I'll be avoiding the subject of semblance for now, since others have addressed that, and focus on instead: Snip out the backstory and named attacks and save them for later. Most all of our characters have bios, but I would rather them be explored IC than simply be revealed to everyone.

The moment someone said he didn't know what digimon was I lost my respect for him. Then again it's not like I know much about digimon either.

I am fairly confident you want to use different wording than "slice through everything" at the very least. From the top of my head, I am fairly certain slicing through one of the acid shells discussed earlier for example would melt the sword in half. My character uses a solidified shadow for weapon, we could bash heads endlessly about which would be the one getting sliced using much of pseudo physics and hate each others guts for all eternity. All I ask is a bit more detailed explanation.

Yukihisa forces his opponents into using different fighting styles against him. Against people and the likes, Yukihisa mixes various strategies and fighting styles to utilize a single hybrid battle style that can fluently transition from one strategy to another.

As a team member, Yukihisa boasts a flexibile role in his team, as he can perform different kinds of tasks despite only having a sword.

Yukihisa will never accept an “assassination mission” of any kind, and will always try to show himself to his opponents before he begins battle.

Between a lustrous woman who pretends to need help and an aged man who desperately needs someone who could stand for a good cause, Yukihisa would instantly choose to help the man without any hesitation.

As a team member, Yukihisa strives to help any inner turmoils his allies face, regardless of how light it is.

He tends to think outside of the box

though he may branch away from certain rules and orders given to him to do what he believes is just.

Everyone seems to have covered concerns regarding his capabilities but I wanted to say something about him as a character. This is just my opinion but I think he's too perfect both in combat and as a person in general.

This basically says that he can use a multitude of different battle styles so he is never predictable, he can perform almost any role within his team, he's infallibly righteous always doing the right thing no matter the cost, he always helps his teammates through anything they're going threw, he's independent and spontaneous and not afraid to challenge authority to do the right thing. Congratulations you've just constructed the RWBY equivalent of Superman.

He's got to have some flaws or something, some personal trauma, weakness in his fighting, a breakdown of his ability to communicate with other people, anything really but he can't just be perfect.

I have gathered feedback. - I will remove the Background. - I will remove the Known Abilities. - I will edit the Semblance so that it does not pass through Auras. - Add in a Weaknesses section, as Yukihisa does have very glaring flaws such as mocking those who praise him and ignoring the advice of those other than his teammates (he considers getting along with his teammates as a mission rather than a social bond), which is something that can be explored later. He also has glaring weaknesses such as having little resistance against weapons that do not utilize Dust and flying Grimm monsters. - I will clarify how Arbiter's semblance works. Masamune actually doesn't physically cut anything when Arbiter is activated. When it strikes anything with the single attack, it will detect whether the target is organic or not first. If the target is not organic, whether or not the sword passes through the object is up to the object's durability. If the target is organic, it will deliver a huge shock into their nerves sent to their brain no matter where he hits them. My English is limited, so I didn't notice that I put in some misleading description for Arbiter. - Yukihisa is supposed to be an absolute -sshole to those who do not live up to his expectations or those who cannot protect themselves, as seen in his Background (which will soon be deleted). No matter how much he protects a certain person, he will insult them in some form. I will clarify how huge this influences his thoughts and emotions, as he's not supposed to understand everyone- let alone, anyone. Also, I am sorry if I have made a bad impression on anybody here. I did expect for me to have trouble in fitting into this environment after looking past the first Volume of the roleplay (as well as the second one). If it makes you feel comfortable, I can step out and cancel my Waiting List position. Until then, I will continue to fix the CS.

I don't really understand why people are adding separations between theirs and an others collab. While it makes sense and is fine for PM's, a collaboration post is meant for two people to write together. Two viewpoints can combine in a collab. Adding in a bunch of clarifications and pauses between the two is just jarring. Collab 4 Lyfe.

And I mean that--a person named Stella once tried to apply, then did what can only be described as a self-pity tantrum after I gave her sheet some criticism. Don't give a proverbial rat's ass about if your work makes someone comfortable; just keep around, keep improving, and everything will be fabulous. @Tear, in the interests of moving things forward, I'm authorizing you to make the recommended edits to your collab and post it. The main problem, and the only one that certain needs addressing, is that of a certain musical number. @Loki and Agent, I did indeed find all those separators hazardous to the flow and continuity of the piece. While not necessarily bad, you might ask me for feedback next time, as most of the other pairs did. Several positions aim to be filled in Beacon's staff, and many of the older sheets need to be updated for phased out. For instance, I could modify Algernon's sheet, but someone with a better idea for an awesome math teacher could post theirs and harmlessly usurp the position. Basically, now is the time to make teacher sheets and volunteer to play those teachers. Please! Vent some ideas! Additionally, I am now putting in place a drop-dead-date, or 'D3'. Two days from now, on Sunday night, we're moving on. The collabs, finished or not, are consolidated, and we're heading to the next class. Since writing about history and math is fairly boring, I'll gloss over those, and we'll have lunch, and directly after that, two more periods that can be Grimm Studies, Practice, Survival, or Armory, and after that, a final period of psychology. Hell, I'll just put up the schedule on the OP. Make it a lot easier. Anyway, I'll want your collective opinion in deciding the schedule, so make some noise for me, okay? Confer with your team each day for which class you'll want to be in, for the choices. For instance, if the rest of SASG and I agreed, we could take Grimm studies one day, and Armory the next. The choices will allow us to split into smaller groups for more interaction in select classes.
