This group stood for helping Metas control their powers, jokingly called Meta Human literacy Agency by most members until it became the official name. While only the members and a handful of other people knew about the organization it had a wide reach helping Metas all over the globe in any way they could. They believed that through helping Metas control their powers for the betterment of themselves and others they could prevent power related catastrophes from happening. They were largely successful with both mentors and students in countries all over the world. Former students would likely become mentors or heroes that made the organization proud. Due to recent tragic events Cer is no longer a part because it no longer exists.

Her hair was once blond but has turned grey very early from the amount of times she has used too much of her own energy. She fights in unrestrictive clothing mostly, which varies but usually comes in lighter colors.

Cer is a replicator but because of the fact that she does not immediately gain the knowledge to use that power it is only partial. This is likely because she alters her genetic makeup very slightly each time she meets a meta, changing genetic makeup does not equal he experience of the source or how they learned to use it.

Besides the fact that Cer does not get a sources knowledge she can not absorb certain types of powers. Powers too similar to her own, powers that would result in a large genetic change, duplicates of any already replicated powers (though in the case of passive powers they accumulate and become more potent), and any Power Negating abilities when they are in use. For whatever reason she can not absorb most sound related powers and they are particularly useful against her, she has very sensitive ears. Another area of weakness is the amount of time she has to spend trying to copy a power, the first power she ever tried to learn, with out the source, took her two years she has shortened the process to a couple of months but that still pretty inefficient, supposedly with practice she should come to appoint where she can figure it out in just a few days. She also suffers from a disease she calls Avarice but that's going into its own hider.

Cer has spent over half her life time training and working her butt off just to deal with Avarice and in the process she has learned more about how to use her powers than most Metas learn in their whole lifetime. Though her arsenal of powers isn't particularly large she has refined each one to the best of her abilities and controls them with the utmost skill. She can also sense Metas and their power output depending on distance and intensity,

Avarice is much more dangerous than Cer even though they are essentially the same person they both identify each other as separate out of a mutual hatred. Avarice feeds off Cer's replication powers, the more abilities she uses the more energy Avarice has. Through meditation and peaceful exercises Cer can keep control over Avarice. Nothing physical would change if Avarice were to take control but expression is that of someone overcome by greed, if you had ever met Cer before you would know she had changed. What makes Avarice more powerful is the fact that she does not place any restrictions on herself by morals or law or any other convention and this lets her powers bloom to a point that Cer will never be able to reach. Avarice would probably also start a genocide of her own race as she would not want anyone else to have abilities except her of course she would be nice enough to let Metas teach her about their power first but the end result would be the same. The depressing truth about Avarice is that Cer is going to loose eventually, it may be days, it may be a couple years, it may be much longer but Cer was never meant to beat Avarice and when Avarice wins there really won't be a Cer left because they are the same.

Passive Powers- These powers usually need to be learned to turn off rather than on and become more powerful depending on the number ability holders she has met. -Self Sustenance: Gives her the ability to go very long periods of time without basic necessities (food/water/sleep) -Meta Sensing capabilities -Regeneration: Due to the fact that she has met several metas with the power over the years her healing factor has gone way up, she can heal quite quickly from most wounds and while she hasn't lost a limb yet she supposes it might grow back or reattach itself, probably which ever comes first. -Aura Perception: This one is interesting because a persons aura shows up to her as how likely they are to want to hurt her, light colors are friends, Middle colors are neutral, and dark colors are enemies or violent people. Active Powers- Powers she has learned over her life time -Energy manipulation: Arguably this deserves its own section because of how extensively she uses it, she has a wide range of attacks from beams to blasts to waves to bolts each with their own varying effect she even can produce the same effect as an EMP as well as charging her own body with energy to augment strength. These attacks are limited to the amount of energy Cer has. -Flight -Limited Aerokinesis and Terrakinesis
