Details - A select group of elite League of Shadow members given Dr Kirk Langstrom's Man-Bat serum. Sonic echolocation, flight and amazing speed is offset by the brittleness of their hollow bones. They come armed with bladed weapons, bolas, and shuriken.

Powers - Ra's al Ghul is a superb fighter, perhaps the most deadly sword wielder alive. Al Ghul has had centuries of training and practice, making them more than a match for Batman himself. Through use of the alchemical Lazarus Pits, al Ghul has been able to prolong his life considerably and can also transfer his soul into other bodies through ancient rituals. In addition, Ra's has a mind naturally inclined towards science and analysis. They are an excellent strategist and tactician. Over his centuries of existence, Ra's has amassed an enormous amount of information, resources, and wealth. She keeps several hundred clones of her current body, meaning she has a surplus stock of replacement organs and tissues for whenever she is injured.
Weaknesses - Despite his enhanced strength and agility, Ra's is no more durable than a normal human.

Powers - Merlyn is one of the most skilled archers on the planet, perhaps the greatest after the passing of Oliver Queen. His skill is so great that he has been seen to shoot arrows out of flight, ricochet arrows off of surfaces and even strike several targets in the same move. He is also a trained hand-to-hand combatant. While not quite at the level of true martial artists, he has more than enough skill to dominate the uninitiated. He has been entrusted with leading the Seven Men of Death, which means not only is he one of the most deadly assassins of the Shadows, but Ra's trusts his tactical prowess as well.
Weaknesses - Merlyn is no longer as young as he once was, not as fast or as strong. Some even say his eyes may be going. However nobody has ever been stupid enough to say it to his face.
Appearance - Merlyn wears a darker version of the costume once donned by Oliver Queen.
Weapons - Merlyn's bow is a true technical marvel. It features multiple choices of draw weights for targets at different ranges or requiring different stopping power, hydraulic assisted arms, laser sighting, automatic reload system and is bio-metrically tuned to magician himself. While he does prefer to use regular carbon broad heads, he will use 'trick arrows', when it is called for. Trick arrows include tazer arrows, thermite arrows, fragmentation arrows and tranquilizer arrows.

Powers - Ross's most obvious power's are the strength his bull like visage would give him. He possess incredible strength, able to lift well over thirty tonnes. His speed is also impressive, able to run at a dead sprint of almost thirty miles per hour. Perhaps at odds with his brutish visage, Manotaur also has a genius level intellect. He has developed his own armour and weapons, most of it by combining alien technology with human innovations. His armour contains its own forcefield that is more than strong enough to withstand a direct blast from a tank shell.
Weaknesses - While intelligent, Ross easily falls into beserker rages. If inflammed enough his more animal instincts will take precdence over higher level thinking. When that happens he becomes just as much a liability as a asset to his fellow Men of Death.
Appearance - Manotaur appears like a minotaur from ancient myth. His armour is designed to evoke that worn by the hoplites of old.
Weapons - Manotaur's prime weapon is his rail gun, a rifle capable of blasting through plate steel. If foes make it to close combat distance Ross will equip his battle axe.
Notes - He and the Heretic serve as the Men of Death's main muscle. Manotaur started off in Kingdom Come, and to my knowledge DC have never used him since.

After being bitten by the wandering spider of the Amazon her skin now has the property to produce the toxin/venom of the creature. Her "death touch" is simply her delivering a large dose of the spiders venom upon contact. A very capable martial artist and gymnast able to spar with Lady Shiva. She is an expert tracker able to stalk her prey and zone in on them from across the world
Weaknesses - The Wanderer is no hardier than an average human being. She neglects wearing armour to instead allow her to bear more skin to more effectively transmit her venoumous touch. This however means she is easier to injure, needing to rely on her speed and agility to out-maneuver her foes.

Eventually Ra's tired of her, and sent Merlyn to track her down and bring her in. Then he offered her a simple choice. Either start working for him, or die. She chose the former, and has never looked back.

Her most deadly ability is one far less austentatious though as she can absorb all of the heat from outsider sources, generally used to reduce the temperature of people's bodies until they freeze to death and reduce the heat of her surroundings. As a result, heat based-weapons strengthen her rather than weaken.
Weaknesses - Alice's strengths lie entirely with her powers. She has no close combat skills to speak off.
Appearance - Alice is 5'4" with a slight, waifish figure. She seems ephemeral, almost as if she's just stepped out of some storied, fairy-tale land rather than being a deadly assassin.

Powers - Black is the heavy hitter of the Seven, a skilled telekinetic and telepath who is capable of very precise uses of telekinesis or massive and powerful strikes. He can give foes the equivalent of a stroke by telekinetically pinching the blood vessels in brain or emit offensive blasts and erect shields over himself and others. He was also able to create very detailed illusions on a vast scale, and could theoretically telepathically control thousands of minds at the same time, though the strain on his own psyche would be astronomical.
Weaknesses - Black has very few. He is undoubtably the powerhouse of the League, only ever released to handle the most delicate of missions. Perhaps his only weakness is the tight leash Ra's keeps him on, and the drugs he's fed keeping him from true free will, stunting his powers and reaction times.
Appearance - Black has the stringy, sinewy build one might equate with a weasel or a rat. Some kind of rodent anyway. Don't be fooled though, he doesn't need to look tough to be able to crush you.

He especially wanted to open the eyes of Superman, chief amongst the morally upstanding paragons of the day. He wanted to show the man of steel that the only way to truly deal with villains was to kill them. Time and again he met with failure, Superman's resolve proving far to difficult to break. Eventually it was Manchester who was on the verge of giving up, when he was approached by Ra's al Ghul. Ra's offered him the chance to be part of an orginisation that could really change things, that would one day be at the center of a revolution that would be an end to costumed villainy. Manchester accepted. Ironically Ra's has been manipualting the telepath ever since, using hypnotic suggestion, drug therapy and twisted alchemy to bend Black to his will.

Powers - Seems to be merely human, but if that is the case then he is challenging all the pre-conceived notions of what being ‘merely human’ can achieve. Weaknesses - Suffers from bipolar disorder, which he must takes medication for. It impairs his judgement. Extreme heat may be able to melt him, and extreme cold may be able to make him brittle. Also the most likely member of the gang to challenge King's leadership

Powers - Super speed, and all that entails. When she activates her powers her body is enveloped in a skin tight invisible aura that protects her from friction and wind shear. She is essentially invincible while running.
Weaknesses - Dakota is deep thinker. While her powers would benefit from someone who makes snap decsions she instead spends her time pondering the effects her actions might take. She's unskilled in the use of her powers, often running into things that she should be able to avoid, and terrible at stopping. She isn't entirely sure she agrees with the RFG's mission.

Taking Johnny's formula for super speed she became a vigilante, killing several small time crooks. She was then recruited by King. However she is starting to have second thoughts about her new hardline principles, her faith in the RFG's cause wavering.
