in free comic-book form!http://theages.ac/origin/1.html Superman is the most powerful being on planet Earth, an alien immigrant named Kal-El from the planet Krypton who was raised in Smallville, Kansas, to become an American superhero. Raised with high moral ideals, he uses his incredible strength, speed, flight and various other superpowers to fight evil and protect the innocent. In his civilian identity he is Clark Kent, a mild-mannered reporter working for the Daily Planet in Metropolis. He is a founding member of the Justice League of America and a charter member of the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 30th Century. A few months after Darkseid's defeat and the formation of the Justice League, Superman found himself confronted by an alternate version of Mister Mxyzptlk, an omnipotent cosmic trickster, who enjoys screwing with his reality's Superman. The being claimed that he had become bored of his universe's Superman, and had decided to use Kal-El as his new entertainment. After an entire day of being stalked and harassed by Mister Mxyzptlk, Superman attacked him. Mister Mxyzptlk, panicked by Superman's anger, reacted by teleporting him out of the DC multiverse. Superman found himself in an unfamiliar place, surrounded by unfamiliar worlds. When he came in contact with UMMA, he learned that his multiverse was in fact but a small piece of the actual multiverse at large, on the other side of what his multiverses' gods called the 'Source Wall.' Upon discovering this, Superman established a working relationship with UMMA and became one of their agents (though his true loyalties lie with the Justice League and earth.) He has devoted himself to protecting the Multiverse at large, working hand in hand with the rest of UMMA to defeat the Shadow Entity. Superman, despite his new obligations to UMMA, remains in frequent contact with the Just League on earth using advanced quantum entanglement communications technology. He is on constant watch for the return of Darkseid and the armies of Apokolips. For his full history, go here: http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Superman_%28Clark_Kent%29. Be warned, there's A LOT there. Faction: UMMA --- I know, it's extremely short. But I'm using its length to test the waters here, so to speak.

Name: Clifford "Cliff" Nobles Age: 28 Gender: Male Appearance: Look familiar? Canon, AU, or OC?: AU Universe of Origin: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part VII: Steel Ball Run Theme song: The Horse by Cliff Nobles & Co. Personality: Cliff is not particularly noble. An arrogant, immoral braggart, he's also an unrepentant coward who will readily flee at the first sign of trouble and prefers to have a "number 2" position in groups and organizations in order to avoid having to deal with the responsibilities that come with leadership. Tremendously greedy, about the only thing he respects is power which he can readily see is superior to his own. Despite all this, Cliff isn't all bad. He's a rather jovial companion who has no problems socializing and getting along with others, isn't a big fan of betraying his partners and has a good deal of respect towards women. Abilities/Weapons: -Full Force (stand): A stand bound to an engraved Remington Model 1858 revolver, more precisely a 5-shot metallic cartridge version produced in 1868, making it visible to everyone at all times. It can be made to appear and disappear at will, has infinite ammunition, no need to reload, absolutely no recoil and grants the user total control over shots and the increased perception and reaction times needed to mentally guide bullets through fine-tuned motions like avoiding a stand's swordplay at close range. Cliff can have the gun appear and act on its own as long as he's within 165 feet of it and its bullets are effective beyond that distance. Full Force is tremendously durable as well, perhaps indestructible, which allows Cliff to use it as a makeshift melee weapon if need be. Being a stand, it can harm things otherwise immune to bullets. Despite having the size of a real revolver, its shots are quite deadly, powerful enough that Cliff can rely on it despite facing up to things such as cybertronians, magical superbeings and the like*. -JoJo Constitution: Let's face it, it's incredibly hard to make damage stick to people in the JoJoverse. Even against those that should not, by all rights, be that durable. It's not that Cliff is impossible to hurt and whatnot, but he's really hard to incapacitate, can keep on ticking after taking damage and losing amounts of blood that should leave him an unconscious heap in the ground