(metal shop is part of his life its wat keeps him focused if he doesnt do it he will do nothing just sit ther for hrs and hrs of doing nothing it was perscribed by his doctor for another erealm)

@Warlord297 Ok but he still has to follow the schedule. I can allow him to go to metal shop once a day. Otherwise there is no point in him being here.

As a side note, if Roxy is the one being spoken to (although I'm just assuming that since the post seems to mention a student played by General Winter), wouldn't turning to her for a conversation be difficult since she's hiding in the shadows? Unless she moved and I missed that, but I'll check again in a minute.

Basically, I think everyone just arrived at the school and is heading to/in the gym for power control class.
