"Ah, screw it, let's just go for an easy carrying junk around for someone job. I'm not looking to solve all the worlds problems today." Mayat said as she grabbed a job request for help delivering verious things. She walked back over to the main group and motioned to the Princess, Edo-Sasha, and Edo-Trinity that she had a job they could do, choosing to ignore the Lazari (Lazarusus?) and Sayuri, since they weren't particularly important to her at the moment. Mayt glanced as Angelo as he suddenly re-materialized and walked past him, and let out a sigh. He turned to follow Penny, muttering "We were all in a tiffy last night over Wes, and here he is..." He continued for a bit, before just sighing and shutting up, trying to decide how much he wanted to bet that Sayuri was going to get them all in trouble.

Jayce was currently patrolling around the perimeter of the building, keeping the average passerbys from getting near, and also mumbling to himself. "...If I go in...I'm probably going to die...if I don't...I might never find out what happened..." Back and forth, back and forth, Jayce kept on pacing, eventually lighting a cigarette by just digging the end of the cigarette into a hot red lacrima ball. Holding it between the index and middle fingers of his artificial hand, he kept pacing, simply letting the smoke waft up and occasionally puffing it to keep it going. "...I really hope that whatever's down there gets cleaned up..." Jayce took to sitting on a rock as he waited, keeping his eye on the perimeter and tapping his heel against the ground rhythmically, impatiently watching the building. Nori soon came back, having finally convinced the Rune Knight that she could, in fact, write. Sitting by Jayce's side, she watched the building with him, growling as she felt the presences within the building, her hair standing on end.

[Damian] Damian looked out a window towards the hills just outside of Magnolia. "Like I said, when word of the Council's exposure gets out, Dark Guilds are going to be looking to move in on Light Guilds, aiming for the most powerful first." He draws one of his sabers and looks it over, checking the edge before sheathing it again. Until he could get a proper rest with a good meal, maybe some pie, he would be extremely low on magic energy. "And Phoenix Wing has a great big bulls eye painted on it after the last few months."

Trin stepped away from Karn as the other got angry and pushed her away. It wasn't usually a good idea to get in her way when she was mad. She had made her way closer to Edo-Sasha by the time Jamie had assigned her to a mission with Edo-Sasha and Mayat. She approached the former and waved with a soft smile, before moving to stand against her back, hands on her hips. When Mayat motioned for them to go, Trin slipped under Sasha's arm, snuggling up against her as they'd walk. "Alright, Karn. Show me in, but then you turn around and leave right away, alright?" Trinity started to move toward the building, carefully, keeping her bow and an arrow at the ready. If the others were fighting, then there was less to worry about, but she couldn't let her guard down. "Lead the way, Karn. If you think we might get caught up, turn around and go, right away."

[James] James had been listening to Karn and Trinity converse the entire time and shook his head. He couldn't let them go back into that building, not with the magic power he was feeling and it's instability. Walking over, he grabs them both, after stowing his shield on his back, and bodily drags them away. "Oh no, you two will stay put. I've already watched enough crazy potential self sacrifice today and I'll be dead before I just watch anymore." His grip was rather firm, so short of derobing, the two wouldn't be getting away. On top of that, he could us Judgement, a trap magic of his, to keep them in place if he had to.

"So what's your story?" Jarvis looked to Joshua with a hard stare. He looked away, and didn't appear to going to answer. He still stayed in a protective mannor near Amelia, and looked about, noting that Sasha and Lazarus were still there. So he didn't have to worry about them, out in Edolas. Here, he knew where they all were. He didn't care about the going ons of the Edolas Guild at the moment, nor did he think they would be much help. He looked back to Joshua after a few moments and said "I'm damaged, like everyone else who joins the guild. My past, present and future is interwined with Master Jamie's. I will protect the guild and those of the guild with my life" Ben eagerly darted out of the guild, eager to be of help, and eager to comply. The boy, in the throves of adolescence, had that gangly look of someone getting use to their body, despite the continue growing. His black hair was shaggy, and kept fallong in his eyes, but he was happy. He darted to Lizzy's stable, happy to do anything with the legion. penny looked at Mayt for a moment, wondering how hard he had been hit. Had he been out of it, even for a few moments? "Master Jamie seems to think the Wes here is the Edolas version. So I guess he thinks the Wes's traded places" she said, giving a shrug. She nodded "probably. But then if she didn't, how would we know she was Phoenix Wing Material?" she chuckled, continuing to walk. "Sayuri!" she called, on the off Chance the girl might answer. And then things just seemed to go to hell. She stopped dead as she saw the Lizard man, and had to stop herself from attacking him, seeing Angelo surrounding a strange figure. The reason for the strange magic, she believed. "Wonderful" She sighed heavily, and figuring that it was going o be dangerous, she changed into her Phoenix Form, following Angelo. master Jamie had thought of that. And then dismissed it. After all, that had been when most of the guild was still here. And half of them were now in Edolas or still tied up in the council building. She looked to Rutger and Vincent, pursing his lips. They could help defend the guild, surely. But that still only made four of them, and from the looks of it, Damian was as tired as she herself was. "well. We will deal with that as it comes. How about some pie?" Edo-Sasha smiled at Edo-Trintiy, and as she snuggled up against her, Edo-Sasha comfortably wrapped her arm around her. "so we take the princess out, let her do what she wants and complete an easy job. Sounds good" she said, following Mayat.