and will make full recoveries from horrific injuries, even out and out maiming, with a bare minimum of treatment. As in, yes, he'll recover lost digits or limbs with a bare minimum of treatment if he doesn't die. Backstory: An only son whose mother passed away soon after he was born, Clifford Nobles grew up idolizing his father, Walter Berry Nobles. At different times in his life a constable, city policeman, county sheriff, teamster, buffalo hunter, bouncer, saloon-keeper, gambler, brothel owner, pimp, miner, and boxing referee, the Nobles elder led a hectic life, rarely settling down in one place for long and dragging his son along with him everywhere he went. Though it was a hard life and he received an education a mother wouldn't approve of, Cliff didn't mind. His father was good to him and made sure to involve him in his every venture, teaching him a variety of skills in the process. Walter Nobles was, first and foremost, a man's man. No matter what he did with his life, he did so as honestly as he could, but if push came to shove he could always rely on his skills with a gun, which was fascinated Cliff the most. As he became older, however, his father's gunslinging skills were the only thing Cliff still respected about his father. He came to realize that it was his insistence with remaining "honest and straightforward" that needlessly complicated their lives and began to lust for money in order to live a life of leisure. When his father was killed, shot in the back by a man he hadn't killed during a duel, it cemented Clifford's worldview and personality. The only memento he kept of his father was the last weapon he wielded, an older model revolver that was nonetheless quite well kept and effective. For Cliff, the weapon symbolized the only positive aspect of his progenitor, the only thing he wanted to remember about him: his ability to overpower others and get his way. It became Cliff's treasure, the only link left to the man he had once idolized and the feelings his father used to evoke in him. It was the incredibly strong emotions attached to the weapon that gave birth to the stand Full Force after Cliff lost the weapon in an area near a Devil's Palm and spent three days looking for it through the sand. So armed, Cliff Nobles became a gunman of great renown, and he eventually came to join the Steel Ball Run race seeking to win its exorbitant prize money and live a life of leisure and luxury. Unfortunately for him, his riding skills were just not up to par and he was rapidly eliminated before he managed to make any kind of impact or even get to use his dangerous stand somewhere the cameras wouldn't see. His luck seemed to change, however, when he was hired by none other by the President of the United States and promised 50 million dollars for taking out two competitors, Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli, and recovering two mysterious items from them. Of course, Cliff was unable to bring down the tenacious pair and was eventually put on full retreat before his life was put in any serious risk. Though he was given treatment for his injuries, the President decided that Cliff's skills were no longer needed and used his mysterious powers to make him vanish from the world, never to be seen or heard from again. Popping up in the middle of a world similar yet different to his own, Clifford might have been doomed to the strange eradication from reality that seemed to befall everyone displaced by the President, until he was found by a Shadow Eternity agent. It didn't take much convincing for him to join. And that is how Hol Horse’s Steel Ball Run counterpart came to travel the multiverses. He looks exactly alike the actual Hol Horse because come on, he fits an Araki’d western world just fine. Faction: Shadow Eternity *results may vary

Name: Patchouli Knowledge Age: Over 100 Gender: Female Appearance: "...can you not look at me like that?" Personality: As you would expect from a magician like her, Patchouli spends majority of her time in her library, and if not, some interior place filled with books. Due to this, she doesn't get much time to interact with people besides the residents of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and learns everything from practically the books. This all adds up to the fact that she is a major introvert, at times not knowing how to properly engage in conversations due to her knowledge coming mostly from books. Other than that, she tends to care greatly for her books or what she considers to be beneficial books, as seen with her annoyances with a certain "Ordinary Magician" coming in all of the time to "borrow" her