i don't think we should go by turn, considering that we have 5+ people in this RP :P (technically at least)
i'm a proponent of using a combination of longer posts(like when switching scenes, doing something special, mini-venture away from group) combined with shorter, faster posts(to facilitate exchange between characters and help create IC discussions, character development etc).
for all I care, people could post after just a single other member has made a post(like to create a discussion or fight scene) :P
i accept posts even if they're just 5 lines, like when your character is simply replying to someone.