"Given how protective you seem to be of Amelia, you must've lost someone and she reminds you of them." Joshua said, watching Amelia as she slept" However, given as to how it really aint my business and you obviously don't want to talk about it, I really shouldn't have asked. Especially considering how I would be unlikely to share my own. By the way, what are you gonna do with her when we get back home? I doubt she has a home if she's joining this guild by herself and I doubt hotels are going to let a young girl stay in one of their rooms without asking questions. Also, I doubt she has any money."

Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent listened carefully to Damian, and felt a spark of excitement come to life inside him. Battles with Dark Guilds. Now that would be interesting to say the least. However, Jamie seemed to brush the threat aside, and instead offered them pie. Vincent, taken aback by the offer, shrugged as his stomach growled. All the excitement had made him hungry it would seem. "Sure. Might as well." He said simply, taking his gloves off and stuffing them in his pocket.

[Damian] Damian chuckled in spite of himself and nodded to Master Jamie as Vincent replied. "Master Jamie, I think some pie sounds amazing. And when you've got some free time, I need to talk to you privately." He waved his hand and a ghost of the new swords he summoned during his fight with Grane appeared before fading. He still didn't have nearly enough magic energy to solidify one of his swords, but that was fine. He didn't rely on magic for everything anyways.

"Okay." Karn nodded a little at Trinity's words, about to transform again until the armored man firmly grabbed them both. Curiously, the blonde looked to James as he flat out refused for them to go back into the dangerous building. He supposed he didn't really blame the armored man for denying them, especially Karn since he probably didn't look the best right now. Still the short boy hummed as he dragged further away from the building before simpy casually hugging the armored man. "Okay JJ!" Karn chirped cheerfully. Edo-Karn watched as the youngest boy of the Guild eagerly did as they said and ran off to Lizzy's stable. He was at that age when they took him along on easy missions occassionally. Course his sister may have baby'd him a little, he was a good kid. It was a little surprising he was the Ice Queen's little brother. Hopefully he didn't turn out that way. He'll start bragging he's got a harem or something if that was the case. The blonde would like to take him out more, but it's been a bit too dangerous as of late. Now even more so. As they waited for Edo-Sayuri to lead the Legion, watching her carefully just in case while also keeping a eye on Ben, the blonde spared a glance to the group leaving on the job when they exited the Guild. "Try not to get in trouble girls." They said, giving a slight wave to them.

Edolas Sayuri

She smiles and pats the girl on the back, "I think the two of us are going to get along just fine. So what's your name? she walks outside towards her leigon. When she reaches it she starts stroking it's neck, "Hey there Tsuki hope you weren't to lonely out here. These two are okay they won't hurt you. Let's hurry to the stable I don't want to get spotted so quickly," she follows closely behind keeping a hand on her mount. the whole time a light growl kept going the entire timem eyes focusing on the two strangers, "Too bad we'll have to keep her in there though. A white leigon attracts attention unfortunately to let her out too much while I'm here."

Angelo heard what Wes said and decided to do whatever he could to help surround their target so Angelo called out "lightning magic; Zues armor mode!" Angelo called out and immediately his electrical armor formed around him and he went to an end to try and corner their target he didn't know who the target was or why he was told to surround him but it didn't matter because he was trying to help then he saw a light and something in the room changed... (that's all im saying cause I don't want to assume where in edolas right now. im tired and going to bed)