books and to never return them. Abilities/Weapons: Patchouli happens to carry around certain books that help her initiate her spells. Turns out her spells are based off of the "Wu Xing," or basically the elements. These elements include: fire, water, wood, earth, metal, moon, and sun. Given that all of these elements correspond with a day on the Japanese calendar, Patchouli is usually referred to as the "One-Week Magician." If she happens to be in bad condition due to her chronic asthma, she cannot use spells using more than two elements or the sun/moon element spells due to it being unable to finish the incantation. While all of her spells are danmaku, or non-lethal, there are some that ignore the spell card rules of danmaku. Backstory: A close friend of the self-proclaimed Scarlet Devil, Remilia Scarlet, Patchouli Knowledge was "spirited away" along with their Scarlet Devil Mansion into Gensokyo, located near the Misty Lake. Inside the mansion, Patchouli regulated her own library that was filled with books that one couldn't imagine to exist. She was usually tasked alongside Sakuya Izayoi to keep an eye out for the mansion's "dirty little secret" in case that secret manages to escape from the mansion's basement. When Remilia causes the Scarlet Mist Incident to occur in Gensokyo, the apparent scarlet covered mist draws in the incident solvers, Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame. While Patchouli did not have much more than a short battle with Reimu, she had gotten an annoyance of a thief to this day once Marisa had learned the existence of Patchouli's library. A week after the conclusion of the Mist incident, she happens to run into the two heroines again while trying to get the "dirty little secret" back into the basement. Once that concluded, the residents of the mansion became acquainted with the other inhabitants of Gensokyo. Patchouli happened to be given a mysterious book for a certain "boundary youkai" one day, and upon reading it all, she happened to learn of the multiverse outside Gensokyo. It was interesting because it was obviously much more than an outside world surrounding the land of illusions. Being highly curious, Patchouli used this strange book to help her communicate with the organization known as UMMA. Of course she joined since it would be a good pastime for her due to the fact that the eventfulness of the mansion had died down a bit over the past few months. To say the least, she had managed to make a connection to UMMA's base with her great library. Knowing that no one would bother her in her library, Patchouli knew it would be fine to keep her agent status a secret. Faction: UMMA

Name: Giorno Giovanna Age: 15 Gender: Male Appearance: "Never ending is an ending. That is Gold Experience Requiem." Canon, AU, or OC?: AU Universe of Origin: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Personality: A young man of intense confidence and conviction, Giorno Giovanna has a dream that he pursues with the absolute most of his willpower and strength. With a strong personal code, Giorno takes affronts to his personal sense of justice very seriously, and has devoted himself to helping others by any means he deems necessary. Even so, Giorno is a ruthless, calculating individual, who can unflinchingly perform even the most sickening of tasks if need be. With a cool, composed demeanor, even those that incur his wrath rarely come to know of it until it is too late. Abilities/Weapons: Giorno's extraordinarily powerful Stand, Gold Experience Requiem, has lost some of its power due to residual effects of multiversal travel, but is still quite formidable. The Stand exists outside of time and space, and cannot be categorized using criteria that corresponds to normal stands. Gold Experience Requiem represents an ultimate form of defence for Giorno, and is given that, it is exactly as strong, fast, and precise as it needs to be to defend him at that given moment, is immune to the distortion of time and dimensions, and can act autonomously when Giorno is unable to control it. Its most powerful ability is that to revert an attack to a state of "zero," reverting the attack as though it never happened. Though this only extends to direct attacks made against Giorno specifically, and no one else. Gold Experience retains most of its "life-giving" powers, able to temporarily transform inorganic matter to organic matter or living creatures. He can instinctively sense the location of any "life" created this way, and animals he creates will autonomously seek out any person that they were "created from." Infusing people with life induces a sensory