Well, I said earlier that Vee would prefer if the group met after hours, because when the Cafe is open she needs to attend the counter, and she doesn't want to scare away the customers. The group can meet just before the store closes though, and Vee can join a few posts in.

Well, I said earlier that Vee would prefer if the group met after hours, because when the Cafe is open she needs to attend the counter, and she doesn't want to scare away the customers. The group can meet just before the store closes though, and Vee can join a few posts in.
I was going to say after hours first, but I figured the atmosphere of the cafe would be cool to describe. But we can do after hours. I'm fine with it.

Yeah, closing hours seems like a much more polite time to arrive. As for the reason, I assume that Rohrbach has asked all of us to meet him there, probably kept a bit late of course.

I get the feeling Rohrbach didn't plan so far ahead to specify Vee's place. I find it more likely he said "We should meet somewhere tonight." And Vee said "My cafe would be a good place" and then he nodded absently because he'd already returned to his work.