Trinity suddenly found herself moving backwards! That was interesting, she was supposed to be moving forward. With a stumble and a curse, the girl identifies the cause. "Hey, dammit!" She struggled for a moment before relenting. She couldn't hit him very well from her angle, so she'd just have to think of something else. She had an idea, but she'd have to be clever if she didn't want anyone to notice. He'd notice, but she would just have to hope he'd realize she must have reasons to disguise her magic behind another. She turned and fired an Ice Arrow into the ground behind her, but before she looses it, she creates a small Energy Make defensive barrier inside the hand grabbing her shirt (she could only be so precise, so quickly, because he was so very close). After creating it, she expanded it quickly, aiming to force his palm open and his hand away. The Ice Arrow would splash up, and hopefully engulf his hand without catching her, as well. She had to be quick to roll away and turn to face him, guard raised to him. "I never said anything about sacrificing myself, so keep your presumptions to yourself. And don't-" She stopped, turning and looking over her shoulder, at the building. This other sensation, growing stronger. It wasn't like that fearsome pressure she felt. It was like she was reaching through a door that had only just been opened, and feeling the difference in the air between a building and an annex. "That's... different."

The talk of Dark Guilds made Rutger nervous. Damien was right, Phoenix Wing had made quite the name for itself over the past few months. That was why Rutger had heard of them and decided to come join. Any Dark Guild that wanted revenge on them, or to raise its reputation, or even to simply deliver a blow that said to the rest of the magical world "we are not afraid," would see Phoenix Wing as a target. And with all the other guild members gone...But then, Damien and the master were talking about a defense system. Master Jamie didn't seem very worried regardless. "Yes, please. Thank you." Rutger said when Master Jamie offered pie. He was quite hungry himself after his travels; now that he thought about it, he had only eaten a few meager meals to keep himself going over the last few days. His supplies had run out and he had tried to save his money where he could for the purposes of paying Guild fees or whatever he needed in Magnolia town. He only had around 15,000 Jewels left in his wallet. However, when Damien summoned up the ghostly images of several swords, Rutger forgot about his hunger. In anticipation of the pie he had taken a stool at the bar, and now he leaned forward on the seat eagerly. "Mr. Damien, is that Re-Quip magic?" he asked. For all his reading, he hadn't actually seen other types of magic aside from his own and that of any magical beasts he had encountered on his travels. @HeartlessAngel @Caits @Zarkun

Lazarus The on-goings around them were strange. "This would make a wonderful story. There is a plot twist every second." He grinned a little, before nudging Sasha. "It's probably best we stay out of this for now and just listen. Perhaps we can pick up a few things we shouldn't know." Edo-Lazarus He had already bowed his head to the floor, speaking to master Jamie. "You're... you're wrong... Everything I did... I did for the people. I did not murder the king, and I most definitely spoke out against it. What can one man do... against an entire council? I was lucky to be spared that day, being one of the few loyal remaining commanders to the true king." He sighed. "I did everything within my power. But it wasn't enough." He almost felt like tearing up, Master Jamie's booming presence looming over him, but then he heard that voice. That sweet, innocent voice. He knew, but he dare not look up. She was lost under his watch. Taken away for her safety or not, she could've been kidnapped and killed for all he knew. He refused to look at her still. "I never called off the search for you..." He smiled a little. "I've still been looking for you." He forced himself to look at her. "Princess Liana." He smiled a little. To her, his face would've aged a fair amount, but he would still have the same presence, and friendly feeling.

Jarvis looked at Joshua, his expression mildly annoyed as well as serious. He looked back to Amelia, then said "You must not understand this Guild. We would not just leave her on the street. We have dorm rooms, that any member can use. We do have a price per month, but she is just a child. she will be staying at the guild" He purposely chose to ignore everything else Joshua said, looking back over to him, he crossed his arms over his chest. "You might not believe this, but one person can do a lot. One person can stand up against an army. She will get stronger, and her moral's already point towards needing to protecting. She will one day be stronger then she probably thought possible. You look at her and see a defenseless child. She isn't" Of course, that he did, just a little bit, but that was worry,, that was his own experiences. And Amelia seemed to see herself that way as well. "You can defend yourself all you want. You didn't fight. if you were loyal, you would have given your life"Edo-Jamie said, disgust entering her voice. Edo-jarvis stepped up, as if to say something, but his Earthland counterpart's voice, strong and echo-y traveled down to them. "...one person can do a lot. One person can stand up against an army..." Edo-Jamie said "It didn't matter if you couldn't stand up to them. You say you are loyal, you say you follow the one true king. But you didn't give your life for him. You just stood by and let him die. And hat is as good as being a traitor" He turned away, and walked up the stairs, not wanting to, perhaps unable to, deal with Edo-Lazarus anymore. Liana bit her lip, uncertainty creeping into her expression. She hadn't been taught how to act in a situation like this, and it made her feel off balance. "I know. There's always rumors in towns, whenever I went out. They scared me, at first, because I thought someone would recognise me, even i n disguise. But they didn't. I wasn't lost under your watch. I was taken away at night. Father took me to a cabin in the woods, and then Jamie and Jarvis came. You weren't on watch" That seemed important, "I have to go. The others are waiting for me. It will be okay, Lazarus-San" She smiled slightly, and then jogged up the stairs, looking about, and seeing Mayat, she went over, leaving Edo-Lazarus with Edo-Jarvis. Master Jamie smiled, and took out some pie from under the counter. He gathered some plates, and cut a piece for them all, as well as some fruit juice of undetermined flavor, at least to Jamie. Hesitating briefly, she knelt for a moment, and nudged a Lacrima, his guild mark, currently on the lower part of his arm, glowing for a moment. He stood up, and passed the pie over, listening for now. Sasha nodded, watching what was going on. She didn't know the history of this world, at least for the last 100 years. It through her off, made her uncertain, and unsure of what to do. It wasn't like she could just wipe up her ice dragon and attack enemies. Nor was it that she could really ask what was going on, it all seemed so serious. "how are we meant to help, when we don't know anything?"