distortion in that person, as their mind moves far faster than their body can keep up with, resulting in intensely dulled reflexes, and a exaggerated sense of time. Giorno additionally wields the Stand Arrow that he obtained from Polnareff. This Arrow seeks out people with great willpower and fighting spirit, and can induce a Stand in those individuals. A person of insufficient strength of spirit will either be rejected entirely by the Arrow, or given a Stand that only serves as a parasite, slowly killing the person. A Stand User struck by the arrow gains additional powers, and a Stand struck by the arrow evolves into a "Requiem" form. Backstory: Born as Shiobana Haruno to an English father and Japanese mother, after his father's mysterious disappearance, his mother moved to Naples, and married an Italian man. His stepfather adopted him, and his name was changed to Giorno Giovanna to better fit in. Giorno's stepfather was a cruel man, who often beat him when his mother way away. Because of this, Giorno had a thoroughly unhappy childhood. However, one day, he found a bleeding man lying in the bushes on his way to school. The man beseeched him for help, and when other, armed men appeared demanding to know where he was, Giorno feigned ignorance, and hid the man with the awakening powers of his Stand. Once they left, the bleeding man asked Giorno his name, and the following week, Giorno's stepfather was beaten by the mafia, and threatened to never harm Giorno again. This experience left a lasting impact on Giorno, and inspired him to use the power of organized crime to help people, rather than exploit them. With this revelation, his hair turned the same golden tone as his father's, and his stand, Gold Experience, fully emerged. As a teenager, Giorno became a member of the Passione Mafia through a series of circumstances surrounding him accidentally killing a low-ranking member, "Leaky-Eyed" Luca. He joined up with a group of Stand Users in the mafia, under the leadership of a man named Bruno Buccellati. After Bruno ascended to the rank of Capo (the vacancy opening due to Giorno extracting cold vengeance on the previous Capo), the gang was entrusted with escorting the daughter of Passione's mysterious boss to him. Through many trials and battles against traitorous Stand Users, they brought the boss's daughter to him, only to realize that he meant to kill her. The gang rebelled against the boss, meeting up with Jean-Pierre Polnareff, a mysterious man who had previously battled against their enemy. In a climactic battle in the streets of Rome, Giorno's stand evolved into an all-powerful form, Gold Experience Requiem, and with it he was able to defeat the powerful Stand of Passione's boss. With the boss dead and Bruno killed in the battle, Giorno became the new boss of Passione, and has since worked toward making Italy a better country with his power. Faction: Shadow Eternity

Name: Takahara, AKA Kamen Rider 15, AKA The Great Leader Age: 57. Gender: Male Appearance: While untransformed, he's a fairly typical salaryman. His various transformations. Canon, AU, or OC?: OC Universe of Origin: Kamen Rider Decade Personality: Takahara is, first and foremost, a henchman. He tends to just go along with things and isn't very bright. While not transformed, he's fairly cowardly, running from combat- he's nearly sixty after all. This goes out the window once he's gotten into the spandex. He has forty years of experience fighting foes vastly more powerful than himself- he's taken so many Rider Kicks and Rider Punches that he can perfectly emulate them. He fights to protect his comrades in villainy with everything he's got- after all, the boss might consider them expendable, but they're still on the same side. Abilities/Weapons: Lockseeds! - Fifteen Arms (Sinister Instrumental)- Takahara's base form, this gives him the Yomimaru, a fairly large sword- it reaches from his feet to his shoulders. It's also the only weapon he can carry between forms. - Eternal Arms (EN-JOY YOUR HEEE-EEELL~)- Born from a Lockseed exposed to a Gaia Memory he stole from the Museum he once worked for, this form is equipped with a dagger called the Eternal Edge and slots for 26 Gaia Memories to grant the weapon various effects- though they're hard to track down these days. - Core Arms (MEMORY! MAGMA! BURN-BURN-BURN!)- Formed from a Lockseed exposed to both a Gaia Memory and a set of artificial Core Medals, this form emulates the power of Kamen Rider Core- a flaming giant formed from spiteful memories of Kamen Riders. This form is easily the leader in terms of physical strength, using gauntlets called the Core Crushers to unleash devastating punches. - Poseidon Arms (SHARK-WHALE-WO-LF-FISH~)- Armed with the Deepest Harpoon, this form can breathe underwater and move rapidly through aquatic environments. - Glaive Arms (JOKER OF RED!)- Arming Takahara with the Glaive Rouzer, this is one of his more versatile forms- the Glaive Rouzer comes with an incomplete set of Rouze Cards. However, without these cards- which require scanning into the Rouzer- this is a fairly weak form, with little in the way of offensive or defensive options. Backstory: Takahara has floated around as villainous organizations have risen and fallen. He started out as a Combatant in SHOCKER before getting transferred to accounting. Then the Kamen Riders broke free and fucked everything up. So he moved on to Destron. Same story. Eventually, he discovered the multiverse as he was hired by Dai-Shocker... and then a pink Kamen Rider promptly fucked up the multiverse AND his cushy job. But at least this setback opened up an endless multiverse of employers. From BOARD to Smart Brain, Takahara's a familiar face among the shady corporations of the Kamen Rider worlds. Takahara's most recent employers have included a museum (that for some reason manufactured USB sticks), a corporation that seemed to have its hands in everything (he ended up doing finances for R&D), and a Japanese pharmaceutical company trying to get in on the "Battling Monsters" craze. But of course a Kamen Rider came and fucked those up too. He's finally settled into a position at Shadow Eternity after grabbing a few things from the ruins of his office at the Yggdrasil Corporation as a severance package to go along with the trophies from a long history of failure his employers have endured. Turns out when exposed to various sources of power, the fruit of Helheim matures into a lockseed reflecting the source. Faction: Shocker+

Name: Jean-Pierre Polnareff (Coco Jumbo) Age: 37 (Unknown) Gender: Male (Turtle) Appearance: The Man, the Myth Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon Universe of Origin: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Personality: A man of honor and courage, Polnareff is seen as a true knight by those who encounter him. However, those who know him personally know that he is a loud, obnoxious, childish klutz, a helpless ladies' man, and the most loyal friend that anyone could ask for. With years of training and battle experience under his belt, Polnareff is a fierce warrior and a strong tactician, though he has a strong sense of chivalry, as well as a flair for the dramatic. Abilities/Weapons: Once possessing a powerful Stand, Silver Chariot, Polnareff stands as a shadow of his former combat prowess. Especially considering that he is little more than a disembodied soul trapped in the Stand of a turtle. Polnareff's host, the turtle Coco Jumbo, possesses the Stand known as Mr. President, which takes the form of a hotel room in which Polnareff's soul resides. As long as the key in Coco Jumbo's back stays in place, any person can enter the pocket-dimension-esque hotel room, which inexplicably possesses electricity and cable television. Backstory: A Frenchman who spent years training with his Stand after his mother's murder, Polnareff's sister Sherry was later raped and murdered by the Stand User J. Geil. After spending further years training and searching for vengeance, Polnareff encountered DIO, who offered him the opportunity for revenge. However, this was a ploy to gain Polnareff's trust, and a mind-controlling flesh bud was implanted in his brain. He was sent to intercept the Stardust Crusaders, Kujo Jotaro and company, and was defeated in Hong Kong by Mohammed Advol. After removing the Flesh Bud, Polnareff joined their quest to kill DIO, extracting his revenge against J. Geil along the way. After defeating DIO, Polnareff continued to fight against evil Stand Users across Europe. This brought him against the boss of the Passione mafia, a powerful, malicious Stand User. Despite Silver Chariot's strength, Polnareff was overwhelmed by the power of his opponent's Stand, and was crushingly defeated. Despite losing an eye and both of his legs, Polnareff escaped with his life. Contacting other enemies of the boss, the gang of Bruno Buccellati, Polnareff gave them the Stand Arrow that he recovered from DIO. In the following battle, Silver Chariot was struck with the Arrow, transforming into the berserk Silver Chariot Requiem. Polnareff's physical body was killed by the boss, but his soul was handily transferred into Mr. President. After the defeat of the boss, Polnareff has served as consigliere to the new boss of Passione, Giorno Giovanna. Faction: Shadow Eternity