[Damian] Damian shakes his head, indicating the cutlasses that he was wearing right then as he took the pie and thanked Master Jamie for it. "No, though I am familiar with Requip magic. I use what's called Blades magic. Except for four sets of blades that took months of training and practice to summon in their full forms with hilts and everything, I can only summon the blades. Speaking of," concentrating a moment, his magic circle appears under him and changes from black to green and then to it's normal orange. He then summons a single knife blade, the same thing he'd summoned to kill time when he wasn't resting. "As you can see here, this is nothing more on my finger tip than the blade. However, just because it's only a blade doesn't limit it's usefulness and enemies can't turn them on me."

Mayat watched as the others started following her, as she got outside, she looked at the others. "Alright, anything anyone needs to get? No? Good, we're heading north to Ailongam where we need to carry some things around and keep people from stealing it for a couple hours. Should be easy and give us all time to talk, which is all I really need to do right now. So let's go." Mayat dexterously folded the paper up and put it in one of her pockets, murmuring something about stupid women's pants having none of them, before starting to walk towards the north end of town. Mayt nodded, following Penny. "Right, okay." He chuckled a little at the Phoenix Wing material comment, and kept up with Penny best he could. When they reached the chamber that the fighting had been going on, he whistled. "Looks like getting out of this building is going to be just as hard as fighting this guy at this rate." He drew his Katana, slowing to a normal, careful walk as he moved near to Penny. "Judging by what I've seen of Phoenix Wing thus far, the'll survive a building collapsing." She put a hand on Karn's shoulder, smiling, and looking pleased with herself. "As for the weird power, another corpse wont help anyone but me, and I have no reason to get in this fight, yet." She looked at Trinity and James.

Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent took his seat, and a giant gulp of juice, before examining the blades himself. It was a unique type of magic, not one he had heard of. Re-quip magic, he had. Then again, he doubted many people had heard of his own magic either. He smirked, taking a knife from his belt. It was pure white, with no handle to speak of. "Well, if we are all showing off our magic, I suppose I should let you all at least have a peak at my own." Lazily, Vincent tossed the knife behind him, the end rooting itself into the floor. Vincent took a bite of his pie, chewing for a second, before his body body disappeared. The air was suddenly filled with a slight electric charge, and Vincent reappeared beside his knife, arms folded. "I call it White Raijin Magic. I can charge anything or anyone I touch with an electrical charge, and pass through it as an electrical current." As Vincent spoke, it was obvious he was very proud of his magic. "I developed it myself, and took years for me to master."

Lazarus He could no longer stand there and listen. "HEY! Jamie!" He deliberately left out 'master'. "Our master in earthland would be disappointed. Sure Edo-me has made mistakes... but who hasn't? Think of it this way... if he truly was a traitor... why would he come here... wihtout his troops? furthermore, why hasn't he had this guild wipe out already? He certainty has the man power for it. The phoenix wing I know and love takes those who have lost their way to tomorrow, and guide them there. This guild is all about second chances!" He looked pissed. He turned his attention to his counterpart. "If you really are as bad as these guys say, even after i've defended you. I'll grind you into the ground myself." Edo-Lazarus He looked at the floor as Liana left. "Be safe girl." He smiled a little, before his counterpart went on a full rage. "He speaks the truth Jamie..." He called up. "I had the chance to wipe phoenix wing off of the face of this world a long time ago, under order from the bitch queen, but I refused. The true royal family always was found of this guild." He sighed. "Thank you, me. I'm really not sure what the next step is... without Jamie... my plan is but nothing." He sighed. "What do you think, earthlander?" He was referring to Sasha.