Name: Samus Aran Power Suit Zero Suit Age: Early 20s (?) Gender: Female Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon Universe of Origin: Metroid Universe Personality: Typically, Samus is depicted as a melancholic hero who, despite her great achievements, remains incredibly lonely and brooding, and seeks revenge against the Space Pirates, especially Ridley, who is personally responsible for the death of her parents. Yet despite her grueling past, she will help anyone in desperate need of assistance against evil. Abilities/Weapons: Samus’ most notable piece of equipment is, of course, her Power Suit, which has become virtually synonymous with her own identity. This suit was given to her when she first began living with the Chozo, and was built to be fused with her mind, body, and soul. She can curl up into a ball to get into tight spaces and can even release bombs in that position. Beneath the Power Suit, Samus wears a skin-tight body suit known as the Zero Suit. Because of its negligible weight, this suit allows Samus to perform at top physical performance level, and gives some, albeit weak, protection from enemy fire. She also owns a pistol known as the Paralyzer, which auto-charges to fire stunning shots, though unfortunately, it has no lethal capacity. Backstory: Samus Aran was originally a native of the Earth colony K-2L. She was living with her parents, Rodney Aran and Virginia Aran, when, at the age of three, the colony was visited by the Chozo. The Chozo had come in hopes of gaining some of the Afloraltite the colony mined there, but the colony was unwilling to give them any. Samus, however, caught the attention of Old Bird, one of the Chozo elders. The two of them went for a walk, where they began to strike up a friendship. Samus began to call him “Grandpa” and Old Bird introduced her to her new pet, Pyonchi. However, a Space Pirate raid led by Ridley soon commenced on the colony. Samus herself had an encounter with Ridley, where she asked if they could become friends. Humiliated in front of his troops, Ridley attempted to kill Samus, but her mother pushed Samus out of the way at the cost of her own life. Meanwhile, Samus' father sacrificed himself to destroy Ridley’s flagship. Little did Ridley know that, in killing Samus’ mother and attempting to kill Samus, he had succeeded in creating his greatest enemy. Samus was the sole survivor of the attack on K-2L. Eventually, the same group of Chozo found her alone and stranded on the destroyed colony, and Old Bird decided to take custody of Samus. The Chozo brought her to their planet, Zebes, and raised her with Chozo influence. Samus was infused with Chozo blood in order to boost her chances of survival on Zebes; she was later given the powerful bio-mechanical Power Suit built entirely from Chozo technology. Samus trained under the Chozo for many years. By the age of 14, she was already well past the physical limits of ordinary humans. The Chozo were unsure at first of her ability to become a true warrior until they witnessed her compassion for a flock of Iona Faria that had gone insane as a result of exposure to the Bajar Grove. Old Bird told Samus that she had his confidence and she immediately left the planet for the Federation. After the Infiltration of Zebes, Samus, (between 15–17 years old) worked on the VIXIV under General Adam Malkovich. Here she met Anthony Higgs and Adam's younger brother, Ian Malkovich. It is unknown how long she served with Adam’s unit, but long enough to develop a strong relationship with Anthony, Ian and Adam. Adam would always finish his orders with the question, "Any objections, Lady?" as a way of cementing the trust between the two of them. Samus felt like Adam was the only person who truly understood her, Samus grew to view him as her best friend and surrogate father figure. Samus left the VIXIV after the death of Adam's brother, Ian, whom Adam sacrificed to save 300 innocents on the Lusitania. After she left the Federation, Samus vanished completely, abandoning her post in the GF Police. She states her reason for doing so was that she was still young and relatively inexperienced at the time. Samus did not resurface until a few years later; by this time, she had become universally-renowned as a Bounty Hunter by single-handedly hunting down numerous Space Pirates, including stopping an assassination attempt at the inauguration of Chairman Keaton. So much of her life during this time is shrouded in mystery that the public believes her to be a male cyborg, not the same woman who graduated first in her class at the GF Police. Faction: UMMA
